THE WEAPONS OF OUR WARFARE

 

Wise Man Christopher

Wise Man Christopher, with his usual fervour, issued his message which he titled, ‘The Weapons Of Our Warfare’ to the congregation and cited many portions of the Bible to make his case clear. In his words, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but spiritual through God in pulling down every demonic stronghold. The Word, he clarified, is not on the written page of the Bible but in the lips of the believers.  As Christians, you need to fill your mind and heart with the Word to speak it.  In Matthew 4 : 1-11, Jesus gave Christians  the battle plan when He spoke directly to the devil in the wilderness. You need to learn the value of God’s Word on your lips to confront the devil victoriously. In Ephesians 6:17, the Bible tells us that those who overcome satan will be required to use the power of the spoken Word. David, in 1 Samuel 17:45 – 50 used the Word of God in his heart as a weapon to defeat Goliath. David’s first victory was therefore in the choice of the right weapon, which was the Word of God on his lips. As Christians, Jesus has given us the Word of God as a special weapon that no power of satan can withstand. Whatever your giant or mountain, you, as a Christian, can address it with the Word of God and achieve total victory. Prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit is the most formidable weapon, the wise man concluded his message.

WOMAN EFFECTUALLY DELIVERED FROM EATING HER HAIR

A week after her deliverance, Mrs Josephine Eseme Jimmy, standing beside her husband, happily gave thanks to God for her deliverance as, according to her, the urge to eat her hair had completely disappeared.  Josephine came to The SCOAN the previous Sunday for deliverance from addiction to eating her hair, including those on her head, armpits and private parts.  She said the addiction took form after she heard a voice ordering her to eat her hair. The unusual behaviour was cultivated before her marriage and had continued since then for a length of 23 years. After her confession, Josephine was delivered in the mighty name of Jesus by Prophet T.B. Joshua who told her that she was free and would not eat her hair anymore. She said that in her dream two days after the deliverance, the demon appeared to her to lure her to the old act but immediately, the man of God also appeared and the demon ran in fear. The man of God then held her and she woke from sleep. That was the end of her addiction to eating her hair.  The couple thanked the prophet one more time for being used by Jesus to bring about her deliverance. In reaction, the prophet once more established the difference between authority and power. In his words, knowing facts about Jesus does not change your relationship with Him. He however added that your reward for a relationship with Jesus is power.

SPIRITUAL HUSBAND’S HOLD RELEASED IN JESUS’ NAME

A video clip on the events of the previous Sunday service showed Wise Man Daniel as he laid hands on the congregants. A woman among them,Mrs Alberta Boakye from Ghana reacted by manifesting the spiritual husband in her.

The spirit, speaking through her, said Alberta was his wife who disobeyed her to marry an earthly husband. The spirit added that it had destroyed the husband’s ministry for that reason. The spirit also said their second child could not learn because of the punishment by the spiritual husband. She was then delivered after prayer from Wise Man Daniel. Standing by her pastor husband as she gave her testimony, Alberta revealed that she sensed the spiritual husband in her life at the age of 16 when it used to have sex with her in her dreams. The spirit had been a thorn in their marriage of ten years, causing her to inflict emotional pain on her husband all the time. Under the influence of the spirit, she became the husband and took delight in issuing orders to her husband and beating him. She was however relieved to be free after her deliverance.

In response to the prophet, Pastor Nicholas the husband chronicled all the shameful treatment his wife inflicted on him under the influence of the spiritual husband. She would wake up and ask her husband in the dead of night to clean the house and wash the dishes. When she knew it was fasting time for her husband, she would deliberately set food before him to break the fast unjustifiably. Either she would meet the husband in the church to fight and embarrass him or prevent him by force from going to church after he was ready. On such occasions, the pastor whose church had branches in other countries, would call his fellow pastors in the church to ask them to carry on as he was still ‘waiting on God’. He lost his congregation to other churches and the branches closed because of the wife’s abnormal behaviour.  A king of the community who attended his church withdrew his membership because of the wife’s behaviour. After praying for the deliverance of the pastor, Prophet T.B. Joshua assured him that he would assist him to reactivate his ministry and re-open the branches. Asked to comment on her husband’s confession, Alberta, in unmistakable remorse said, ‘I feel bad and sad’ and bemoaned satan for all that her husband had suffered in her hands. Prophet T.B. Joshua ended the episode by explaining that it was the evil spirit inside the wife that was responsible and now that she was delivered, her husband should not remind her of the past.

