POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST

The live services at The SCOAN continue to gather attention and interest from all over the world as the Lord Jesus Christ adds to the number of those who are being saved. With the introduction of the New Anointing Water, launched by the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, crowds came from far and wide for the chance to get their hands on just a bottle. The New Anointing Water it was stressed was being distributed free of charge to as many people as the production could manage. The cost to the ministry of producing the New Anointing Water, Stickers and Booklet were estimated to be in the range of $12 million but was given out for free. The man of God emphasised that he was giving water and that it was God Almighty who would do the anointing if only they were received in the proper attitude.

Unfortunately, the distribution of the New Anointing Water had to be suspended ‘til further notice due to the overwhelming demands of the mammoth crowd that flooded every available space on both Saturday and Sunday services but due to the large presence of foreigners, the New Anointing Water would be given out that very weekend. The following testimonies are just a tip of the iceberg of the instant miracles that took place during the sharing of the New Anointing Water. SPINAL CORD PAIN AND NUMBNESS HEALED IN AN INSTANT
Ms Abigail, a nurse from Ghana, had spinal cord pain for many years. She also had numbness on her right side from head to toe. As a result, she could not lift objects with her right hand. She could not stand for a couple of minutes without suffering excruciating pain. She could not turn to either side or bend to pick anything from below. During the Live Sunday Service at The SCOAN, she was privileged to receive the New Anointing Water that was being distributed free of charge to everybody in the service. As soon as she handled the packet of the New Anointing Water, she felt a cold sensation run through her spine and over her entire body. She started vibrating and eventually fell down. When she rose up, to her surprise, the spinal cord pain had gone. The numbness had also disappeared. She demonstrated how she is able to twist her body in all directions and could even touch her toes.

DEAFNESS CURED INSTANTLY
Mr Chinedu Kingsley Amahuadike – residing in Abuja, Nigeria, had come to The SCOAN with a problem of deafness in his right ear for two years. His deafness came about due to overdose of drugs he had taken for treating a malaria attack. He was unable to hear with that right side of his ear. He had to turn the left ear to be able to follow a conversation. After receiving the New Anointing Water during the Live Saturday Service, he ministered it prayerfully to his affected ear. He heard a sound as of a mild explosion and immediately began to hear with the right ear. He thanked God for this wonderful healing as he demonstrated, covering his left ear while answering the interviewer’s questions.

 

UNDISCLOSED FIBROID DISCHARGED
Mrs Esther Ezeanya – Anambra Nigeria, had problem of sleeplessness and depression. She could not plan for the future because a thought always came to her that it was useless since she was in such a hopeless state of health. She had moving objects in her stomach which gave her sleepless nights and serious pain. After receiving the New Anointing Water from The SCOAN, she stopped taking the medication that she had been on for so many years. AN INDIAN BOY SCORES 100% IN HIS FINAL EXAMS
Dr Ravi, an eye surgeon from India and a medical doctor for 24 years, lives and practices in Nigeria. He has a son that was in his final years at College in India to whom he sent the New Anointing Water. The boy in far away India used to pray and ministered the Anointing Water to himself while preparing for the final year examinations. The examination result was astonishingly 100% on all the science subjects namely, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Electronic Studies – a feat the teachers are saying nobody in history had scored such outstanding marks in the entire District. MISSING GIRL RETURNS AFTER NEW ANOINTING WATER MINISTERED ON HER PHOTOGRAPH
Mrs Victoria came to the church highly excited with what God Almighty had done for her and her family. She testified that she and her daughter, who accompanied her, had a very good and close relationship. However, suddenly for no reason and without any prior quarrel or trouble, her daughter just left the home and for eight years she was not seen or heard from again. The family was perplexed and began to search for her earnestly but with no result. They visited churches and prayed believing that she would surface, but nothing positive happened. As Mrs Victoria came to the church yesterday, she received the New Anointing Water and ministered it on her daughter’s picture. To her surprise, she received a phone call from her daughter not up to 30 minutes later! To prove it, there was her daughter standing by her side, smiling gracefully at what the power of God had done. According to the girl, she could not tell what came over her as she followed a strange voice and left the house. She had lived in a house within the same town where her mother was living but she was unable to find her way back to her home. KIDNEYS RESTORED

 Ndubueze shared her testimony of miraculous healing from chronic kidney failure through the medium of the New Anointing Water. Her mother opened the testimony by saying that her daughter had been at the point of death. Both her kidneys had failed and the medical professionals had given up on saving her life. She was unable to eat, talk, walk or do anything. It had even reached the point that she was telling her mother, that she had done a good job as a mother and that she would be leaving soon. A while later, they went to the hospital for a check-up and it was discovered that her urea levels which were deathly high before had gone down to normal levels. EYE PROBLEM CLEARED IN MOMENTS
A Pastor who came to visit The SCOAN came forward after receiving an instant miraculous healing after being given the New Anointing Water. He explained that he had suffered with poor vision for the past 26 years. Due to this affliction he was not able to see clearly let alone read, without his glasses. At home he had up to 7 pairs of glasses that he would use. He had even received injections due to the problem but it had persisted. When he was given the New Anointing Water, he placed it on his heart and prayed. He felt a sensation flow through him, then a watery mucous came out of his eyes. After this he noticed that he could see clearly without his glasses. He could read text messages, see people clearly and read without the use of his glasses – all glory be to God! NEW ANOINTING WATER SAVES FROM ARMED ROBBER ATTACK
Mr Iboyi and passengers boarded a mini-bus from Bayelsa travelling to Lagos. On getting to Benin bypass they ran into two armed robbers who had blocked the highway at a spot where their accomplices had been waiting in ambush. The driver tried to out manoeuvre the robbers, but received gunshot wounds in the process. One of the passengers in the bus brought the new Anointing Water he had previously obtained from The SCOAN and ministered it in the bus. The other robbers numbering more than 20 that had been hiding in the bush started firing at the bus, but surprisingly none of their bullets penetrated the bus or injured any of the passengers in the bus. At a point, the driver who had succeeded in driving away from the robbers, said he was tired but the same passenger ministered the Anointing Water to the driver and he regained the strength to drive on. To God be the glory, in Jesus’ name, none of the passengers were harmed in the incident and God Almighty proved that His arms are not too short to save and deliver.

DIVINE PROTECTION
OP Gyama Gyawiya is the head of security operations in the troubled area of northern Nigeria. He said that due to the nature of his job which was life threatening, he would make sure that every morning he prayed with the Anointing Water for protection. He was privileged to receive the New Anointing Water and he continued to pray with it and minister it on himself every day. One night, he was resting in his office while his orderly was also there on guard in the main office but was sleeping with his rifle under his pillow. Four armed men came to the premises and captured the security personnel at the gate; they arrived at his office and also captured his orderly and demanded for his rifle. They, however did not find where he was sleeping. They took all the captives into a cell, locked them up and left the premises. The next morning, other workers came to work and heard their colleagues shouting and crying for help in the cell. They had to call a welder to break the padlock and set them free. When they were released, they went to the office and to their utmost surprise, found the rifle exactly where it was left. OP Gyama Gyawiya explained that it was the grace of God that worked through the New Anointing Water that preserved them that night. If the armed robbers had taken the rifle, then he would have been dismissed and his career would have been in jeopardy.
His advice to his colleagues was to let the Anointing Water be their companion because their safety is in the Lord and their Refuge is in Him.

VISA ACCESS GRANTED AFTER MINISTERING THE NEW ANOINTING WATER
Mr Anozie Kingsley was experiencing setback in terms of getting a visa to travel out of the country to advance his business outside of Nigeria. He had been making applications for ten years without result. After he received the New Anointing Water, the next day, he received a call that a multiple visa to Canada had been issued to him. As if that was not mighty enough, a visa to India was also issued to him on the same day! After years of stagnation, God made a way within hours of ministering the New Anointing Water.

MIDNIGHT CONTRACT CALL WORTH MILLIONS
Mr Christian Nwachukwu Jackson from Ebonyi, Nigeria, came to The SCOAN with thousands of problems but believed God to meet him as He wills. The State Governor asked him to come over on Tuesday morning to collect his approved proposal worth millions of Naira and that the issue which had been giving him sleepless nights now gave him boundless joy!

NEW ANOINTING WATER REVEALS MYSTERIOUS SCORPION 
 Fiamawle from Ghana was having a problem of movement of a strange object like a scorpion in his body which caused him severe pain. This affected him to the extent that he could not attend to his duties at work. He often referred to his afflictions as the presence of a scorpion but he could not be sure of that because he did not believe that a scorpion could live inside a person’s body. A friend of his had obtained the New Anointing Water from The SCOAN and had given him a few drops. In the night, he started feeling the movement of the scorpion in his body. This time, his faith was provoked and forced him to act. Immediately after, to his amazement, a live scorpion fell from his body. He called one of his sisters to witness the object and he took a photograph of the scorpion. BOTTLED RESURRECTION POWER – THAT IS THE NEW ANOINTING WATER AND STICKER
Mrs Chioma from Imo, Nigeria, had watched a testimony of how a woman’s child came back to life after ministering the Anointing Water and this strengthened her faith that she should trust in God. Strangely one day, her child was crying in the afternoon, without any reason. She tried to feed and comfort the baby but nothing could stop her from crying. DELIVERED FROM DEMONIC ATTACK OF EVIL BIRD
Mrs Mary Jacob from Kogi, Nigeria, used to see strange men coming to make love to her in her dreams. After every experience, she would have problems with her fiancé. In her dreams, she would see a bird coming to attack her. She sought for solution to this problem from various sources and prayer houses but to no avail. After obtaining the New Anointing Water from The SCOAN, she physically saw the bird coming to attack her and her sister immediately ministered the New Anointing Water which caused the instant death of the bird. NO NEUTRAL SOURCE

The Live Saturday and Sunday Services started like any other service in the past, but there was a huge package of surprises in the unfolding. True to The SCOAN culture, the service was inundated with interesting testimonies of healings, breakthroughs, mending of relationships and deliverance from demonic attacks. As can be seen from the accounts rendered hereon, the Anointing Water which is one medium God has so endowed the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua with to foster his ministry of healing and deliverance from evil influences has continued to bless people in every area of their needs. Encouraged by the great testimonies resulting from the use of the Anointing Water and the Anointing Stickers, Prophet T.B. Joshua decided to further bless the congregation, indeed the world with yet a new branded Anointing Water and a pair of Anointing Stickers with an improved booklet that explains the nitty-gritty and the origin of these blessed products. After a powerful and inspiring sermon delivered by Wise man Harry on the subject ‘No Neutral Source,’ Prophet T.B. Joshua addressed two major issues dealing with peoples’ misconception of appearances as opposed to true godliness. In summary he said that ‘Faith is of man’s spirit, not of his flesh or body’. Then, came the big surprise: Prophet T.B. Joshua spoke briefly of his upcoming 50th Birthday which falls on June 12. He said that God had inspired him to bless the people in a very special way to mark the occasion and he went ahead to distribute the new branded Anointing Water and a couple of beautiful Anointing Stickers freely to all. God Almighty and the heavenly hosts endorsed the release and confirmed that the prophet’s action was indeed ordered from above. This was evidenced by uncontrollable manifestations of people that came in contact with the Anointing Water and the Anointing Stickers even before ministering them. Indeed, God is still with us.

Life is a warfare. In a warfare, there are many battles to fight. When you look at people today, you will see that some are battling with their bills, some with their sickness, while some are fighting to make it in life. It takes the grace of God to realize that the way you fight these battles determines who you are before God. Just as there are two sides to a coin, so also there are two sources in this world: God and satan. Whether you believe it or not, there is no neutral source because there is no neutral kingdom. You can become great in life, in terms of position, money and fame, but the source of your greatness will be either from God or satan. Genesis 14:14-16,21-23. This is all about Father Abraham and his determination to make God Almighty his only source.
To be great born of God is to derive your resources from God, while to be great born of satan is to derive your resources from satan.
When God is the source of your strength, no one can be against you. When God is the source of your strength, you and God are majority. Abram, with the help of God, was able to defeat his enemies and recover all the goods and set the captives free.

One thing we need to remember is that Satan’s greatest interest is to overthrow our relationship to God as a Father. To do that, satan always uses our situation. This is why we should not be misled by our situation. Our situation could be poverty or sickness. Outward affliction and poverty are the great arguments satan uses to disturb the children of God. Therefore, as children of God, it is better to live poorly on the fruits of God’s goodness than to live plentifully upon the products of our own sin. Remember that everything big starts little. If anything big starts big, it calls for concern. Those who fail to take these tiny steps cannot trust God and understand the basic truth about faith.