MAN DELIVERED FROM THE SPIRIT OF MASTURBATION

Mr Solomon Ogheneovo

A man from Delta, Nigeria, Solomon Ogheneovo by name, told the congregation of himself as a victim of the spirit of masturbation for 24 years. He thought that getting married would stop the embarrassing act but in fact, it continued. Even after marriage, he masturbated at least every day. After unsuccessful efforts, which included fasting and prayer, on his part to stop it, he finally decided to seek the face of the Lord in The SCOAN. After receiving the Anointing Water, he gathered his family and they prayed with it. That prayer, according to him, marked the end of his masturbation. He thanked God for using the prophet to bring an end to this torment in his life.

ANOINTING WATER RESTORES MENSTRUATION

Mrs Mercy Anthony

Mrs Mercy Anthony told listeners how she regained her menstruation which ceased for seven years, completely unresponsive to her efforts to reactivate it.  She said a good Samaritan gave her a virtually empty bottle of the Anointing Water which she topped with water, prayed with and ministered on herself. Following that, her menstruation miraculously reappeared. She ended her testimony by advising all her listeners to trust God who has an answer to whatever problems they might have.

ANOINTING WATER RESTORES MEMORY AND FETCHES PROMOTION

Rahamat Yusuf Suleiman had an accident in April which, among other injuries, affected her memory. This affected her reading and preparation for her promotion examination in her workplace. The result was that she failed the examination and was denied promotion. After efforts elsewhere to find a cure had failed, she sent a friend to The SCOAN for the Anointing Water.

  On receiving the Anointing Water, she prayed with it and sprayed it on herself, particularly her forehead. Soon after, to her amazement, she vomited an earthworm. The Anointing Water gave her total healing and following her prayer with it before going for another promotion examination in her workplace, she found the questions the same as the ones she had read, making her pass the examination with ease. As she gave her testimony, Rahamat displayed her promotion letter which was the outcome of her success in the examination.  Rahamat advised her listeners to go to the Lord always for a solution to their problems.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR THE AGED, DISABLED AND CHILDREN WORLDWIDE

The Emmanuel TV Team and Partners as usual filled trailers with gifts of rice, flour and other food items and transported them to the elderly and physically challenged both within Nigeria and internationally.

Two of the many states in Nigeria that were visited by The Emmanuel TV Team were Yobe and Borno in the far north of the country. The team set off with two trailers each filled to capacity with rice and flour, in addition to cash gifts. The venue for the meeting with the Emmanuel TV  Team was General Hospital Leprosy Centre, Maiduguri. People gathered from all around Borno State to attend the meeting.

The team sent by T.B. Joshua presented the community leaders with cash gifts and the bags of rice were distributed among everyone, regardless of race, faith or background. The Bible teaches us that we should love our neighbours as ourselves. In the same vein, various gifts were also dispatched to the needy and elderly people in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. In the Asian continent, Lahore, Pakistan was also visited with bags of rice, flour and other gift items.

FINANCIAL AID TO VISUALLY IMPAIRED STUDENTS

In the course of the service, five visually impaired students from the University of Jos were led to the platform where they narrated their financial problems as students, one after another.

Yakubu, a student of Special Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, was the first to bare his mind about his financial needs as a student and concluded that he needed the sum of N92,000.00 to pay his school fees and solve other problems as a student.  The rest, in turn, also spoke, explaining that as students, even the money to release their results was hard to come by. Upon listening to their complaint, the prophet directed that their needs be met. Consequently, a total sum of N284,300.00 and bags of rice were disbursed among them.

MASS PRAYER FREES ALL

T.B Joshua

Praying in the power of the Holy Spirit, Prophet T.B. Joshua led the congregation and viewers worldwide in a powerful time of mass prayer. Many vomited the poisons long buried in their systems, thus receiving their freedom. The prophet prayed for the total release of his listeners in many areas of their lives, including their finances, businesses, marital lives among others. He also prayed for the restoration of their destinies and health. In the course of the mass prayer, the prophet issued prophecies to some people who, in reaction came forward to confirm the prophecies. Confirming that the entire congregation had been delivered and was free, the prophet proceeded to say the grace and bring the service to a close.

THE HAND OF GOD IN OUR LIVES

After a time of powerful praise and worship ushering the congregation into the presence of God, Wise Man Racine came forward to preach a message titled, ‘A Life On Purpose’. In his words, the plan of God for us is beautiful. However, human beings long for eternity in ignorance of what God has done. God allows everything to take place at its appointed time and season.

People change the course of their destiny because of impatience or inability to see beyond the present. Blessing, he elaborated, is not an end in itself but a means to an end. Beyond the present situation, there is a purpose.  The wise man picked Ephesians 1:11 as his proof text. We are created for the glory of God. It is God’s purpose for your life that determines the cause and course of your life, he said. Nothing happens for nothing. There is an unseen hand in the life of every human being. The unseen hand is God’s plan for our lives. Time and opportunity act on us all. You are whom you are by His grace. We all work hard for a breakthrough but in some cases there may be no proportionate reward. The fast runner does not always win the race. The brave do not always win the battle either. Wisdom does not guaranty success in life. God, he maintained, wants us to succeed with a purpose. Narrow, according to him, is the way that leads to life, buttressing his point in close reference to Matthew 7:13.

In many cases, we don’t always have it the way we expect it, in spite of our seemingly error-proof plans. When we are frustrated, then we are ready to submit to providence. Man proposes; God disposes. It is the goodness of our cause that interests God Almighty more than our physical or mental disposition. It is your responsibility to find out God’s purpose for your life.

There are unchangeable events in the course of our destiny. Ordinary events may have extraordinary effects in the spirit. When God unravels His plans in our lives, He designs events that cannot be changed. If Joseph had not been thrown into prison, he would not have had link with the throne. If Peter had had a good catch, he would have left before Christ came and that would have changed the course of his life. The wise man aptly advised his listeners to look beyond their situations, as God is fully aware. When it is time for God to manifest His purpose in your life, there will be a driving force that will change your actions and location. There is breakthrough in hardship, if Jesus is involved, the wise man advised, adding that to live life to the fullest, your goal must reflect your purpose.

If we sang the song of praise more and talked less, the world would be more heavenly, Prophet T. B. Joshua said after the choir had led the congregation in worship following Wise Man Racine’s insightful message.  In relation to John 4: 1-17 which he drew the attention of the congregation to, he dwelt on faith as the transformative power of the universe; the power of change from darkness to light. A change from sickness to health; a change from yoke to deliverance; a change from weakness to strength; a change from a faithless to a faithful generation and a change from poverty to blessing are only possible with the transformative power of faith.

The Samaritan woman at the well confirmed Jesus’ statement that she had had five marriages and Jesus pointed her to her future. You may not have believed a vision given to you, the prophet said, because it overwhelmed you beyond imagination but no matter the circumstance, with God all things are possible.  The prophet urged every one of his listeners to be a tomorrow thinker. When Jesus becomes your coach, he said, you will be asked to see what is not yet seen, to do what is not yet done and to say what is not yet said.

Until you experience Jesus, there will be dissatisfaction in your life. There will be a sense of hunger to know what life is all about and a desire to know what happens after life is over.

When you have exhausted your mental and emotional resources, you can no longer rely on yourself. You simply need to trust something or someone stronger or smarter than yourself. Jesus, who can raise the dead, is our choice. Don’t listen to temptation to act out of character or react badly to the emotional weight you are experiencing.  Jesus loves you just as He loves any of His apostles, the prophet reminded the congregation.

MIRACULOUS DELIVERY
At the instance of the prophet, some prophecies of the previous Sunday service were shown on video. The first clip displayed Wise Man John Chi as he addressed a pastor and his wife on the gallery. Coming down from the gallery accompanied by his wife as instructed by the wise man, Pastor Samuel Eromosele was warned not to allow his wife to attempt another operation after the previous operation. The Lord will deliver her in Jesus’ name, Amen, the wise man ended his prophecy with a prayer.  Emerging from the congregation to confirm the prophecy at the end of the clip, Pastor Lorena of Treasure Land Christian Centre, Benin- city narrated how for six days she was in labour and went from hospital to hospital without being able to deliver. She was told that the head of the baby was resting on the stitch of the previous operation, making natural delivery impossible, unless she submitted herself for another operation.  Shunning that suggestion in line with the wise man’s prophecy, Pastor Lorena rushed to The SCOAN to seek the face of God. Wise Man Christopher rushed in to pray for Pastor Lorena. As the prayer was being said, Pastor Lorena, already weak from six days of labour, gained energy and stamina from heaven and with one decisive push the baby came out. A very lively baby was born without an operation.  Thank You, Jesus Christ!

In his testimony, Pastor Samuel Eromosele revealed his vision and added that the doctor who prescribed operation as the only way out shouted, ‘Praise the Lord!’ when he was told that she delivered in The SCOAN safely without an operation.

PROPHECY REVEALS LOVE CHARM
Another clip showed the prophet issuing a message of prophecy to a young man and telling him that he had a charm in his clothing which he recovered from his partner.  At the instance of the prophet, the young man came out and confirmed the prophecy that he recovered a charm from his loved one.  Coming down from the gallery at the mention of her name, Faith admitted that the charm was given to her without asking by her elder brother’s wife, who advised her to use it on her private parts when the couple met.  Answering a question by the prophet, the young man confessed that since then his affection for her had disappeared. After their deliverance, the man of God promised to tell them whether their relationship was from Heaven.