CHRONIC CASE OF BEDWETTING HEALED
Mr Awallu Gaboh, a muslim had the problem of bedwetting and frequent urination for twenty years. It all started when a spirit being possessed him, which came and made love to him. The problem had made it impossible for him to get married or visit friends. His relations and friends could not understand why he would not marry. He visited several herbalists in search of solution but to no avail. Then, a friend of his gave him the Anointing Water which he ministered on his male organ and all over his body. When the spiritual wife attempted to force herself on him, he noticed that a very powerful ray of light was covering him and preventing the lady from coming close to him. After many attempts, she gave up and left. Since then, he has been free from the chronic case of bedwetting of over 20 years. Being a muslim, he said it was the first time he had entered a church (The SCOAN) but as he saw the way Prophet T.B. Joshua had treated people from all religions, he felt welcomed. He said that Prophet T.B. Joshua was sent to everyone regardless of their religion. He also changed his mind concerning getting married, stating that it was now possible.
BARRENNESS AND ALCOHOLISM STOPPED
Mr Abu Abdulazeez from Benue State had been childless for many years after marriage. The medical report stated their diagnosis of bacterial infection but his wife often told him that a certain spiritual man used to sleep with her and make love to her in the dream. Mr. Abdulazeez who is a military personnel, had the problem of addiction to alcohol for thirty-one years and could drink more than three cartons of beer in a single day and to worsen his situation, he always spent time in the company of his colleagues who were also habitual drinkers. After each drinking spree, he would usually lose his cell phone and end up being helped home in a state of stupor. He had attempted to quit the habit on his own but could not. He was always late to work on account of the drunkenness. On one occasion, he sleep-walked into an unfamiliar bush due to the effect of alcohol until he was saved by a man who told him that he had travelled close to Kogi State very far away from Abuja, his planned destination. He was also in the habit of returning home late at nights. He had lost three of his cars due to accidents resulting from drunkenness. One fateful day, he visited a friend and joined them in watching Emmanuel TV. He was astonished to see cases of drunkenness being delivered through the prayer of the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. He joined in the prayer by placing his hand on the screen of the television. He invited his wife to place her hand on the television and she did. As soon as she placed her hand, she fell down and started manifesting. Soon after, his wife conceived. For himself, he tried to visit his former beer parlour where he ordered for a bottle of beer but it tasted of bitters and he had to spit it out. Since then, his addiction of 31 years stopped. Today, the wife is pregnant. Mr Abdulazeez does not visit beer parlours anymore and they now enjoy a very peaceful home.
YOUNG MAN DELIVERED FROM DEMONIC KINGDOM AND DISCONNECTED FROM SECRET CULTS
Mr Innocent Oluchi Chidozie Ochia – Imo State, Nigeria was an active member of some number of secret cults for many years. He is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede in Imo State. He was an ardent church goer and a choir boy until one of his relations introduced him to various brands of drugs. They were into the music industry and those drugs were supposed to make him feel good and bold while on stage. Ironically, the influence of those drugs erased every passion for the things of God and he developed apathy to Christian music. He could consume large doses of those drugs every day and had to spend much of his pocket money in acquiring them. On one occasion, he had concealed himself behind the counter of a bar, smoking his weed and playing music very loud. Three beings appeared to him right there and one of them said that it could pick up his thoughts. He did not believe the being, and spoke in silence to test him. The beings responded correspondingly to prove that they could actually read his mind. They told him that they could discern that he wanted to be famous and that they could help him get to the top of his career. He asked to be helped. One of the beings stripped off and to his surprise, he saw that it was tattooed from the neck to the groin region. They started an initiation process and were making noises as if in a sex orgy. He could not stand the sight any longer and decided to walk away. He was threatened with premature death in four days if he walked out on them. He, however, tried to submit to the initiation. Back at the Polytechnic, his life took a different form. He could hear voices and interpret lyrics that he never was part of their making. He became fearless. He had no money but could get just whatever he wanted so long as he was dressed in a peculiar spiritual fashion that those beings had recommended. When he sang on stage and off-stage, he could hold people in trance and those who were unable to stand the situation had to run away. The drug addiction got so bad that he had to be sent to rehab. His academic career started diminishing. He never prayed and refused to pay his tithes any longer. He preferred to do his chores on the Sabbath day instead. He hated the things of God. Incidentally, he was invited to The SCOAN to witness the testimony of one of his aunts who had been delivered from demonic influence. He felt very uncomfortable in the church and would rather have some cigarettes and alcohol. During prayer by Wise man Daniel, he was arrested and felt the separation from the spiritual beings that had tormented him. The pain he felt on his leg also disappeared after he was touched and prayed for by the wise man. He advises the youths in particular that if they would make Heaven, they should avoid worldly affections such as smoking, doing drugs, drinking and lustfulness – telling them that Jesus Christ was not a womanizer or a drug addict.
He now enjoys reading the Bible and is eager to receive the Word of God that will inspire him.

SON OF A POPULAR NOLLYWOOD ACTRESS AND MUSICIAN DELIVERED FROM DEMONIC KINGDOM
Mr Samuel Freedom is the son of Camilla, a renowned Nollywood actress. He said he came to The SCOAN after his mother had been delivered of evil attacks and connection to the marine kingdom. He says that in a prophecy given to her by Prophet T.B. Joshua, his mother was asked where her son was. She responded that he was in Enugu and the man of God said he should be brought to The SCOAN. Previously, he had been practicing house to house evangelism and praying for the sick with signs following, though he had never been delivered himself. He confessed that during that period, he had an affair with a lady from the same church where he worshipped. Thereafter, his spiritual life took a downward turn. He experienced some career failure and stagnation. Nothing was working for him; he became depressed and often heard a voice telling him to commit suicide. He began looking for alternatives; he started listening to worldly music and doing street dance. He formed a dance group and they wanted to create new moves. They researched online and found different demonic signs which they formulated into dance moves. He would have dreams where demons would teach him dance steps. He would then in turn teach others how to dance in that way. He wanted to get money; so, he searched on the internet and found the Illuminati website; he read everything on the website and saw the face of the master of the Illuminati. His first experience was an encounter with the master in a dream. The master appeared in the form of a serpent and then later transformed into a human being, giving him instructions. Thereafter, he started using some of those signs that represented Illuminati in dance steps on stage, but participants never got to know that those dance steps were glorifying demons and initiating them into the kingdom of darkness. The more the people adopted the dance steps, the more they were tormented by demons. He had a shirt with the Illuminati insignia, which he usually wore especially on stage. He had a computer game known as Prince of Persia which he always played during the day. At night, he would see himself as the character from the video game, the Prince of Persia, flying, fighting and doing everything the character in the game was doing. He was in the habit of masturbating even though he detested the act and would regret it later.
He eventually came to The SCOAN and was delivered after prayer from Wise Man Christopher. He no longer has the urge to masturbate, smoke or drink. He advised parents to keep objects of bad moral influence away from their children. He advised youth not to download worldly music on their phones. His advice to pastors was to run to God for mercy for He is a merciful God.
A NIGHTCLUB DEEJAY IS NOT WHAT I WAS CALLED TO BE
Pastor Philip Onyekachukwu of Prince of Peace Ministries International and brother of Ms Camilla, the popular Nollywood actress, said he had received a call of God and then when his finances were down, he backslid to become a nightclub Deejay. He said he was not properly taught how to maintain his walk with the Lord. He could not pay his school fees and had to abandon the ministry. He had a dream where two women put their hands inside his chest after
which he became sick. He went from one place to another in search of a solution to his sickness which doctors were unable to diagnose. Later, he returned to being a pastor, though he acknowledged that he did so without being delivered. Consequently, he experienced setback in his ministry. He said that the church would grow and then later scatter. He would also hear voices rebuking him, telling him he was never going to make it and that the church was going down. He came to The SCOAN where he was prayed for by one of the wise men and received his deliverance. He said after his deliverance, he no longer heard negative voices and also the pain he had in his body was gone.

Mrs Camilla, a Senior Nollywood Actress for 29 years said she didn’t have a hand in how, where and when she was born. She decided who she wanted to be when she came to The SCOAN. Many of her colleagues had discouraged her from coming to The SCOAN. She said, “Many of them are scared of coming to be screened by the Holy Ghost”. According to the actress, she was delivered at The SCOAN and also received a prophecy concerning her son. THE TRUTH ABOUT TATTOOS REVEALED
John Bosco from Cameroon gave a testimony of how he had a tooth problem and a woman had advised him to apply snuff tobacco as a solution to the problem. The effect of the tobacco made him feel high in spirit. He became addicted to it and eventually became very sick and lost a lot of weight. He was diagnosed with tuberculosis and gastric ulcer and reached rock bottom in life. One night, he had a dream whereby he saw the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua in his dream who prayed for him. Soon after the dream, he had a full recovery from his sicknesses and was restored back to his original self. To add to his blessing, he was also offered a good job from an offshore company with good pay and his life experienced a dramatic turnaround for the better. He was so overjoyed at the healing and blessing he received that he asked himself what he could do to

say, “Thank you”. He then called a tattoo artist and asked him to design a tattoo for him written, “Jesus Is Lord, T.B. Joshua My Prophet”. He had the tattoo inscribed across his shoulder. As he developed interest in studying the Scriptures, he came to a portion in the Book of Leviticus 19:28, which spoke against the act of putting marks of any sort on the body and immediately regretted doing the tattoo. He was so disturbed in his mind that he sent an email to the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua asking what he could do. The prophet then invited him to The SCOAN.
After sharing his experience, the man of God addressed the issue. “Just see it as one of those things on your body, not for God. If you see it like that, press forwards to serve God in Spirit and in truth. Don’t see it as a way of pleasing God. Don’t let it disturb you anymore. Put it behind you. Since you can’t remove it, leave it and continue to serve God.”
Prophet T.B. Joshua further said, “Faith is of man’s spirit, not of his flesh or body”. He advised the man that he should see the tattoo as something for his body and not for God. He said now that he had realized it was wrong, he should put it behind him and seek God. He said the tattoo had no meaning to God and is not to please God. He also advised Christians who already had tattoos and wanted to remove them, not to have them surgically removed as this was a trap of satan, which could lead to other skin complications. He concluded by saying that when we worship God in Spirit and truth, whatever we have put on our body is nullified.
MODIFY YOUR CULTURE TO SUIT CHRIST’S IDEOLOGY
Deacon Daniel Emoghawei came to The SCOAN and received a prophecy. Prophet T.B. Joshua asked him about his wife and had spoken concerning the conflict at home and the spirit of anger. Today, Deacon Daniel Emoghawei came back together with his wife to confirm the prophecy. He explained that the cause of most conflicts in the house was regarding his wife’s clothing and makeup. As a deacon, he didn’t like to see his wife with revealing clothes and heavy makeup. He further told the prophet that even on their wedding day, they had fought concerning the same matter. Apart from that, according to the husband, the wife had the spirit of anger that caused her to argue and get angry unnecessarily. His wife also spoke, complaining that they would always quarrel and never agree on anything in the house. She further said that her husband would beat her and this had heightened the tension in the marriage.
Listening to their story, Prophet T.B. Joshua expressed his belief from God’s point of view that God is Spirit and that those who want to worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and truth. Therefore, for God to hear, help or answer us, we must talk to Him in Spirit but the problem people have is that many have not been dealing with God in Spirit but in the natural.
Prophet T.B. Joshua explained that there was nothing wrong in putting on makeup but that our ideology and culture must be modified to suit Christ’s ideology. He added that if someone has the spirit of lust, whether he or she applies makeup or not does not make any difference because it is a spiritual matter and can only be resolved through being delivered.
He asked them what their position was concerning the marriage. They both said that they still loved each other as husband and wife but just wanted the conflict in their marriage to stop. Prophet T.B. Joshua encouraged the couple that there could be no understanding without misunderstanding. He said that if you ask any successful couple today about their experiences, they would tell you that they passed through the shadow of death before they arrived at a successful marriage. T.B. Joshua concluded by advising, “There is a time to fight and there is a time to embrace each other. No matter what happens, God has something to say, even in a broken situation. Therefore, we should always ask for God’s opinion concerning all things”.
The new brand of Anointing Water was officially launched. People were falling under the anointing of God upon receiving the new Anointing Water and Stickers. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua gave the grace for the congregation to receive the rebranded Anointing Water and Stickers for the first time after their official launch today. Excitement and shouts of joy rented the atmosphere as the long-awaited release was announced by the prophet. As soon as the Anointing Water and Stickers were given out freely to the congregation, people began to shake, roll on the floor and vomit out dangerous substances that had been lodged in their system, under the power of God. JESUS PAID THE SUPREME SACRIFICE FOR OUR SIN.

Happy Easter! The Sunday service started with the prayer line section where many people from across the globe came to seek a touch from our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Many who came with neck collars, lumbar corsets, walkers and crutches received their miraculous healing through the power of God working in the lives of the wise men. We also saw many dramatic deliverances during the prayer line and laying on of hands sections of the service as the evil spirits in the lives of the people were exposed and expelled by the matchless power of Jesus Christ. Prophet T.B. Joshua also exposed the root cause of the problems in the lives of many as he moved around the auditorium prophesying.

Prophet T.B. Joshua explained the meaning of John 4:24, “God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth” by saying that those who worship God without depending on God’s Spirit to worship Him, worship a god they do not know. When you worship a god you do not know, surprises come. He said that God’s power works through both His Word and His Spirit. He added that God’s power cannot work through His Word alone; we need both God’s Word and His Spirit to make it work in our daily lives.

In his message titled, ‘The Supreme Sacrifice’, Wise Man Harry reminded us of the meaning of Easter.  He said that Easter is a day set aside by Christians to commemorate the resurrection of the One who paid the supreme sacrifice for our sin (Isaiah 53:3-6). The Easter period offers us the opportunity to once again reassess our lives in order to stay focused on Christ Jesus.