Mounting the platform the following Sunday, the young man by name Confidence Okonkwo, his wife and his brother in-law and one other family member were out to give additional evidence. Mr Isaac, the brother in-law, expressed shock at the revelation and added that he accosted his wife immediately about the issue to which she confessed to giving her a charm in the form of soap.  He ended his story by appealing to the man of God to deliver them as that was the plan of the enemy to scatter their families. Commending Confidence Okonkwo for his wisdom for coming to the church to unravel the issue, the prophet remarked that most young men would have ended the relationship there and then. He reassured him that the current problem was meant to pave way for a better future for their marriage.

THE REAL VALUE OF MARRIAGE
The next video clip was the voice of Prophet T. B. Joshua, unable to hide his compassion, as he prophesied to a young man, who had married and remarried three times.  The latest in the series of wives committed an abomination, causing crises in his current marriage.  She had an intimate relationship with her ex-boyfriend after only two weeks of their marriage.  In his clarification, Hon. Elaye Efezimo of Delta, Nigeria said before their marriage, they cohabited for a while and he travelled to his work place after their marriage, where he received a text message from his wife in which she asked him whether he could stand by her if there was anything.  At the response of, ‘Yes’ from her husband, Emily mustered the boldness to mouth the abomination to her husband that her ex-boy friend slept with her in a hotel. The prophet explained that the plan of the devil was for him to marry and remarry as his real value had been taken away. Delivered, the prophet said, Hon. Efezimo would know his true value.

Following that, he requested to see his family, telling the wife that her deliverance would be later. Mounting the platform the following Sunday as requested by the prophet, Hon Efezimo with his wife and their mothers expressed readiness to revisit the issue. The wife narrated that sixteen days after their marriage, she met her ex-boyfriend in a hotel. After her confession, the prophet advised her and her mother to have a heart to heart discussion as it appeared she did not know what marriage is all about, making her treat her own with sacrilege. She was also advised to go to prayer line for deliverance. In the resumed meeting, the prophet declared her free after receiving prayer at the prayer line, delivered from the contrary spirits that had been driving her life and making her misbehave. Asking their parents to leave them alone, the prophet told them to re-examine the basis of their continued relationship in their new spiritual standing. As they were not immediately able to make up their minds as to what to do with each other, the prophet asked them to go back to the drawing board and seek the face of God.

ANOINTING WATER USHERS LAWYER TO S.A.N.
Jude Ositadinma Esq. mounted the platform to thank God for graciously elevating him to the position of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, a rank which is very much revered, not only in Nigeria but also in all the Commonwealth countries. He had all along been discouraged from applying for the post because of the bad experiences of his friends who had been applying since 1998 and before. In his case,  Ositadinma Esq. received the Anointing Water from The SCOAN and sprayed it on his papers before submitting them for assessment. He was also advised by the man of God to pray, fast and commit the situation into the hands of God. He left the church for the interview and, according to him, it later turned to be a mere friendly discussion.  As expected, he was honoured with the title in a letter to that effect, dated 7^th July 2011 and to the glory of God, it was backdated to 2010. Today, Jude Ositadinma Esq., by the new achievement, occupies the highest position any lawyer in the Commonwealth can aspire to, a position he reached only by the first application. We thank God for him and we are reassured that when the Lord is involved in your matter, it does not matter who else is involved.

SAFE DELIVERY IN JESUS’ NAME
After a video had introduced the case of Mrs  Ruth Uangbaoje of Edo, Nigeria, she came to the platform for the details of her testimony.  She had been unable to deliver her baby, according to her, because of a narrow cervix. Her doctor had told her that she would only deliver by operation.  Recalling that she had her first and second babies by operation, she decided to seek the face of God in The SCOAN as a lover of Emmanuel TV where she had watched many miracles. In The SCOAN, Wise Man Racine prayed for her in the prayer line. Leaving the church, she decided to go to her mother at Lekki, Lagos. There, she delivered her baby safely at home without an operation. In conclusion, she advised her listeners and the world to go to God who has all the power to heal and with whom everything is possible.

TWINS RESCUED FROM ABANDONMENT TO FORMAL EDUCATION
A woman, Felicia Alaba and her twin sons, Kenneth and Daniel came forward to unveil their plight, particularly of the eighteen-year-old twins, who had been denied not only parental care and love but even knowledge of their father, said to be a citizen of the UK. According to one of the twins, they were relocated from the UK to Nigeria at six months of age, since which time they had not set eyes on their father. Their mother, who became too poor to care for them, entrusted them to a friend in Lagos with whom they lived for two years.  Unable to cope any further, the friend folded her arms and asked the twins to fend for themselves. Since January this year, according to them, they had been denied of a roof over their heads making them sleep outside and anywhere with one eye opened for their safety. They made their living by dancing in the day and taking refuge anywhere at night till the following morning. In her story, their mother informed her listeners that she met their father in Nigeria where they married before both of them left for the United Kingdom. In the UK, their relationship was characterized by petty quarrels and fighting. Felicia decided to come back to Nigeria where she faced hardship, sickness and abject poverty. After a few probing questions, the prophet offered them a scholarship to resume their education. He however, bemoaned their upbringing which had exposed them to the negative sides of life and said something could be done urgently in that regard.

We thank God for His amazing grace and His wonders that we see happening every week at The SCOAN. It is all about Jesus Christ!

THE SCOAN…RESTORING TESTIMONIES

In a voice resonating with infectious fervour and total discipleship to the Lord, Prophet T.B. Joshua opened the service with an assurance to the congregation that their past was over. As if dispelling perceived unwillingness among them, the prophet persuasively reminded the congregation of the magnanimity of the Lord towards regarding their past and the need to forge ahead in life with renewed commitment to the service of the Lord. What are you thinking of? He asked while assuring them that where they were coming from did not matter. Equally mindful and concerned about those under the influence of the telecast, he drew their attention to Matthew 5:14 to underscore the point that their past was over. Employing metaphorical language as well to empower his message, he described the Lord’s faithful as the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. The Word of God is light. Satan cannot withstand it. You are the light of the world, so satan cannot handle you. When you talk, satan must listen to you. The Word of God is the tool in the hand of the Holy Spirit to nurture us on earth. The Holy Ghost must give you the Word to work. Under the influence of the Holy Spirit you find yourself praying prayer rather than saying words. The Holy Ghost is the author of the Word of God, which if given becomes an instrument against the enemy. Asking the assembly to show him their Bibles, he advised to read it describing it as the food for their soul and the light of their faith in view of its purifying powers which has the effect of keeping them from errors and sin.
In a style reminiscent of the prophet, Wise Man Racine told the assembly that their past was over as he welcomed them to the arena of liberty. Visibly luxuriating in the unique blessings and peace of mind under the prophet, he could not hide what amazing grace it is to be nurtured under Prophet T.B. Joshua. As he put it, we are here for a change, the kind of change that will make our life or case the subject of argument. The Gospel, according to him, challenges and changes everything. In the past, God overlooked our ignorance of looking at God as an image. The real object of worship has come. Jesus is worthy of being the object of worship. Communion with Christ establishes a deep sense of intimacy with God. Jesus came to show that it is necessary and essential to worship God in Spirit. Buttressing his argument by reference to John Chapter 4, he emphasised that Jesus came to call us out of ignorance. Jesus is looking for someone to change. Jesus did not come for the righteous but for the unrighteous. In Jesus, the harlot had become chaste, he added. The right knowledge of God settles peace, he went further quoting Acts 8:28. The Holy Ghost is the best influence. The Bible is a Book of light. God will not open the door of light to one who keeps his Bible shut. The devil knows that he cannot stop those who have spiritual insight into Christ. The Word of God is enough to open the way for us. Drawing congregants attention to Acts 8:28-34, he reminded them of what the Bible stands for. The words of the Scriptures are the Word of God. Those who believe in them will be saved. The work of the Holy Spirit begins in understanding the Bible. The Holy Spirit, John 38:31-32 opens our mind to the knowledge of the Bible. We must understand the Word of God in the midst of our heart. Salvation is for those who believe. The Holy Spirit uses God’s Word to change our character. A change not of the substance but of the quality of the soul. If the Lord changes you, the change is permanent. No one can say no to sin and yes to righteousness without God. Let the spirit of victory and salvation locate you. You need to be born again. Take your time in the Word of God and discover what God has made you for. He advised the congregation in consonance with the title of the message: The right knowledge of God settles peace.

Reacting to the accolades the Anointing Water has received in the outside world, Russia and Ukraine in particular, Prophet T.B. Joshua thanked the Lord for the grace. According to him, it is the Holy Spirit that gives you the Anointing Water. It is not T.B. Joshua. T.B. Joshua can only treat as a human being. It is God that heals. His righteousness is by the grace of God. The Holy Spirit has no hand but ours to give the Anointing Water. A video clip reveals the miracles of healing and deliverances associated with the Anointing Water in Kazan, Russia and Ukraine. The Anointing Water healed people of pain. There were testimonies of restored freedom, hearing, breathing and also spines and breasts were testified healed of different ailments. The video clip also revealed people with contrary spirits falling in Ukraine as they received administration of the Anointing Water and many other miracles unfurled following the application of the Anointing Water. All this, according to Prophet T.B. Joshua confirms that the Anointing Water is (for all nations) not limited to any one country or culture.