ARMED ROBBERY ATTACK THWARTED

Mr Christopher Mba, a Nigerian residing in Togo, was among the thousands of those who received the Anointing Water upon his visit to The SCOAN. In subsequent journeys, he decided to minister the Anointing Water, praying for God to shelter him under the shadow of His protection. As he prepared to travel on another journey to The SCOAN, he ministered his Anointing Water before embarking on the trip. While on the journey, he and the other travellers with them encountered a group of armed robbers who halted their vehicle and demanded that they produce all of their belongings. The bandits were armed with heavy weaponry. Immediately, Mr Mba began to pray and announced to the robbers that the vehicle was travelling to The SCOAN. As soon as they heard this, the armed robbers stopped their operation and said everyone should continue their journey. Mr Mba was astounded as he was carrying finances in excess of N1million. He advised everyone travelling to minister the Anointing Water before embarking on any journey and commit their lives into the protecting hands of Heaven.

 

PROPHETIC WORD RELEASES BREAKTHROUGH!

Mr Sibangani Mabode came to The SCOAN from Zimbabwe with the problem of joblessness, which had stretched for two long years. Despite his impressive professional qualifications, all applications he made were turned down for no clear reason. When he came to The SCOAN, he received the Anointing Water and was also privileged to meet with Prophet T.B. Joshua who told him that he saw him come to work in Nigeria. Mr Mabode was initially confused because he had no intention to work in Nigeria and had never applied to a Nigerian firm for work. A few months later, a UK-based firm emailed him out of the blue, inviting him to head a project based in Nigeria. Shocked, Mr Mabode immediately remembered the prophetic word he received! Without even undergoing an interview, he was employed by the company and an impressive financial package was agreed on as his monthly salary for the duration of the project. PROPHETIC PROMOTION – ‘YOU WILL BE A KING IN YOUR CAREER’

Mr Edema came to The SCOAN with the challenge of stagnancy in his professional career as a customs officer. After many years of faithful work in customs, he had not experienced any form of promotion and seemed to be staying at the same point. Upon going to The SCOAN, he was given the Anointing Water and Prophet T.B. Joshua prophetically told him that he would become a ‘king’ in his field of work. From that point forward, he continued to minister the Anointing Water and began to experience a huge breakthrough in his career. He led a team of customs officers for over two years and was subsequently given an award as ‘officer of the month’ as well as another award for exceptional bravery and heroism in his work. This year, he was promoted to the Head of Revenue and Customs Services, fulfilling the prophetic word that he would become a ‘king’ in his career. He advised people to always carry the Anointing Water with them in their activities and also encouraged leaders in various fields of life to involve God as they discharge their duties and responsibilities.

 

A BROKEN MARRIAGE RESTORED AFTER DELIVERANCE

Mrs Chinanu Nwali came to The SCOAN a few weeks ago with the problem of a spiritual husband. The spiritual husband used to appear to her physically and in her dreams, instructing her to kill her husband. The spiritual husband also gave her the spirit of anger which caused her to quarrel with her husband all the time and she eventually moved out of the house with her four children. She came to The SCOAN a few weeks ago and received her deliverance through the prayer of one of the wise men. Mrs Nwali said that after her deliverance, she has reconciled with her husband and has moved back to the house. She said that she now has love and respect for her husband and they are happily living together. She said that she no longer sees the spiritual husband in her dreams and there is peace in her marriage. Mr Nwali confirmed what his wife said and added that their marriage is now ‘sweeter’ than before. The Nwalis advised that what man could not do, God had done in their lives. Therefore, don’t give up.

 

PASTOR DELIVERED FROM DIABOLICAL PAST OF WITCHCRAFT

Rev Martins Ugo, a Nigerian residing in Ghana shared his testimony of how God had delivered him from his past that had haunted him. He said that the problem that brought him to The SCOAN was setback and instability in ministry. He explained how his grandfather was one of the greatest witchdoctors of his time before he died, renowned for his extraordinary occultic powers. When his mother was pregnant with him, a witchdoctor met his mother and explained to her that his late grandfather had met him and instructed him to tell her that the baby in her womb would be his late grandfather coming back and therefore, the child should to be initiated and trained to become a great witchdoctor. As he grew up, he was taught everything about the idols his grandfather worshipped and how to perform the diabolical acts of a witchdoctor such as preparing charms for people. He also joined many secret societies and wanted to become an even greater witchdoctor than his late grandfather. He served under more than seven witchdoctors – each depositing more evil powers in his life.

However, he was in an occult temple one day when he had a vision and saw a Man instructing him to repent and change his life. When he asked the Man who He was, He answered, “I am the Saviour of your soul, the King of kings and the Lord of lords”. After that encounter, his life changed and he eventually stopped practicing as a witchdoctor. He gave his life to Jesus Christ and was given an instruction to fast. He went to Bible school, became a pastor and started establishing church branches. Although he had surrendered his life to Christ and was a pastor, he continued to receive serious evil attacks in his dreams from the evil forces from his past life of being a witchdoctor. He realized that despite the fact that he had accepted Jesus Christ and stopped being a witchdoctor, he needed to be delivered from his past and started to go to different pastors in search of deliverance, without success.

He was introduced to Emmanuel TV by a friend and started watching it. He then had another dream and saw Prophet T.B. Joshua praying for him. Later, he had a vision and saw himself digging up all the idols he once worshipped. After digging up the idols, he sprayed Anointing Water on them and as he sprayed the idols with the Anointing Water in his dream, they all caught fire and was consumed. When he came to The SCOAN, one of the wise men prayed for him and he was delivered in Jesus’ name. He said that during his deliverance, he saw an angel pulling off black clothes from him and putting white clothes on him. He advised parents to bring up their children in the way of the Lord and also implored all ministers of God experiencing evil attacks to seek deliverance.

ASTRAL TRAVELLING ARMED ROBBER!

Mr Henry Osigbemue shared his testimony of how he was once a notorious armed robber and used to astral travel to survey the areas he wanted to rob physically. He was initiated into a secret cult when he was at school and soon became a notorious armed robber, stealing cars on the highways, breaking into shops and even robbing five churches. He was the leader of a gang of boys, all involved in armed robbery. In a search for more power to commit crime, he went to the internet and saw a website about astral travelling. On the website was an advertisement to order a package from a woman in France, to teach people to astral travel. He ordered the package and when he received and opened it, he saw a black cloth, mirror and a magnetic picture in it with instructions on how to use the items to astral travel. The woman who had sent the mystical items to him from France physically appeared to him in his room and performed an occult ceremony of initiation on him to enable him to start practicing it.

He explained that while he was astral travelling, if someone tried to wake him or move his body, his spirit would not be able to enter his body again and if his spirit was not able to enter his body within 21 days, he would die. He used these diabolical powers to steal as he would spiritually survey the areas he wanted to rob before physically going there the following day to do so. One day, he visited a friend and saw the Anointing Water in his friend’s room. He asked his friend what it was and his friend showed him Emmanuel TV and ministered the Anointing Water to him. He slept off and had a dream and saw Prophet T.B. Joshua telling him to repent and then invited him to come to The SCOAN for his deliverance. When he came to The SCOAN, one of the wise men prayed for him and he received his deliverance in Jesus’ name. After his deliverance, he said that he is a completely changed person and no longer experiences evil attacks or has the desire to rob or astral travel.

 

MILLIONS HAVE BEEN INITIATED BECAUSE OF ME – CONFESSIONS OF A CULT LEADER

Mr Oni Sky, a Nigerian living in Libya was brought up in a polygamous house; his father was a powerful witchdoctor who married approximately 30 wives and had over 60 children. As a young child growing up, he worked with his father in the shrine and his father trained him as a witchdoctor. Later in life when he was at school, he was initiated into a secret cult and soon rose up the ranks of the fraternity. He later became the cult leader. He started robbing people with other cult members and had many charms put in his body in order to protect him from different weapons such as guns and knives. As a wanted man in Nigeria, he fled to Libya and started duping people by feigning to invoke money. While in Libya, he introduced the secret cult to literally thousands of people there, many of whom proceeded to travel abroad to Europe and carried the cult with them. He said that millions of people had joined this cult as a result of his influence and the number of people he initiated who proceeded to initiate others wherever they travelled to.

He had 201 incisions on his head given by his father to diabolically ensure he would not die young, giving him boldness to carry out acts of armed robbery and fraudulent crimes. Prior to watching Emmanuel TV, he never believed anyone could deliver him and felt churches were also involved in duping people and the activities happening there were not real. After watching Emmanuel TV and listening to the messages from Prophet T.B. Joshua, he decided to come to The SCOAN. During his deliverance, he saw fire around the wise man erupting like a volcano and was unable to come close to him. Ever since his deliverance, he testified that he no longer smokes, drinks or takes drugs. He no longer has any urge to kill, steal and destroy people through armed robbery or initiate people into his cult. He said that he has even been calling people in all the countries he operated to come for their deliverance. His advice was that people should turn from worshipping idols and give their lives to God. He advised the youth involved in secret cults to drop their weapons and turn to Jesus.

A SPECIALIST IN SEDUCING ‘PASTORS’:

Miss Florence Peters came to The SCOAN and received a mighty deliverance from an evil spirit that had sent her on an assignment to destroy men. Coming forward to share her confession, she explained that she had been possessed by a marine spirit right from birth. She was given the name, ‘Eze Nwanyi’ meaning ‘Queen of the coast’. When she was young, her mother took her around various spiritualists and churches in search of deliverance who then took her to a river for a ‘spiritual cleansing’. However, since she knew the spirit within her came from the water, the deliverance she went for served only to increase the powers she was given in the marine world. The assignment she was given in the marine kingdom was to seduce and destroy men, most especially those who claimed to be pastors and preached against the kingdom of darkness with pride.

In the middle of the church service, she would enter and immediately attract the attention of the pastor by using the power in her eyes and wearing revealing clothing.  After the service, she would request for prayer from the pastor, in order to have a one-on-one encounter with him. When she entered the office of the pastor, she would pretend to request for deliverance and while the pastor was counseling her, she would look directly into his eyes as a form of seduction. Thereafter, instead of delivering her, she would go ahead to sleep with them and thereafter, their ministries would be under the influence and control of the demonic kingdom of darkness. She explained that she specifically was sent to attack pastors because the kingdom of darkness thirsted for souls and bringing down a pastor would bring more souls into that kingdom.

She said after her deliverance, she slept peacefully for the first time in her life, no more tormented by dreams of snakes, fishes and a strange man sleeping with her. She advised parents to be extremely careful about the names they give to their children, stating that the genesis of her problem was the name she was given. She further advised people to abstain completely from visiting witchdoctors and spiritualists as it will only compound their problems. Her advice to pastors was to be watchful of those who come pretending to ask for prayer, saying, ‘All that glitters is not gold.’

THOUSANDS OF DESTINIES TIED ON AN ANCIENT TREE FREED

Mr Adogah from Ghana received a prophecy a few weeks ago and the man of God prophesied that he saw a lot of birds where he lived and that there was a tree at the entrance of his compound where many people’s destinies were tied. A video was replayed of a how the Emmanuel TV Team travelled to Mr Adogah’s house in Ghana and indeed when the Emmanuel TV Team arrived at his house in Ghana, birds were all over the premises. On the video, Mr Adogah explained and showed the herbs in his garden which he used to make charms and also showed where his temple was. Mr Adogah took the Emmanuel TV Team inside his consultation room and sprayed the Anointing Water all over the room and also on the various books and spiritual items he once used to perform his diabolical acts as a spiritualist and herbalist. Different spiritual paintings covered the walls of the room but the main feature was the table, on which different coloured candles and a large variety of spiritual and magical books were arranged. He also showed the Emmanuel TV team the spiritual clothing he used.

The Emmanuel TV team also travelled with Mr Adogah to Togo where he showed them the tree that the man of God had prophesied about. A close inspection of the massive tree showed that it was hollow inside containing different items such as hair, bottles, children’s footwear etc. Approaching the tree, Mr Adogah sprayed the Anointing Water on it, in Jesus’ name and proceeded to explain how thousands of destinies had been tied there by witchcraft through the decades of its existence. Mr Adogah brought the items and a pigeon he used as a witchdoctor to The SCOAN and explained the use of each item including the spiritual and magical books he used. He explained that he would use pigeons to carry a wide variety of his charms, medicines and other items to people anywhere in the world after casting a spell on the bird. Mr Adogah thanked God for his deliverance and said that he is completely free from his past life of witchcraft.

FACEBOOK FRAUDSTERS EXPOSED!!!

Mrs Martha Nzwile from Namibia, accompanied by her husband, Christopher Nwile, her nephew, Morgan and friend came to The SCOAN with a horrific story of fraud. The problem that brought them to The SCOAN was various kinds of sickness. She was involved in a serious accident in her country which resulted in a spinal cord injury. She was forced to use a neck collar and lumbar corset for over four years and lived literally in constant pain and distress. After watching Emmanuel TV, she desperately attempted to contact The SCOAN, but didn’t receive an instant reply. While lying in pain in hospital, she was told of a testimony of someone healed of colon cancer miraculously through praying along with Prophet T.B. Joshua via Facebook. Although she had never used Facebook before, she decided to log on and search for TB Joshua Ministries on Facebook. However, she naively opened a fraudulent account of someone who claimed be T.B. Joshua. Unknown to her, the person she began talking to was actually a fraudster, deceptively using the name of T.B. Joshua and Emmanuel TV to defraud people who were desperate to come to The SCOAN.