TESTIMONIES ON THE ANOINTING WATER

MR AND MRS NGUEZE
Mr and Mrs Franklin Ngueze from Enugu State mounted the podium happily introducing their baby girl, Mary which they had after many years of barrenness. According to Mrs Ngueze, the mouthpiece of the family, she had the problem of lack of ovulation, hormonal imbalance and other complications and her husband had low sperm count plus others, all of which thrived under the mega-problem of bedwetting which embarrassed the family for five years. Coming to The SCOAN, the couple got the Anointing Water which the man of God used to pray for them. Meeting as man and wife after the prayer with the Anointing Water, the couple began to sense the signs of pregnancy in the woman. In addition to the good news of pregnancy, the embarrassment of bedwetting on the part of the husband also ended as a consequence of the application of the Anointing Water. As regards the woman, the nightmares and the many unprovoked nocturnal vocal outbursts stopped. The couple were in the Church in June last year to give a testimony of the pregnancy at which time the prophet prophesied that the woman would bear a baby girl Chipping in a point, the prophet revealed that when a prophecy is given, nothing can change it. There would not be such a thing as miscarriage or any other embarrassment.

MR AND MRS ADOGE
The Anointing Water for the fruit of the womb also recorded a spectacular miracle making it a household name among those in search for the fruit of the womb. In the case of Mr and Mrs Adoge from Akure , Ondo State, Nigeria, they had played host to barrenness for over eleven years in the face of the wife’s profuse affliction with fibroid and the husband,’ low sperm count compounded by poor erection. In desperate efforts to rid themselves of these embarrassments, they had been to herbal homes and hospitals without positive results in spite of the adverse repercussion visited on their economic standing by these fruitless efforts. In fact, the woman’s barrenness was even twenty five years old as the current husband is second in her matrimonial adventures. As God would have it, a friend of hers, Mrs Okon drew her attention to the fruit of the womb meeting fast approaching, December 2008 in The Synagogue. However, while many women lost their fibroid during the meeting, Mrs Adoge’s defiantly stuck to her despite all the prayer, making her shed tears literally. Narrow-minded as she is in her human nature, she never knew that God, whom nothing embarrasses, was doing something in her case in a way immediately imperceptible to the human eye. At home after the meeting, but starting from the day of the meeting, she noticed that she was discharging some white substance and that was the situation for two weeks. In the relief following the ceasing of the unusual flow, her husband met her as wife resulting in pregnancy and a baby. Today, the Adoges are unbelievable parents of a bouncing baby boy whom they christened, Joshua in special recognition of Prophet T.B. Joshua whose Anointing Water wiped away their barrenness and tears and gracefully ushered them into parenthood after twenty five years of frustration.

THE MINISTRY OF FAMILY RECONCILIATION
Taking advantage of the ministry of family reconciliation in the Church, Mr and Mrs Umoro from Kogi State appeared on the podium in continuation of the reconciliation which followed the prophecy by the man of God last week that he could see a situation where a woman would set her husband ablaze because of a strange object she found in his pocket. Mrs Umoro came out to say that the prophecy referred to her husband and her as sometime in the past, she, suspecting her husband’s love escapades in the town, went and dipped her hand in his hung trousers, and to her dismay, she found a newly used condom in the pocket. Continuing the prophecy, the man of God said that the woman had a spirit of anger and would be ready to go to prison after setting the husband ablaze. While agreeing with the prophet, the woman added that she had met a witchdoctor and told her that there was no peace in her marital home. The witchdoctor had prescribed to her the items she should bring, among which were her nails and pubic hair, for use to restore the man to discipline and make for peace in the home. Mrs Umoro also admitted nursing plans to use evil means to incapacitate her husband from having extra –marital sex. She added that she knew her husband from childhood as a womaniser. There was even a time, according to her, when one of his many girl friends arrested the wife for disrupting her sexual exploits with Fidelis but the latter reacted in a non- committal way, distancing himself from what might befall his wife in the hands of his paramour. The most worrisome aspect of the misbehaviour is the delight he seemed to derive from unfolding his extra-marital sex exploits to his wife and priding himself, by that, on his virility.
Delivering the man whom he never conceded an opportunity of self –defence, as a mark of respect for the women present, the prophet assured his wife that her husband would be recruited to the path of moral decency. Delivered, the couple hugged each other and vacated the podium happier than they came.

The next family to benefit from the reconciliation ministry is a bishop who has much size advantage over his wife but who, in a prophecy earlier, was described as suffering pain and disgrace in the hands of his wife who was demon possessed and had the spirit of anger and stigma to disturb the bishop’s church. Confirming the prophecy to be true in its entirety, the bishop admitted that the wife, her relatively small stature notwithstanding, beat him often and, in many cases, attempted to hit him with deadly objects. He would suffer in her grip till neighbours would come to retrieve him from her hands at which time he would run for dear life. Asked how she felt seeing her husband suffer in her hands, she said she at first savoured the experience but later on would pity her husband. She implored the man of God to deliver her.
Delivered, she and her husband were ushered into a new phase of amity and love in their marital life.

REVEALING GOD’S POWER

Addressing the assembly in the lull of the adoration music, Prophet T. B. Joshua underscored the fact that our fight is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and demons of all authorities and rankings. As our fight is targeted at demons and principalities, it is not easy to determine our closing time in the Sunday service. In our case, we react proactively to the attack of the devil as and when observed. Demons attack mankind everywhere and every time and we must react as enjoined in Mark 16:17 where God says, in my name you shall cast out all demons. Opening his message with a series of rhetorical questions,
Wise Man Racine enjoined the assembly to be vigilant if they were not to be caught napping when the Lord would arrive. Are you prepared for the coming of the Lord, Jesus Christ? How prepared are you to receive Him? Where will He find you when He comes? He advised the church to wake up. He reminded the congregation that what we see on a daily basis on the street are demons at work in various ways and manners. Demons use able-bodied men to perpetrate atrocities of various descriptions and dimensions against their fellow men as orchestrated by the devil whose pre-occupation is to distract mankind from his Creator, God. Demon’s purpose is to distract man from God. There is an unending war between eternity and things which are intrinsically temporal in nature. A war between Christ and evil which is also the war between the Spirit and flesh is unending, according to him. This he maintained would lead to the topic of his message which is:
THE BATTLE OF THE AGES
Ours is a fight with enemies that we can’t see. He referred the congregation to 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. The weapons of warfare are not carnal, for ours are enemies without flesh. The first place to be victorious is in our mind, he emphasised. It is a war between knowledge and ignorance. He enjoined the congregation to find security in God’s hands. It is in God’s hands that we have victory and blessing. Freedom from fear is in God’s hands. If God is with you, who can be against you? He further reminded the congregation of the Lord’s promise to set a table before you in the presence of your enemies. He advised his listeners to look up to the Lord for eternal victory. Jesus’ victory is a supernatural victory and we should rise up in heart and mind for things above. Our victory is past victory as Jesus, by His victory over the devil, has conquered the world for us. He gave biblical backing to his point by asking the church to open Matthew 4:3 for the Lord’s temptation. The devil tempted Jesus with bread because he knew that after His forty days of fasting and praying, He must be hungry. The devil tempted Jesus to put on a sensational display of power. Jesus, though had all the power, presumed upon the Holy Spirit. This teaches us that the power given to us is not to be exercised at our own will but at the will of God.

BROKEN HOMES AND RECONCILIATION
Mounting the altar in succession to the Wise Man, Prophet T.B. Joshua x-rayed the various problems challenging the unity in many families today. In many cases, he went on, families don’t go together to church because there isn’t unity enough in the family to justify that. Even in the same church, husband and wife sit far apart to be comfortable. All this, he maintained, is the work of the devil. The nature of the man’s job could be a source of disunity as wife and children will not be happy to wake up at 4am for family prayer to enable the man to go to work early. So, when there is unity on the outside, there might be disunity on the inside. Many of your children might not accept your faith but would embrace your money.

A HOUSE ON FIRE
The man of God directed that the video clip on a prophecy relating to the Nworah family be visited. The clip revealed the psychological turmoil in the mind of Mrs Rose Nworah following a strange phone number she discovered in her husband’s phone. Dialling the phone number in suspicion and anxiety, Mrs Rose Nworah received the shocking news told, with utmost disdain, by a girl her husband nicknamed Baby-Baby. The girl in question had been regaling herself in an illegal sexual relationship with her husband. As Baby-Baby herself put it, in reaction to Mrs Nworah’s phone call, “I have been enjoying your husband for quite some time and in fact, I am now pregnant for him.” What unspeakable effrontery! What a heart-shattering and mind-numbing insolence! What culpable sacrilege of cultural and biblical norms! The reality of the matter, as explained by Mrs Nworah, is that for quite some time the relationship between the couple had gone sour. The man’s amorous yearning for the woman had atrophied. Much to the chagrin of the woman, the husband never relished her meals anymore; they never slept together nor was the man interested in going out together with the wife ostensibly because of his newly discovered Baby-Baby, who incidentally hails from the same village in Anambra, Nigeria as the husband. Rose, the wife felt disadvantaged by this communal relationship between her husband and Baby-Baby as she, herself is a Ghanaian. In spite of the ethnic difference between the couple, the wife cherishes the marriage and had always jettisoned people’s negative comments and wishes about the marriage. She so loves him that she declares her affection for him to be time defiant because, as she says, her love is for ever and for ever she will love him. In his defence, Mr Uchenna Nworah acknowledged the girl as his community girl but denied putting her in a family way. Taking this as an episode for sermonising before giving his verdict, the prophet drew attention to the beauty of the woman and remarked, in confirmation of the Bible, that the battle is not necessarily for the swiftest and that is why, according to him, there are many beautiful women who, in spite of their beauty, live by prostitution in hotels today while many ugly ones are happily married. He added that beauty in the inside is more important than outward appearance. He therefore enjoined his listeners to seek deliverance in this regard. On the issue in question, the man of God declared that their marriage is from God and the so-called pregnancy claims by Baby-Baby were a mere hoax minted out to create bad blood between the couple. In total relief, the woman wore a smiling look and reiterated her yearnings to bear him all her children and love him forever. Hugging each other in their renewed matrimony, both husband and wife were delivered.