After establishing contact with the fraudster, she was told that she would be invited to The SCOAN, picked up at the airport and all accommodation would be prearranged. She was told to bring almost $800 as an advance fee. She was initially skeptical and requested to see proof that the person she was corresponding with indeed represented The SCOAN. The fraudster claimed to be the account officer of The SCOAN, terming himself, ‘Joshua Emmanuel’ and going further to provide a phone number with which she could contact him. The fraudster in question sent her a fake invitation letter, using a crafted letterhead with The SCOAN and Emmanuel TV logos. Deceived by the amount of details provided, she actually paid the money into the account provided, totaling over $3,000. Innocently believing that she and her family would be met by The SCOAN at the airport, they went ahead to travel to Lagos. Upon arriving and meeting the official SCOAN protocol, they were shocked to learn that the person they had been dealing with was a fraudster and the letter of invitation completely fake.

Remember, better is not good enough; the best is yet to come.

FAITH COMES THROUGH THE WORD

The Saturday and Sunday Live services on Emmanuel TV were as exciting to the viewers worldwide as they were for the congregation thronging the seats of The SCOAN Headquarters. Starting with a dynamic prayer line service, the five Wise Men went forth cloaked in the light of God’s purity and the fire of His Holiness to dispel every shade of darkness in the life of the congregation. Whether the darkness appeared in the form of sickness, disease, demonic oppression, poverty, setback, limitation and failure, when the light of God came on the scene, darkness had no hiding place. Just as it was during the earthly ministry of our Lord, Jesus Christ, everyone who received a touch from the Wise Men received a touch from Heaven with the anointing to break every yoke.

THE ROAD TO YOUR DIVINE DESTINY

Wise Man Harry preached an encouraging sermon titled: The Road To Your Divine Destiny In which he exhorted the listeners to look unto Jesus Christ in times of testing to see them through their dark moments into the bright futures set before them in Christ Jesus. He said, “The road to your divine destiny is not a bed of roses. There will be trials, temptations and challenges. Joseph believed his dream. To protect our dreams, we must stop the language or the vocabulary of the victim. Before Joseph got to the position of honour, he suffered humiliation, rejection, embarrassment, temptation, false accusation, and so on. For you to be in a position of honour, you must experience the same thing. On the road to your divine destiny, you need a vision to stay on the right track. As a man of vision, no matter what constitutes the obstacles on your way, you can never be stopped.”

FAITH COMES THROUGH THE WORD

Prophet T.B. Joshua enlightened the congregation and viewers on how they could ‘bring Jesus onto the scene’ in his message titled, ‘Faith Comes Through The Word’. Mark 16:17, “In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues.” This Scripture is useless, baseless, until we act on it. Acting on the Word, brings Jesus on the scene. If you do not act on the Word, God is impotent in you. It is acting on the Word that builds faith in the believer. Jesus Christ preached the Word, healed the sick and broke the power of demons over men. Apostles preached the Word, the sick were healed and multitudes were recreated. To preach the Word means to preach Christ because Christ is the Word. John 15:16 “Whatever you ask the father in my name, I will do.” It’s not every time we say, in the name of Jesus we bring Jesus on the scene. Only faith pleases Jesus. Only faith brings Jesus on the scene. On the scene, means here, now. In our gathering here, if Jesus is involved, healing, deliverance takes place. By looking into the Word and acting on it, we bring Jesus on the scene.

A Cameroonian Health and Safety Officer in Dubai, Mrs Carine Virgine testified how distance was not a barrier to the real, authentic and forceful power of God. Despite all her qualifications, she was unable to secure employment. There were just four days left for her visa to expire and she would either be imprisoned or be forcefully repatriated to Nigeria according to the law in Dubai. She watched Emmanuel TV on the internet in Dubai and while praying with Prophet T.B. Joshua during the viewer’s prayer, she vomited out thick substances. A friend then came to visit her who had just left The SCOAN and gave her a bottle of the Anointing Water, telling her that if she believed, she would have her testimony within the next four days. The next day, a call came to her from a man who said her CV was before him and he had no questions for her other than if she was satisfied with the terms of the job she had applied for. After the bomb blast in his area, his shaky business became drastically worse. After the loan expired, he still could not sell his products, occasionally selling a single bike in two weeks. In a subsequent phone call from his prayer partner, the wise man, asked him, “When last did you check your blood pressure?” He said, “Please, can you go and check it and call me back”. Mr Samuels said that he went to the nearest clinic to test his BP. He was shocked when the doctor  who had asked him to wait came back with a perplexed look on his face asking Mr Samuels how he had come, that his BP was not only high but at the crisis level! The doctor advised him against driving and wanted to hospitalize him. Mr Samuels called his prayer partner who told him that that was the reason he had called him. His prayer partner then proceeded to pray with him and within a week Mr Samuels’ BP was back to normal.

He advised that to be a partner of Emmanuel TV was not about having a partnership number, “You need commitment. God is monitoring your activity. Be consistent and sincere in what you are doing. God is the rewarder of all things!”

 

MAN MADE A MILLIONNAIRE MOMENTS AFTER A MIRACLE

His wife called later saying she wanted to see him at the church. So he came. Wise Man Daniel touched him during the service and that was all he could remember of his deliverance. He used to go to a river to fetch water as a child. He went, caught a fish and went to eat it. That was the River Ethiope. He noticed a fair lady sitting at the riverbank that day. He was a teenager then and in fear, he awoke, ran out of the house and threw them away. The spirit of the River Ethiope appeared to him the next day in a dream and said that she owned him. He would see her physically and if she wanted to come, she came with a cold presence and no matter what he was doing, he would have to look up and they would make love. His parents started suspecting him of being possessed and once found him on the floor crying and shouting where nobody else was.

This spiritual wife affected his life by addicting him to chatting with girls on the internet and giving him the spirit of lust to womanize. His career and business were also destroyed by the malicious spirit. One such instance occurred when a lady came to his travelling business and paid 300,000 towards travelling to the United Kingdom. As the money entered his account, his business folded up over the following weeks. Each time he was about to get somewhere in a business, the spiritual wife would come into his dreams and tell him that that business was dead. Every time the spiritual wife killed a business, she would give another idea for businesses which would immediately catch on until the evil spirit again would crush the business.

The spiritual wife was extremely jealous of him and any woman who came near to him, would face immediately attacks. There was a terrible case where a girl who stayed with him during his school times, started bleeding in her brain which stopped immediately she moved out from the same house as him. A spirit entered her and she saw herself always on top. When she went to university, she joined a female cult where she became the ‘number one’ in that cult. She took girls on the campus for initiation. She used to take the girls to a forest under the pretense that they were going to a party. She had a hundred powers she collected from a witch doctor and said “The more you looked at me, the less you would see me”. Once she raised her hand and said something, people would abide by whatever she said. She would consult a herbalist who would clear the coast for her any time her cult planned to do an initiation in the forest. The code was that they would wear a black bra. They would tie their eyes and she would bring the prepared concoction. She would bring out a razor and force the girls to take an oath during the initiation to take their blood. She would put the blood in the concoction and tell them to drink it which would make them high. After the initiation, the power would tell them the evil things they should do.

She said the day she started spreading a film blaspheming T.B. Joshua, that was the day things turned against her. She left school and got married but the curse on her life remained. Denise, a 28 years old who was brought up in the USA said she never knew that the devil had so much control over her life until she was set free at The SCOAN.

Her mother was a drug addict – at two months old, her mother gave her to her aunt in America who was unable to have children at the time. When her aunt had her own biological child, then she started maltreating her. The authorities heard of it and locked up her aunt. Later, her aunt decided to send her back to her mother but at this time, Denise did not know that the woman she had grown up with was her aunt and not her mother. She was deceived that she was going to Chicago to stay with her favourite uncle but found herself in Freetown, Sierra Leone. After this, she was to board a flight to Liberia, unbeknown to her, to meet with her mother for the first time. When she was about to arrive, they said there was a war on in Liberia and they could not enter the country at that time. Then she was taken care of by the flight hostesses until there was a ceasefire and they could enter.

Another lady saw her when she was crying in the airplane and started talking to her about Liberia where she was going. As soon as they got to Liberia, the war started again. Denise’s only clue as to where she was going was to find a lady called Gloria who she was going to be staying with. When she found Gloria, she said, she was told to take Denise to her biological mother. She had not been able to find her because the mother was always taking drugs and high. When they finally found her mother, the mother was dirty, smelly and carrying a newborn child. For a while however, she enjoyed the motherly love she had never had for the next three days. On the third day, her mother told her that she had to grow up now; this was not America. Her mother then started using her to get money by leaving her with men and it was just the grace of God she said that none of them ever raped her as the deal had been between them and her mother.

To escape from her mother, she found a rich boyfriend who was into and introduced her to drugs, smoking and drinking. But when the war restarted again, the man gave her money and fled. So, she also tried to flee and got to Ghana. In Ghana, she was wasting her money on her drug habit and when she got high on drugs, she would start singing. A day came when she tried singing at a Karaoke Bar, and the owner liked her voice so much, they employed her to be singing there. That was her first job. So, she started building up a new life again. She auditioned for MTN Project Fame and got to seventh place, whereas there were only five winners. The Project Fame organization did however give her a $2,000 prize with which she got her first apartment for two years. So, she realized that competitions were the only way she would be able to make clean money without sleeping with people. There were several older men who offered her help for sex which although she didn’t want to, she had no option as her money was all gone. After sleeping with such men, not one of them could fulfil their promise.

She got seriously sick and then, became suicidal. She tried to kill herself three times but someone would always come in and save her at the last minute. One of her friends said he would take her to The SCOAN and as she was wondering if it was another spiritualist or ‘juju man’, he said, ‘‘No, I am taking you to God.’’ She said, “Okay, if it is not God, after this, I am leaving this earth because I am tired”.

The road was rough and the devil really opposed her coming to The SCOAN, even making her to fight the man that tried bringing her to the church but in the end, she got to The SCOAN and received the deliverance she had never even dreamed of. Now, she is happy, delivered and free from all her addictions. She wants to give her life to Christ and asked Prophet T.B. Joshua for advice and instruction for her future.

Wise Man Daniel gave an inspiring message titled, ‘The Principles Of Maintenance’. In his message, he used the example of blind Bartimaeus to talk
about how we can maintain our blessings from God. He said that when people are sick and in need of healing, they promise Heaven and earth but do little or nothing when they are healed. He said that there is healing, blessing and deliverance in God’s Word. When we are delivered, blessed and healed, we should be ruled by God’s Word so that it shall remain permanent.

Precious, from Libya shared a powerful testimony of how she was delivered from the terrible problem of bedwetting which she had from birth. Aged 32, she said the problem of bedwetting had caused her two marital breakups, constant shame and embarrassment and regular thoughts of committing suicide which had robbed her of her social life. In her own words, “I wet my bed every single day of my life; whether I slept in the morning, afternoon or night, so far as I closed my eyes, I must wet my bed.” She was unable to sleep outside of her home due to the shame and indignity that accompanied the terrible affliction. Precious testimony started the day someone introduced her to Emmanuel TV whilst she was in Libya. Whilst watching Emmanuel TV, she saw a couple who was delivered from the same problem she had after they ministered the Anointing Water. Inspired by these testimonies, she continued to pray along with Prophet T.B. Joshua on Emmanuel TV. Then, one night, she had a remarkable dream. A strange man, who had been appearing to her since the age of 12, came with a knife to attack her and cut her in the throat. Ever since that divine encounter, all traces of bedwetting in the life of Precious completely stopped. GOD REWARDS THE OBEDIENT

Mr Timothy Jacob was an ordinary banker in his country in Cameroon. He had experienced stagnancy in his career, being in the same position for 14 years. ALCOHOL ADDICTION EXPELLED BY ANOINTING WATER

Mr Tawah Samuel, a Cameroonian, was a chronic drunkard. He used to drink eight bottles of beer every single day. After his boss at work met him drunk at work on three separate occasions, he was sacked from his work. All of the money he earned or was given ended up being spent on alcohol. It was an addiction he simply couldn’t stop by himself. However, after seeing similar testimonies of deliverance from drunkenness on Emmanuel TV, Mr Samuel decided to visit The SCOAN to receive the Anointing Water. The day he ministered the Anointing Water was the last day he tasted or touched alcohol! He said that immediately after ministering it, the urge for all alcoholic beverages vanished. Mr Tawah, speaking from his own personal experiences in life, advised the young people to be careful of alcohol and to stay close to God.

 

DIVINE PROTECTION

Mr Okonkwo Ugochukwu from Imo State, Nigeria, whilst travelling from Delta to Lagos, encountered a group of armed robbers who stopped the bus he was travelling in. Before embarking on that journey, he had ministered the Anointing Water, as was his usual habit. The armed robbers commanded all the passengers in the bus to come down from the bus but strangely left him alone in the bus. The bandits collected all of the money and belongings of others in the bus but didn’t demand anything from him. It was as if he was invisible to the armed robbers who were there. After the armed robbers had left, he was the only one whose possessions were secure. When a fellow passenger asked to use his phone after the armed robbers had left, he saw that the picture of Prophet T.B. Joshua was on the screen. The rest of the passengers said they understood why Mr Ugochukwu was untouched, since he had ministered the Anointing Water and served the God of Prophet T.B. Joshua. He advised people to always be prayerful when embarking on any journey and to minister the Anointing Water, asking for God’s grace and protection.

A MIRACULOUS REFUND!

Mr Steven, a Ghanaian businessman who had partners in China wanted to send a large amount of money across to China.  However, unbeknown to him, internet hackers had accessed his email account and knew he was planning to send the money. The hackers deceptively sent a different bank account to him, pretending to be his business partners. Mr Steven sent a total of $70,000 to the fraudsters account. It was only after a meeting on Skype on the internet with his business partners that Mr Steven realised what had happened. The case was reported to the police but they said there was nothing they could do as the money had already been received and accounted for. Mr Steven travelled to China to try and rectify the situation and meet his business partners but the bank said there was nothing they could do since already the money had fallen into wrong hands. However, Mr Steven prayed in faith and ministered the Anointing Water, in Jesus’ name upon all the relevant documents with him and went into a meeting with the bank in China and his business partners. To his greatest surprise, the money was refunded to him – an almost unheard of occurrence. To God be the glory!

 

A FORCE STRONGER THAN FIRE!

When Mrs Obichere Pat heard the news, she was left in stunned shock. She was told that fire had started in her compound and her house was seen going up in flames. Rushing home, she discovered that a miraculous incident had occurred. The fire had completely consumed her generator and surrounding buildings but suddenly stopped at the door of her house. Why? Because the Anointing Sticker was placed on the door! Mrs Obichere explained that there were many electrical appliances within the house that would have gone up easily in flames but the fire stopped without any logical explanation at the foot of her door. Truly, we are sheltered under the shadow of God’s protection.

A CAR REBELLING AGAINST ITS ROBBERS!

Mrs Happiness Nwabor was among the thousands of congregants in The SCOAN who received the Anointing Water. Strengthened in her faith by the testimonies of others, she resolved to minister the Anointing Water every day before embarking on any journey. On a fateful day, Mrs Happiness was travelling in her car with her children when unknown gunmen attacked her. The gunmen treated her mercilessly and threatened to kill her. In the midst of the ordeal, she was praying, ‘God of T.B. Joshua, save me!’ Whenever the gunmen heard this prayer, they commanded her to be quiet.

The bandits instructed her to leave the car and demanded for the keys. In their attempt to steal the car, a wonderful miracle happened! Astonishingly, the car that had been working well suddenly stopped working the moment the gunmen entered it to try and steal it. For over one hour, the car ceased to work, despite all of the efforts of the assailants. Eventually, the gunmen ran away, confused at what had happened. When the gunmen had left the vicinity, Mrs Nwabor checked the vehicle and it was in perfect working order! She drove off safely with all of her children, who had been hiding in the bush during the incident. What a mighty God we serve!

ARM AMPUTATION CANCELLED THROUGH EMMANUEL TV!

Mrs Esther Iwuala was involved in a ghastly accident that left her unconscious and in a critical condition. A good samaritan rushed her to a hospital where she was taken to the emergency clinic. Wounds covered her body, especially her arm which was literally reduced to flesh and bones. Upon all medical efforts, the wound refused to heal. The doctors told Mrs Iwuala to prepare herself for the amputation of her arm, stating that this was the only medical solution.  Hopeless and isolated, Mrs Iwuala cried herself to sleep that night. The doctors gave her seven days before the amputation was to take place.

During that week, Mrs Iwuala began watching Emmanuel TV in the hospital. On the night before her arm was to be amputated, she asked for the assistance of the nurses to get up. They had no idea what her plan was. She asked them to bring her close to the television where Emmanuel TV was playing and lift her arm up to the screen to touch it. She repeated this act of faith three times, as Prophet T.B. Joshua was praying for the viewers. The medical staff were making jest of her, not knowing that a mighty miracle was taking place!

The next day, the doctor who was to conduct the operation was unable to come for the appointment. Mrs Iwuala pleaded with the nurses to replace the bandages on her arm, stating that she was feeling a strange warm sensation running throughout it. Reluctantly, the nurses replaced the bandages. When the doctor came to perform the amputation surgery a few days later, as the bandages were removed, the medical personnel there were shocked to discover that the wound had dried up!!! Utterly astonished at the transformation of her arm, the amputation was cancelled and just a few weeks later, Mrs Iwuala was released from the hospital, her arm completely restored, with only a scar remaining. The medical practitioner who was in charge of her case said that in his fifty years of medical experience, he had never witnessed such a miraculous recovery. Thank You, Jesus Christ!

WALKING FROM THE WHEELCHAIR

Miss Alice Kwaje Williams came all the way from South Sudan to The SCOAN with a life-threatening situation. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a very active form of bone cancer that led her to be confined to a wheelchair. Medically speaking, the only option given was for them to amputate her leg. Once a bright university student in Uganda, she was facing the prospects of life without one of her legs. The situation was so critical that she could not put any weight whatsoever on her leg or move it an inch. After being booked for an amputation, Alice and her mum returned to South Sudan to meet with her family. The family, having watched Emmanuel TV, resolved that the only solution was to bring her to The SCOAN in Nigeria. Coming from a very poor home, they were financially crippled due to the amount of money her father had already spent on her hospital treatments. More than 100 people came together to contribute enough money for her and her parents to travel to The SCOAN in Lagos, Nigeria. Even the way she got her visa to Nigeria was miraculous. Her parents were told that it was impossible for a visa to be granted for a temporary passport. However, when they saw Alice’s condition and learned that she was coming to The SCOAN, they decided to issue her the visa immediately.

Even before her journey to The SCOAN, Mrs Williams had a dream where Prophet T.B. Joshua approached her and said, ‘Mama, don’t worry, your daughter is already healed.’ That strengthened their faith all the more. Upon arriving in The SCOAN, Alice was arranged at the prayer line. As Wise Man Daniel prayed for her, Mrs Williams said that she saw a bright white light envelop her daughter and she knew that the moment of healing had come. Immediately after the prayer, Alice began to walk for the first time in six months! She has since stayed two weeks in The SCOAN, spending time in God’s presence and recovering her strength. After hearing of the amount of people who came together to contribute towards her journey to The SCOAN, Prophet T.B. Joshua compassionately gave the family $3,000, to their greatest shock and surprise. The testimony ended with the family joyously dancing together.  There are no natural words to describe it except to say, ‘Thank You, Jesus.’

WHEN GOD SPEAKS THE WISE LISTEN

The man of God spoke concerning the accurate football prophecies he had given in the past and more recent times. He said when God speaks, the wise listen. The man of God replayed video footage of a football prophecy he gave concerning Nigeria and Guinea in 2011 and the fulfilment of that prophecy. As a communicator between the visible and invisible, Prophet T.B. Joshua watched the game of the Africa Cup of Nations between Nigeria and Guinea in a vision before the match was actually played. He said in 2011, that the game would not be favourable for Nigeria and that whoever scored first would win the game. It happened just as he had seen it in the vision God gave him; Nigeria did not qualify for the Africa Cup Of Nations in 2011.

Prophet T.B. Joshua asked God what he could do and God instructed him to pray and fast for three days, which he did and God showed him the way. After he had fasted and prayed, God told him that Nigeria would smile again. A week before the Africa Cup of Nations final match between Nigeria and Burkina Faso, 2013, Prophet T.B. Joshua singularly prophesied that Nigeria would win and this prophecy was published in a popular Nigerian newspaper, PM News, a week before the match took place! Indeed, Nigeria smiled as they took the Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa this year, 2013!

Christianity Is A Relationship

The SCOAN Saturday and Sunday services attested to the power of the living and resurrected Christ at work in the life of Prophet TB Joshua and the five wise men as person after person were set free from their past and released into their divine destinies.

Later, Prophet TB Joshua spoke specifically on Sunday on the subject: Christianity is a relationship, part of which he had introduced on Saturday. Using Matthew 22:1-4 and 37-8; John 21:15 and 1 Corinthians 12:7-8 as proof texts, he said Christianity is not a religion but a relationship and that Jesus Christ came to restore the relationship and fellowship between God and man. He said relationship exists where there is love. Nothing will keep us on course like a deep love for God. Nothing will carry us through hard times like a sincere devotion to Christ. When there is no money in the pocket, it is the love for Christ that will keep us on course. He said ministry does not begin with a relationship with people. It begins with a relationship with God and that relationship overflows to people. And when you have a relationship with people, you need to know where that relationship flows from because relationships begin with God and then to people.

The prophet added that the main thing about Christianity is not the work we do but the relationship we maintain and the atmosphere produced by that relationship. He said supernatural gifts given to a minister are different from man’s natural talents, abilities and education. He said the principal challenge we face in the church today is that people use their natural gifts for God’s Work and that has reduced God’s Kingdom to human knowledge. Moreover, he continued that Jesus never asked Peter if he was a gifted speaker, a talented leader, or whether he had seminary training or Bible knowledge. According to the prophet, those things are important but they are not the issue. The issue is quite simple: The basic qualification for a lasting ministry is found in Jesus’ question, “Do you love Me?” In other words, do you have a relationship with Me?

Aside the significant sermon are works of prophecy, charity and moving testimonies by worshippers at the church from the world over among which were the following:

HENRY CHUKWU ONYEAMA – EXPERIENCED VISA BREAKTHROUGH THROUGH ANOINTING WATER

The Enugu state born Nigerian businessman had experienced poverty, dejection and stagnation in his life for years. He even sold some of his personal belongings such as cars, television and even the mattress he slept on, just to recover from the stroke of economic uncertainty. But he soon laid hands on the Anointing Water as an avid viewer of Emmanuel TV with which he prayed and ministered and after six days, was invited into a business which instantly fetched him one million naira in profits. Stung by the quest to further his education, he had applied for admission in Ukraine but at the Nigerian Embassy, he was denied a visa.

He also attempted to go to South Africa to accomplish his dream but this hit the rock. He then wrote to ask for an invitation by a business concern in South Korea, ministering the Anointing Water on his documents.

After four days, contrary to the normal practice, he had gone for an interview at the Korean Embassy and was successful.

 

With his visa at the ready, he hopes to leave Nigeria for Korea in a few days. He advised that in every situation, people should look up to God and that the Anointing Water should be seen and appreciated as a special gift from God for this generation of believers.

FELICIA NGWUTA – DELIVERED FROM EVIL FORCES THROUGH ANOINTING WATER

Mrs Ngwuta told the congregation in church how God dealt with evil forces plaguing her peace in her own home. She said she used to experience visits of snakes in her dreams. Her well kept money in her wardrobe was always getting lost and there was a time she was even shot an in the dream. She was so tormented and has to visit The SCOAN, during which she ministered on herself and the entire house.

She was surprised to later discover a dead snake in her wardrobe even when there was no outlet through which it could have come in.

Displaying the photograph of the decayed snake, which did not smell inside her wardrobe, she said since then, her money has stopped getting lost and she has not experienced any bad dreams. Cheerfully, she implored people to go to God to solve the riddles of their lives because solutions lie only with Him.

 

HEALED OF STROKE THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER

This oil businessman had experienced a devastating stroke but was triumphantly restored to health through the Anointing Water. When under the affliction, he had journeyed to The SCOAN from the Republic of Benin on 4^th October, 2012. His vessel was expected to go for inspection but his health mattered more to him. He had visited different hospitals that had rejected him as he could neither stand nor talk. The stroke had affected him physically to the degree that part of his mouth was bent owing to the affected muscles on his face and mentally, when his wife and family visited him, he did not recognize their presence for four days. His wife prayed for him using the Anointing Water and in the name of the God of Prophet T.B. Joshua, and he recovered the use of his hands; his bent mouth was restored and he could speak once again. The doctors later confirmed him medically fit, for which he showed his medical report as evidence. An astonishing revelation came when, during his testimony, he admitted he knew he was lucky to survive as his elder sister who similarly suffered a stroke attack three months after his, had died. Finally, he concluded with the word of advice that the Anointing Water had become his spiritual battleaxe and weapon of war. Full of joy, his wife testified that the Anointing Water shows that God is ultimate in power and that people should trust in God and run to Him, when faced by challenges beyond their control.

ANTHONY AGUNU – SAVED FROM A GRUESOME ROAD ACCIDENT THROUGH ANOINTING WATER

Mr Agunu based in the Republic of South Africa, decided to visit his home in Nigeria in December of 2012 but not without first visiting The SCOAN on 27^th December where he was privileged to receive the Anointing Water .

On the 31^st of December, he travelled to his home State of Delta but forgot to pray and minister the Anointing Water before embarking on the journey. During his trip, another car moving out of control at high speeds smashed into his own vehicle.

As they were shouting Jesus, they discovered that though the car was badly damaged beyond repair, neither Mr Agunu nor any of his passengers were injured. As he showed the picture of the crash scene, he thanked God and encouraged others not to toy with the idea of embracing and using the Anointing Water.

 

 

MRS LUCKY EDWARD – DELIVERED FROM 32 YEARS OF SMOKING AND DRINKING THROUGH ANOINTING WATER

She said that she had smoked for some 32 years, 23 of which had actually driven her to smoke marijuana to stem the emotional pain she encountered in her marital home. The problem had started at the age of 17 when her schoolmates told her that in order to be cool she had to smoke and drink alcohol.

She explained that the friends were the most popular in her school and she desired to be seen like them, therefore she engaged in their addictive behaviours. Initially, she coughed and spluttered on the cigarette smoke but was told it was normal and as she took more, she would enjoy it the more. The addiction formed and she got to the level of being able to consume four packs of cigarettes every day. After marrying her husband and upon falling pregnant, her mind began to change and she wanted to drop the foul habit but found to her dismay that she was unable to.

Then she began to move from churches to prayer houses to get delivered from the chain but without success until she was introduced to Emmanuel TV where she became convinced that the power of God in the Anointing Water was real.

 

On getting her own bottle of Anointing Water and ministering it to herself, she went to sleep. It was a week later that she realized that for the past week, she had not even the urge to smoke a cigarette or take a single drink since ministering the Anointing Water. Today, she is full of gratitude to God for her deliverance and advises that people should go to real men of God to solve their problems.

MR GODFREY – SAVED FROM A TRAILER CRASH THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER

In 2012, Mr Godfrey had visited the church and received two Anointing Stickers both of which he placed on his truck as a professional transporter. On one such long haul journey, Mr Godfrey saw in the distance that a tanker had had an accident blocking the adjacent lane for oncoming traffic.

 

His own lane however, being unobstructed thought little of it and continued to accelerate. Suddenly, with horrific speed, a large speeding lorry crossed into Mr Godfrey’s lane while trying to pass round the obstacle and collided with Mr Godfrey’s truck slamming the two vehicles into the already crashed tanker with such horrible force that the drivers section or head of the oncoming lorry was thrown into the air and across the street.

 

The conductor died on impact and the lorry driver was in a critical condition, but at the moment of impact, the Anointing Sticker Mr Godfrey kept on the shelf of his truck floated down to land over his chest and both he and his co-pilot came out of the valley of the shadow of death without a scratch. Without words to express his appreciation to the God of TB Joshua, he advised all that if God was with you, no weapon fashioned against you would prosper and that God’s protection was the only protection.

MR AND MRS AMADIKE – HOTEL RESCUED FROM ATTACKERS THROUGH EMMANUEL TV

The middle aged couple run a popular hotel as a business outfit and in each of its guestrooms is installed the Emmanuel TV cable to allow all the visitors to view the wonders of God as they enjoyed their stay with them. In the dead of night, strange noises were heard throughout the hotel as unknown gunmen raided the hotel, breaking down doors in search of the proprietor, Mr and Mrs Amadike, to demand their money or their lives. The couple locked themselves inside their room and prayed with Prophet TB Joshua watching Emmanuel TV as the rampage continued. When the invaders could not find the couple, in the course of their fury, they broke one of the window panes of Mr Amadike’s car parked in the hotel forecourt. Instantly, the car alarm went off and confusion descended upon the raiders like a heavy blanket thinking security guards were upon them, they took to their heels only to be caught by patrolling policemen who took them into custody and seized their ammunition. The couple advised that Emmanuel TV was no ordinary station and people that stick to it as their channel of choice would surely reap the reward.

MR AND MRS ROMANUS UDEAKU – DELIVERED FROM BARRENNESS THROUGH PROPHECY

A couple came to testify of the irresistible power of prophecy, telling the worldwide audience that Prophet TB Joshua had prophesied to Mrs Udeaku that her underwear had once gone missing and since that time, she had suffered irregular menstruation which was the cause of the couples 16 years of infertility.

The couple had gotten to the point of desperation that they were considering adopting a child but two weeks after confirming the prophecy of the man of God to be true, Mrs Udeaku conceived and has since delivered a beautiful girl named Precious.

 

Mr Romanus Udeaku said that at the age of 53 this was his first child even though it was not his first marriage and he had faced the same problem in his first step in life. With the soft smile of glorious vindication on their faces, the couple simply said if you want God to do the same for you, just believe Him through ordinary circumstances. He is not a man that disappoints.

 

TWO ZAMBIAN PILGRIMS REWARDED FOR THEIR FAITH

Another chapter of testimony closed in the annals of history as two pilgrims who braved the danger of travelling by road to The SCOAN in Nigeria from Zambia in Southern Africa, a journey taking them 44 days to complete, stood before the congregation with the happy faces and hearts of those whom the Lord has located in His mercy and favour. The men recounted their experience of the bitter trials they faced on the way to the church prompted by their financial hardship which had cast doubtful shadows over the furtherance of their education with all their efforts hitting nothing but the rocks of frustration. Spurred on by their keen interest for the works of charity performed on Emmanuel TV, the friends stirred with radical faith, departed on their mission passing through seven countries including CAR, Tanzania, Kenya, Mali, South Sudan and Nigeria. In a nutshell, the hazards of their journey had taken their toll surviving on bread and water where it was available, encountering hostile natives, rough border checkpoints, wild animal attacks and insensitive bystanders but through they were silent in their trouble, they did not silence their faith and hope and by God’s grace, they made it to The SCOAN. Prophet TB Joshua remarked concerning the determined duo that he was touched by their faith and on behalf of the ministry and Emmanuel TV Partners gave them each 2000 USD; flight tickets back to Zambia and his promise to support their educational pursuits. The men who made a journey of 44 days would return home in just one spoke to youth all over the world that once they had made a heart decision, they should be determined concerning their future and the sky would be their limits.

MR ALEX ALABA AND HIS SIX CHILDREN

Mr Alex and his children were given the sum of half a million naira to support their upkeep and education as they went back to continue their lives in the peace and comfort of reconciliation in Christ Jesus. The man of God declared that each of the children would be awarded scholarships and were to decide if they would move to live with their father or stay with the family who had raised them thus far.

However, the former Pastor Alaba was advised to return to his career of driving and remove the title Pastor from his name for the time being unless God Almighty spoke again on the contrary.

 

Personally thanking each of the guardians of Mr Alaba’s children, Prophet TB Joshua said he would see each of them in his office to discuss the future and give a special blessing for their love, care and understanding shown in this unusual situation.

 

An extraordinary end to an extraordinary situation, God Almighty has once again proved that nothing is impossible to those who believe and sending the families on their way the man of God gave each person three bags of rice.

THE OBASI FAMILY DELIVERANCE AND RESTORATION

Mrs Shelly Obasi and her family, who had been delivered from the destructive use of demonic entities which had given them evil power to seduce, destroy and steal from those who had not learnt to walk in the Spirit in Christ Jesus.

The mother and daughter, Princess who had both manifested during previous services at The SCOAN and were delivered from the hands of the devil testified of how the peace of God had enveloped their hearts and now their desire was to return to South Africa, the children to continue in their education, and their mother, Shelly, to return to her business, grateful for the freedom they had received in the name of Jesus Christ. After providing flight tickets for the family of five, the man of God TB Joshua also gave the family N600,000 to launch them into their new lives. The tearful, quivering voice of Princess Obasi thanked the man of God and Emmanuel TV Partners on behalf of the family.

MRS LENA OFOSU – AN UNNERVING ACCOUNT OF THE REALITY BEING A WIFE TO A MARINE SPIRIT

Mrs Lena Ofosu, stood before the congregation while a cassette was played documenting how the Emmanuel TV Team accompanied her on her return to her shrine in Ghana where she had practiced as a wife to a spiritual husband, spiritualist and queen mother in the marine kingdom. Now, delivered from the spiritual husband that had plagued her life since birth, Mrs Ofosu exposed the kingdom of the devil and the many ritual practices she had been involved in since the age of 14.

She described and demonstrated the way she was taught to serve her spiritual husband and recounted the disturbing visits and their destructive effects on her life and marriages causing death, poverty, failure and immorality. Then, Lena Ofosu went on to divulge the secrets of the spiritualists and their demonic influence on society, her having been released from their dark tentacles.

The Goliath in her life had truly been defeated and disgraced by the light of Jesus Christ and she told the congregation not to doubt what they saw in The SCOAN because it was real; she was a real agent of darkness and had done so much damage. Therefore, others should learn now to maintain a strong relationship with God and never let Him go.

INDONESIA AND CURRENT PROPHESIES

The man of God, Prophet TB Joshua then reminded the worldwide congregation of some of his recent prophecies, some of which had recently come to pass including the horrendous flooding in Indonesia and the reiteration of some of his prophesied made on New Year’s Day and a few new prophecies to the nations of France, Germany, Nigeria and the United States of America, further details of which would soon show on Emmanuel TV as the events came closer.

The man of God reminded all and sundry that prophecy was to expose the intrigues, plan and strategy of the devil and stop them by coming together to pray. Clearly, the response of a humble believing soul is to take the Word from the mouth of the Lord and commit it to God in prayer for His favour and mercy. He, who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches.

MESSAGE TO SCOAN VISIT CO-ORDINATORS

This is an official message from Prophet T.B. Joshua from his Facebook Page, ‘TB Joshua Ministries‘:

“The co-ordinators arranging groups to visit The SCOAN in each country of the world, don’t forget your promise when you were called to be co-ordinators.

“Your promise, if I may remind you, was to give rest to the sick, distressed and unsaved. This is the only we can commit more faith and love to the society of which we are a part. God’s goodness will continue towards us if we respond by obeying Him, by giving rest to others and by helping our neighbours.

“In Matthew 25:45, Jesus said, “Whatsoever you do or fail to do to the least of my brothers, that you do unto Me.” In other words, Jesus was saying here, “I have no farm where I expect you to work for me or an office where I expect you to help me in checking files. My farm and office are your fellow brothers. Whatever help you render to the least of them, whatever problem you help someone else to solve, that you render unto Me.”

“I have received many emails and newspaper reports on the internet complaining of registration fees of $100. What then makes us an evangelist? When people go to concerts, they also register with $100. If we are evangelists, co-ordinating for God’s sake, all our concerns, aspirations and heart desires must be subjected to the Gospel through works of charity by helping the sick, distressed and unsaved instead of collecting registration fees of $100 from them before giving succour, I mean, attending to them. This cannot be justified; it amounts to taking a portion of their situation. If we are focused on making money only, a large slice of life will pass us by. We should spend less on ourselves and more on others.

“Those who have already paid $100 for the registration should be refunded, for God’s sake. I am impressed by the prompt action of the co-ordinators in Tanzania and Zimbabwe who have been refunding the $100 paid by each person as a registration fee. I believe all others will act likewise.

“He who honours a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward.

ANYTHING THAT COMES BY FORCE IS NOT FAITH

Emmanuel! Sunday 25^th November 2012 was another wonderful day in God’s presence at The SCOAN in Lagos, Nigeria. The service started with the prayer line with the five Wise Men ministering prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit to hundreds of people from all over the world. After this was a time of faith-building testimonies from those who had come to The SCOAN in the past and received the Anointing Water.

SPIRIT OF DEATH – EXPOSED AND EXPELLED!

The first testimony was that of Mrs Ohora Osim Enyieka who shared an extraordinary story of how death had been conquered in her family after ministering the Anointing Water. Mrs Ohora Osim Enyieka explained that a member of her family had died at a similar time every year between 2006 and 2010 through mysterious sicknesses. Each death was pre-empted by the arrival of a strange bird on the roof of her house, one which locals in her area confirmed was symbolic of the idols in the area and messengers of spiritualists and witch doctors bent on destruction. Frightened that she was next in line for diabolic termination, Mrs … decided to visit The SCOAN in 2011, where she was privileged to receive the Anointing Water. As the annual date of death loomed large, Mrs Ohora Osim Enyieka kept ministering the Anointing Water. One fateful day, upon hearing the arrival of the menacing bird on the roof of her house, an ominous sign of impending calamity, she promptly began ministering the Anointing Water. The bird took off immediately and the year ended fatality-free for the ecstatic family.

Upon coming to The SCOAN to share this initial testimony, Prophet T.B. Joshua spoke prophetically to them that they would still have another encounter with the evil spirit masquerading in the form of a bird. He stressed that when the bird arrived this time, after ministering the Anointing Water, it would be unable to leave and would therefore be captured by God’s power.

Nearly a year later, Mrs Ohora Osim Enyieka explained how one day, as one of the birds alighted on her roof, she suddenly felt as if the blood within her body was being drained slowly and life was seeping away from her. She fell into a comatose state and family members began fearing the worst. However, in her dream, she saw Prophet T.B. Joshua place the Anointing Water in her hands and command her to rise up. Upon her miraculous recovery, the spiritual attack intensified as the bird in question inexplicably entered her house and perched atop a curtain rail in one of the rooms.

Utterly confident that her victory was at hand, Mrs Ohora Osim Enyieka organised a local cameraman to come and then, in battle-mode, entered the room with the demonic bird armed only with her Anointing Water. She began wildly spraying the Anointing Water and praying in Jesus’ name for every demonic force behind the deaths in her family to be broken. As if in a drunken stupor, the bird, without anyone physically touching it, fell to the ground. The family returned to The SCOAN to share this wonderful testimony, even coming with the ‘owl’ that had succumbed to God’s power in the Anointing Water. Where oh death is your sting? Death has been swallowed up in victory!

KIDNAPPED CHILD RETURNED

The next testimony was that of Mrs Isioma Omene who came with her family to testify to God’s protection and power in their lives through the ministration of the Anointing Water. On 10^th October 2012, having closed her shop for the day, a car had suddenly blocked her own car on its way home. Little did she know that it was a co-ordinated effort to kidnap a member of her family. As her husband exited the car to ascertain what was happening, suddenly the sound of bullets shattered the silence. With her husband running for dear life, Mrs Omene struggled to hold her children close to her, knowing that it was a critical situation. As the kidnappers approached the car, all the family could do was pray. Her young daughter, Favour, lifted up her voice crying for God to protect her mother and siblings. Upon seeing the little girl’s bold prayers, the kidnappers turned their attention on her and cruelly snatched her from the clutches of Isioma.

The following day, the distraught family received a call from the kidnappers, demanding a ransom of

20 million naira be paid for her safe release. Failure to do so would, however, end in her execution. Unable to raise such an amount, Mrs Omene decided to visit The SCOAN to seek the face of God. As the service progressed, she shouted helplessly in the crowd, catching the attention of Prophet T.B. Joshua who asked her to wait behind after the service. He then gave her Anointing Water, asked her to be prayerful and spray the child’s photograph with it and assured her that she would be returned safely. Mrs Omene followed the instructions accordingly, believing God for Divine protection. Thirteen days after her capture, the kidnappers called Mr Omene and told him to meet them at an appointed area to release the child, as her incessant prayers were ‘disturbing them’. The father rushed to the designated spot and Favour was released without any ransom paid!

Favour, still recovering from the ordeal, told the touched congregation that she had been blindfolded and taken into a thick forest. She was warned not to pray in the name of Jesus but continued to sing and pray, remembering the songs she had learned at her school and the prayers she had watched on Emmanuel TV. She was neither given food nor water for two weeks and each time they found her on her knees in prayer, the kidnappers would flog her with the branch of a tree. She thanked God for saving her from the hands of her captives through the Anointing Water. The father, Hon. Godfrey also thanked Emmanuel TV and Prophet T.B. Joshua, stressing that after her release, the kidnappers were caught and are now in custody. His wife said that people should be faithful to God because with God, all things are possible.

SKIN MIRACULOUSLY RESTORED

Dr Enongene John shared a testimony to God’s transformative power in his life after using the Anointing Water. He had been sick for two years in Cameroon, resulting in a deteriorating skin condition that left him in constant pains, virtually immobile and jobless. Various hospitals he went to were unable to help as the creams and medications applied brought no seeming result. The skin condition on his legs worsened to the point where he was unable to wear shoes or socks and stayed most of his days indoors.

Being a viewer of Emmanuel TV, he started praying and fasting. A Good Samaritan who saw his condition and had just returned from a trip to The SCOAN, gave him the Anointing Water and encouraged him to spray the affected areas on his body. As Dr John began ministering the Anointing Water, his situation radically changed! The swelling and flayed skin on his legs disappeared and normal skin with a few scars were all that were left. He supernaturally regained his strength and after a two year hiatus due to the sickness, returned to his work. His wife, who accompanied him to share the testimony, said God’s power through the Anointing Water actually saved his life. He advised people to believe in God’s anointing in the life of Prophet T.B. Joshua that is also so mightily prevalent in the Anointing Water.

 

EIGHT YEARS OF BARRENNESS ERADICATED

Mr and Mrs Babalola came to The SCOAN with a powerful testimony of how God replaced their barrenness with fruitfulness after they had ministered the Anointing Water. Medically, Mrs Babalola had been diagnosed with tubal blockage and all forms of medical solution had been sought by the couple who had been looking for the fruit of the womb for eight years.

On visiting The SCOAN, Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for them and they were given the Anointing Water. Today, they are proud parents to Esther Babalola! After her miraculous conception, Mrs Babalola continued to minister the Anointing Water throughout the course of her pregnancy. She delivered her baby safely and without complications. The husband had advised that people should always depend on God because He is above all! The wife said that women should learn to be patient when seeking for the fruit of the womb because God’s time is the best.

 

 

 

MENSTRUATION FLOWS FREELY AFTER THREE YEARS

Mrs Bitrus came all the way from Ghana to share her heart-warming testimony. Three years ago, her menstruation had suddenly ceased with no clear medical explanation. The ailment was accompanied by constant headaches, and the search for healing led Mrs Bitrus to hospitals and herbal centres across the country.

 

However, after being strengthened in her faith through viewing Emmanuel TV, Mrs Bitrus began to believe God for Divine restoration of her menstruation. She was privileged to receive the Anointing Water from a friend of hers and immediately sprayed it all over her body and into her mouth. Suddenly, she experienced a hot sensation in her stomach. It became almost unbearable and, running to the toilet, she was shocked to see that blood had started flowing! It was an instant miracle! She showed photographs to verify the veracity of her miraculous healing to the congregation, praising God and advising people to always depend on Him who is able to do abundantly, exceedingly above all we could ask or imagine.

PHENOMENAL BLESSING

Pastor Charles Lomba from Zambia was the next in line to share his testimony. The clergyman explained that he was experiencing stagnation and financial setback in his ministry and was embarrassed to be walking home from church weekly while some of his members drove by in their cars. He had prayed for others who had received rich blessings but seemed stuck in a cycle of limitation and setback. 

After visiting The SCOAN on August 22^nd 2012, Pastor Lomba received an Anointing Sticker and declared that by faith, he would soon own a vehicle to enable him to place the Anointing Sticker on it. In bold faith, he even specified the type of vehicle he was praying for God to bless him with. Merely a week after returning from The SCOAN, a member of his church blessed him with not one but two new cars, one of which was the exact type he had requested from God! Full of happiness that his case had been touched by God’s anointing, he counselled the congregants and viewers worldwide on Emmanuel TV to have confidence that whatsoever had been prayed for by Prophet T.B. Joshua, could be used as a point of contact to release blessing and breakthrough into their lives.

 

 

 

WALKING WITHOUT HER WHEELCHAIR!

Mr and Mrs Cawkwell had travelled all the way from the United Kingdom to seek Divine healing at The SCOAN. Mrs Cawkwell had been diagnosed with Chronic Bronchitis and Cystic Fibrosis, an incurable disease that had weakened her body to the point where she was forced to move about in a wheelchair. In the course of last week’s service, her husband had cried out to God for healing as Prophet T.B. Joshua was passing by during the time of prophecy. Moved with compassion, Prophet T.B. Joshua stretched his hands towards her and commanded her to rise up and walk. To the astonishment and joy of the entire congregation, supernatural strength returned to Mrs Cawkwell’s limbs and she rose up from her wheelchair and walked unaided for the first time in two years!

Coming forward to testify, Mrs Cawkwell looked like a different person, as she walked comfortably forward with her beaming husband by her side. She was barely recognisable from the wheelchair-bound condition she had come to The SCOAN in last week. In his testimony, Mr Cawkwell explained how the sickness had taken over their lives for the past two years. He had to resign from his work as a security officer to attend to his wife and literally had to do everything for her.

However, upon seeing the miracles taking place daily at The SCOAN on Emmanuel TV, he was full of faith, with his wife, that if they came to The SCOAN, she would receive her total and complete healing. He described his amazement at seeing his wife walk after the prayers of Prophet T.B. Joshua and said her recovery since that point had been nothing short of phenomenal. He told viewers around the world on Emmanuel TV that the power of God he had witnessed in The SCOAN was real, tangible and life-changing, encouraging those oppressed with sickness to never give up or doubt God’s desire and ability to heal them.

His wife said that she felt the power of the Holy Spirit flow through her entire body as Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for her. After she stood up to walk, she began to vomit substances that had been clogging up her lungs for many years. With her healing came a clear throat and the ability to communicate freely, which she had not experienced for years because of the sickness.

She testified that her journey to The SCOAN was clearly providential, as even before embarking on the flight, when her condition was very dire, she had seen Prophet T.B. Joshua praying for her in the dream, which had strengthened her faith. It was a wonderful testimony to God’s healing power still at work today and the congregation joined the couple in song and dance to rejoice with them!

SECRET OF FAITH

In the third part of a series titled, ‘Secret Of Faith’, Prophet T.B. Joshua expounded further on some profound Gospel truths. He explained that faith is something that comes spontaneously, not by force or external pressure. “Anything that comes by force is not faith. Faith is something that comes spontaneously, willingly. Don’t force me. If you force me to be a Christian by giving me whatever you want to give me or you adopt me as a child and give me everything, such Christianity cannot last. If you stop giving me those things, I will stop being a Christian. If you become a Christian because of the miracle you receive, what if there is no miracle tomorrow? You will stop being a Christian.” 

He further characterised faith and rest as being inseparable, citing Hebrews 4 as a Scriptural reference. “Whenever we truly believe, our hearts will be at rest. If our hearts are uneasy and restless, if we are afraid of this and that, if we are fearful and feeling lost, struggling with all our effort to plan, to resolve, to plead and ask for help, this shows we have not yet believed. When one believes, he is at rest. Therefore, when a person believes, he will no longer worry. He will leave it for God!”

Prophet T.B. Joshua further explained the necessity of living in God’s Word and receiving it in the midst of our hearts. “If a person has not received the teaching of the Scripture or the promise of the Holy Ghost in his heart, forcing him to do such acts is indeed a risk – because faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word. You must take God’s Word to heart; you must live in God’s Word. If you have taken God’s Word to heart, you can act it. It will by its very nature, change you and when it does, you will automatically find yourself acting. This kind of rest is very real, genuine and natural.”

Prophet T.B. Joshua concluded the profound message by challenging believers to examine their daily lives. “If we examine our daily lives, we will find out how much faith we have. Faith is manifested in the small things in our daily life. Do you know how much you need God?” He said that the problem faced by believers around the world today was that they believe they only need God for certain tasks or at certain times instead of realising that they need Him in literally everything.

TESTIMONIES GALORE – A MILLION THANKS ARE NOT ENOUGH

The Sunday Service on 30 September 2012 kicked off with the prayer line after which Prophet T.B. Joshua asked for testimonies to be given, one after the other.

1.       NNAMDI EDOZIE AND WIFE – RECONCILED AFTER DELIVERANCE

A video was played in which the prophet last Monday prophesied to a couple that there was no affection at home. The husband, Mr Nnamdi Edozie revealed that though he has a beautiful woman as a wife, she is used to beating him; he washed her clothes and she was indeed the husband at home. He used to dream also, in which he saw his wife’s spiritual husband sleeping with her while he was turned into a houseboy. He said the wife was also wasteful in spending, violent and domineering. The second video was played, revealing the wife’s deliverance. The evil spirit spoke through her that it wanted to kill the couple through an accident and the wife would never have a child.

The husband told the congregation this Sunday morning that he had suffered so much, and had spent close to N15 million, visiting over 50 churches and 21 herbalists, for a solution, without success. Instead, he was told lies as to the causes of the problems in his household. He suffered financially and even had to use his vehicle as collateral. He experienced terrible accidents with his personal Jeep and three of his vehicles used in his transport business.

After her deliverance, she dreamt that the spiritual husband who had previously chased her wanting to use her for pepper soup was instead cut to pieces and used for pepper soup. Calling her husband “my baby boy” to acknowledge the renewed love between them, she stated that she was “the happiest woman on earth”. To the husband, the affection is now wonderful – “Just like an electric shock”, he said with a huge smile. He had advised that couples should look up to God as “there is nothing God cannot do”.

2.       MRS HELLEN UBONG TOON – RECONCILED WITH HER HUSBAND

A video was replayed showing the prophet prophesying to Mrs Hellen Ubong Toon that she had caught her husband with another woman and that she needed to hear God’s voice on the issue. After revealing a prophetic word to the woman about a man meeting her in her dreams, Prophet T.B. Joshua posed a question to her, asking her if that was not fornicating spiritually. Her home, according to the prophet was plagued by a spiritual husband. This morning, the woman had come with her husband; her husband used to be good to her, until recently when he turned against her, especially as she had remained barren for 12 years. For the first three years of their marriage, he said that things were really good for him but after that time, he had to sell his three cars and house due to financial problems caused by the spiritual husband. He had also slept with other women to prove his virility and fertility after which he was convinced that she was the cause of the barrenness. Prophet Joshua promised to deliver them and reconciliation occurred immediately.

3.       PASTOR LUCY PAYE TENIE – DELIVERED FROM EVIL FORCES

The USA based pastor (with a prophet for a husband) and co-founder of The End Times Ministries had come to the church, having watched numerous miracles performed and shown on Emmanuel TV. The evil spirit which spoke through her said it was responsible for fighting against the ministry, especially the commitment towards liberating Africa through the mechanism of Christianity. It said it was a collection of evil spirits from under the sea, which specialized in confusing people and creating sicknesses all over them. She had worked on a number of items (like a foundation centered on the less privileged and victims of HIV/AIDS, orphans, widows, etc) but had often procrastinated. She had told the church today, that she had only come for deliverance but was shocked to see what happened to her. She said she had pursued a career in medicine and now Biblical studies. She said deliverance is an important process but it must be done in a living church because though delivered before now, nothing worked for her.

Prophet T.B. Joshua spoke on the need for people to be aware of the fact that one may not know himself and that God can use anything to do His work. Works of charity must be done consistently to “prove that you are a servant”.

4.       ROSE IDRISU – EXPERIENCED BREAKTHROUGH THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER

A Ghanaian woman had come to the church to thank God for the spectacular breakthrough she has experienced in her life, through a former poor, kindergarten teacher. She had earlier come to The SCOAN to collect Anointing Water from the prophet, which she administered. She started selling timber and this soon grew into a prosperous business. Today, she has two Jeeps and five trucks and four building though she started the business with only $350. 

Her advice to people was that the most important change is her life was not becoming a comfortable millionaire but that her faith increased to a new level and her life was completely transformed. This was her advice to people.

5.       AYUK AKOACHERE – EXPERIENCED ACADEMIC AND ENTERPRENEURAL BREAKTHROUGH THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER

A Cameroonian, this multiple award winner, came to the church to express gratitude to God for His mercy on him. Frustrated in his job as an MTN Financial Analyst and Planning Manager, he had visited The SCOAN and was privileged to receive the Anointing Water. He applied it in his home and office and also sprayed in directly on himself. In 2011, he received an award for best performance in November and then the quarterly award as an outstanding employee. He also got the 2011 award in the category of “knowledge shared” and the MTN- Best Award in West and Central Africa. He chose to be sponsored by the company; he attended the Harvard Business School, Oxford Business School and The London Business School and made good impressions in the midst of other business executives from all over the world.

The Anointing Water is always his companion and it has opened a lot of doors and many companies wish to employ him, even as a physically challenged. His advice to the young is to trust in God though “we live in a world of temptations, doing crazy things to make money”. He said Jesus gives us an open cheque to fill any amount and enjoy life to the fullest with no strings attached. He also encouraged people should trust and have faith in Jesus and “He will do the rest”.

6.       MRS TANGANY BOTHO– DELIVERED FROM GALL BLADDER STONES THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER

Mrs Botho had initially experienced terrible pain and felt she was dying before she chose to visit the hospital where she was diagnosed with gall bladder stones. Doctors recommended operation but she refused and came to The SCOAN and was privileged to get Anointing Water which she used; upon use, she felt a burning sensation and her pain faded gradually. Eventually, she did a test and was told the stones were no longer there. She had advised that people should trust God because through Him, all things are possible. It was her first time of coming to The SCOAN from Botswana.

7.       KENNEDY VIRGINIA EKERIA – DELIVERED FROM AN 18 YEARS ADDICTION TO DRUGS THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER

He had actively used drugs for 18 years and became morally and psychologically depressed. He had used a variety – Indian hemp, cocaine, heroine and many other drugs. Not being able to stop it by himself, his wife joined the battle when she became terrified of him as he was always humiliating and beating her. After one of his violent rants, she was hospitalized and operated on but in the end because of his financial carelessness, he could not pay the hospital bill. He explained that without his knowledge, she was pouring the Anointing Water into his bath, food and drinking water and praying with Emmanuel TV. Due to her prayers and active faith, he became calmer and calmer. One night, he was ‘arrested’ in the dream by the Holy Spirit, God met with him and he abandoned his drug habits and old ways of life.

8.       HNR KING RICHARD SEIBA – DELIVERED FROM KIDNAPPERS AND GIVEN A CAR AND N500,000 BY PROPHET T.B. JOSHUA AND THE EMMANUEL TV PARTNERS

Hnr King Richard Seiba is from Yenogoa Council, Bayelsa State, Nigeria and was kidnapped from his home by seven armed youths who removed him through a window. He was alleged to be having an oil company in his domain through which he made a lot of money and built several houses. The kidnappers had demanded for a ransom of N30 million. One of those close to the king, Mishak Matthew (from Edo State) had tried to raise some money – first N2 million and then N4.5 million which was rejected by the kidnappers. Matthew travelled to The SCOAN from Bayelsa and obtained the Anointing Water which he sprayed on the king’s photograph and prayed. During the service, Mr Mishak also held the photograph of the king and one of the wise men touched it and ‘it was over’.

The king though he had suffered hunger and deprivation for many days was eventually released after the prayer as confusion set in among the kidnappers.

The king thanked God and T.B. Joshua as he said he was released on 25 September 2012. He said though they had wanted to kill him, Jesus saved him as he had seen T.B. Joshua in a dream. He said the kidnappers told him that some members of his community betrayed him but he had fasted and prayed earnestly. Grief-hearted, he had been released only narrowly. He thanked God for his security and return home. During the Sunday service, Prophet T.B. Joshua had promised to give him a car and N500,000. The very next day, during the Monday service, the pledge was fulfilled – a brand new Honda Accord car was given to him along with N500,000. He was advised to put the troubles behind him.

9.       MIRIAM AND FELISTUS NJATHU – HEALED OF HIV/AIDS POSITIVE ONE AT THE PRAYER LINE

Both are sisters from Malawi and suffered from HIV/AIDS Positive 1 for two years before they came to The SCOAN to be part of the prayer line. Miriam is 28 years and Felistas is 33 years old and both had suffered from dizziness and chronic headaches for two years. Holding their medical reports as evidence, they were certified negative, after returning to their country following their healing in the church on 25 December 2012. Both said that fornication and adultery led to their plagues before they were delivered. Miriam said she is free and fit and that people should always trust in God as “The Mighty Healer”. Felistus also said people should not lose hope; they should know that God is able to do all things for His children.

10.   MOLLY SEBELE – HEALED OF CERVICAL CANCER THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER

A lecturer in a College of Education, Botswana (Dean of Physical Education Department), Molly Sebele had suffered from cervical cancer which gave her copious vaginal discharges that made her smell badly. By the grace of God, she received the Anointing Water which she used constantly and prayed with Prophet T.B. Joshua on Emmanuel TV and was miraculously healed with the medical report to prove it.

11.   MOSES ANI AND WIFE – DELIVERED FROM BARRENNESS THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER

Moses Ani had suffered from low sperm count while his wife, Blessing had experienced no menses for years and this had resulted in barrenness. They were privileged to have The Anointing Water with which they prayed and later sprayed. Today, God has blessed them with a child of their own. They advised that people should hold on and hold out and trust in God because “with Him, all things are possible”.

12.   UGOCHUKWU IKENNA – DELIVERED FROM HARD DRUGS THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER

He had been a drug addict for many years selling his own clothes to buy drugs; he led a miserable life living moment by moment for his next fix. For seven years, he was not himself. He was taken to a rehabilitation centre and released on July 18, 2012, yet he returned to drugs. His wife had decided to put The Anointing Water in his food and he slept for many hours after eating it. The man who had once led a terribly rough life and had sold three cars, gradually regained himself and reconciled with his wife who had separated from him because of the drugs. He said that as The Anointing Water was having effect on him, a ball of fire left his body. He said drugs ruin people and that it is only God could help them in moments of stress.

13.   BEATRICE ATOM – DELIVERED FROM POVERTY AND LONELINESS

Mrs Beatrice Atom is a Liberian whose husband was killed by militants on August 10, 1990. He was actually shot dead and cut into four pieces right in front of his wife. She escaped into the forest with her kids and stayed there for eight months. She was full of pain in her heart and had to take care of three daughters and a boy, alone. Her house was also burnt to the ground.

After narrating her story, T.B. Joshua and the Emmanuel TV Partners in an act of charity, gave her N300,000 and a copy of “The Mirror”. She was grateful to T.B. Joshua and the Emmanuel TV Partners for their generosity and for being located by the Holy Spirit.

WISE MAN JOHN CHI’S MESSAGE

During the Monday Service, Wise Man John Chi preached to the congregation. Among other things, he said that “We are privileged to be family of God” and that “We all need good, inspired people to make it in our respective callings, as success is a collection of relationships”.

He said Jesus is the greatest soul winner and that nothing is too big for Him to give for the relief of the needy and physically challenged. He said “We are called to respond to all human needs” and “You can make a difference in the Kingdom of God”. His sermon was essentially based on the need for Christians to contribute to the progress of the society by being partners of Emmanuel TV. He concluded, “Step out in boldness and take Jesus at His Word”.

THE HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN

The much awaited message from Prophet T.B. Joshua on 29^th July 2012 was titled, The Highway To Heaven and was dedicated to the late Professor John Evans Atta Mills, President of Ghana.The prophet said, “To get to Heaven, you must follow the way of the Cross. The Highway to Heaven starts on this side of death and the entrance is very easy to find”. The Bible says, “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13). He said, “Paul the Apostle declared that the road to Heaven is not difficult to find or to access. Are you on the right road?” The road is right in your front; it is in the Word of God, he assured.

The prophet said, “The Lord speaks to us through His Word by His Spirit, and Jesus said, ‘I am the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one cometh to the Father except through me’ ” (John 14:6).

He revealed that Jesus Christ died for our sins and broke the power of death by resurrection.

“You need not fear where you are going when you know Jesus is going with you”, the prophet insisted, noting that “Death is not a period, it is only a comma”. This is because of the death of Christ and the resurrection.

He stated that, “We who put our faith in Him, death is not a period but a comma”. “We need to be sure we are ready to depart” he said, stating that, “If you are prepared to die, you are prepared to live.

The prophet said that “Whether you are young or old, what matters is the grace to continue living hereafter. A man may die young, yet be satisfied with living; but a wicked man is not satisfied even with long life”, he revealed, stressing that “Continuing to trust Jesus is the only way to get the things you are not ready for”.

He mentioned that he was not mourning the late President Atta Mills but was celebrating his wonderful life, saying, “I thank God for a life well spent”.

He narrated his first visit to Ghana during a crusade where he met the late President Atta Mills who at the time was the vice president of former president Jerry Rawlings.

“We prayed together and then came the revelation and I told him, ‘You will be a president of this country one day.’ He said, ‘No I am going back to the classroom, I am a professor, a lecturer’. Truly, he went back to the classroom as a lecturer. After some years, I received a phone call from him telling me, ‘I was called to contest as a presidential candidate of a party’. I replied, ‘Remember what I told you’.

He came to The SCOAN and I told him, ‘Your journey – I see three contests, 1^st lose, 2^nd lose, then you can think of winning to become president’. He said, ‘A losing candidate, 1^st time, 2^nd time, will people believe such a candidate?’ I said, ‘Let the will of God be done’. With God, all things are possible; this is the voice of God. The relationship was purely based on revelation. When your relationship is based purely on revelation of God, nothing and nothing can break it.”

The Last Hurdle That Saw Him To The Throne

The man of God explained how Atta Mills accepted the revelation and began to believe that he could contest as a presidential candidate. When Atta Mills was running for the third time, the prophet received a phone call from him from South Africa in which he stated that he was booked for an operation.

The prophet prayed over it. After praying, he gave him a call. ‘You said operation. You had a dream some time ago; in that dream, someone was leading you, holding your hand as a guide to show you the way. Does that mean somebody will be holding your hand anywhere you go?’ He replied, ‘Yes, I had such a dream in Canada that I was blind and someone held my hand and was guiding me where to go.’ I said, ‘If you attempt the operation, this is what is going to happen. My brother, don’t try the operation’. He said, ‘Pastor, I would like to attempt one eye first. If it does not work, I will stop it.’ Our dear father went for an operation on one eye. On coming out of the operation, the eye could not work and had also affected the ear. So, he called me, ‘Man of God, I am coming straight to Nigeria.’ That was where the first news was carried that our dear father had died. While the news was everywhere in those days, our father was with me here. When our father arrived at the airport in Nigeria, the first words that came from him were, ‘I will no longer contest; I want to drop the ambition’. I replied, ‘The Lord says you will get there. You can’t change God’s Word’.

The relationship was not just an introduction but purely divine. The man of God spoke of how Atta Mills spent 10 days with him at The SCOAN. ‘We started praying together and the Lord restored the ears and the other eye that had not been operated on. Our father went back to Ghana and started campaigning. The ambition continued. If God used His servant at that period, what do you think that servant cannot do to carry on?

After the election results were out and Atta Mills was inaugurated as President of Ghana, T.B. Joshua explained how he had received another revelation about his journey. ‘The prophecy I received from God was the same prophecy I used that day as a prayer point. I asked God to give him the spirit of a finisher. The second prayer point God gave me was, ‘God, give us the grace to complete the job that we started’. At that moment of celebration, there was nothing that called for that kind of prayer point. I began to see an unchangeable event.

‘He was a promised child being led by revelation’, the prophet told the congregation and viewers. The prophet said that it was not sickness or disease that killed him but it was God’s time. He prayed for the family of the late President and the nation, Ghana and said, ‘Our father is a martyr – the legacy he left behind – an unexplainable unity among political class, that is what our father fought for and won’.

In remembrance of Atta Mills, T.B. Joshua said, ‘What a good man – very modest in his leadership. Africa, we are not mature enough for this kind of leadership. He was a good man but a good man cannot succeed alone.’

Testimonies
Mrs Egbanunu, Warri, Delta State.
She was delivered from evil attacks and eating in her dreams. She was sleeping with men in her dreams and when she woke up, she would act like a man. She said she used to beat up her husband, pull his manhood and soak his clothes in water. She revealed that she broke his hand and destroyed the windscreen of his car and overwhelmed by the situation, two years ago, the husband left the house.

She revealed that after her deliverance, she started having affection for her husband. The prophet promised to contact the family of the husband. The husband, Mr Terry Egbanunu, who was also in the church to honour the invitation by the prophet, said that when his wife came into his life, things became terrible. He said his wife was quarrelsome and often threatened his life.

She said she was advised to visit The SCOAN where she was fortunate to be delivered through Wise Man Christopher. Following her deliverance, as she described in detail how she had treated her husband, she choked back tears. After both had explained their side of the story, Prophet T.B. Joshua counselled them and prophesied that the affection between the two of them would soon return. Their marriage had finally been restored after two years of separation. Glory be to God!

 

Mrs Pat Uzo
Delivered From The Problem Of Domineering Spirit And Undue Control Of Her Husband
She said she was fond of controlling her husband and was also noted for shouting at people. She claimed that she was not like that in the past.

Her husband , Mr Henry Uzo, confirmed this and said, “She used to tell me to bathe the children, care for them, wash plates, cook food and wake her up to eat”. All these were going on despite the fact that we have a housemaid”, he said. The couple requested for deliverance which they received.

Nigeria Deportees From Libya
A second set of Nigerians (over one hundred) who were imprisoned in Libya, came to the church to give thanks to God for the prayers of the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua which led to their release.

One of them (Matthew) spoke on behalf of the rest of them thanking the man of God for his magnanimity, love and concern for their plights. They were given assistance as others before them had received.