The next prophecy mentioned a woman, who in her dreams would see herself cutting the head of a goat which, on completion, would turn out to be one of her children receiving the machete cut. A few days after the dream, the affected child would fall sick and die. No sooner the prophecy was given than a woman emerged to claim the prophecy as hers because she had mysteriously lost three children in the process enunciated in the prophecy. Mrs Janet Peter from Kogi State confirmed the prophecy for herself and added that she had visited many pastors in that regard, in the hope of getting deliverance but all in futility. Developing this strand of the issue, the prophet told the church that it is hardly possible for any pastor to issue deliverance that is predicated on a dream or tale by a victim or sufferer. Deliverance, he submitted, is only possible and efficacious if the issue is revealed to the pastor by the Holy Spirit and the pastor divulges it by way of a prophecy to the person affected. Mrs Peter also disclosed her propensity to eat in dreams. The man of God assured her of deliverance. Many other prophecies, some of intriguing nature, were given and claimed by various congregants after which they were delivered and reassured of a more fruitful life in Christ. God, according to the prophet, has intended that His people should not grope in ignorance and consequently perish. He has, on the contrary, planned that a prophet should be among them. Through the prophet, God has intended to reveal essential information to them for their edification, survival and growth. However, this fact is not appreciated by many people and so, such people deride the prophets of God. The prophet is the only book after all books but which is not available in the market.

The prophet is the mind of God. He thereafter referred to a prophecy relating to Kenya which was issued the previous Sunday in the service. In the said prophecy, the prophet talked of seeing a place in Kenya where people drink and which would be attacked. It was therefore a warning sounded to those who would believe the prophet. This prophecy is confirmed in media reports that a police officer in central Kenyan town went on a shooting rampage killing ten people in different bars. The shooting spree happened late Saturday in Siakago 150 km North East of Nairobi.
The prophet went into prayer with the congregation as the Wise Men laid their hands on members of the congregation. He prayed that the light of God must shine no matter what the devil does, adding by way of more spirited prayer, that every power limiting the congregation must loose its grip.

The first fall-out from the mass prayer was a woman from Asaba, Delta State who in spiritual manifestation, confessed that she was ‘ogbanje’(an agent of satan, often born to die) and had been directed to use her powers to kill her husband. She however, according to her, would not do that because she loved her husband very much.

The second was a prophecy by the man of God in which he saw a royal father or king among the congregation wearing a charm. He therefore asked the unnamed royal father to come out into the open of his own volition. A frail- looking old man in regal attire emerged from the congregation in response to the prophecy and declared himself as the one at whom the prophecy was directed. The royal father declared his willingness to remove the charm and identify with Jesus Christ. However, in recognition of his age and regal status, the prophet never allowed him to be stripped for the charm in the public gaze. The royal father thanked God for pointing him out adding that the charm had rendered him senile and incapable of identifying any of his fifty children. He was however, told that his sickness was the result of a charm he trod on in the past.

Another prophecy was given relating to a witchdoctor who had killed seven of his children and instilled fear in the entire community leading, in some cases, to a pandemonium as the gods were on the prowl in the village. The man, as the prophecy revealed, had taken to his heels to the church to seek refuge. The witchdoctor revealed, in confirmation of the prophecy that his wife had been disabled by the same gods and might die soon if proactive reaction was not in the offing. By the action of the gods, according to the witchdoctor, they had disappointed him and he would disappoint them in retaliation by identifying himself with Christ and annihilating them. He said he inherited the gods from his fore-fathers and had built a house for them. He appealed to the man of God for deliverance so that he would survive the present threat to his life.
The man of God frowned at the old man for killing his children and also endangering the lives of the village people with the gods. As the issue unfolded, it became clear that many people in the assembly had not gone to their villages for the past ten years and more because of evil practices that witchdoctors in these villages had perpetrated on the innocent people. The man of God planned a mass prayer for such people who had been afraid to go to their villages so as to fortify them spiritually and encourage them to re-unite with their families in the village. Following the incessant plea by the witchdoctor who feared he might die if the man of God ignored him, the man of God pitied him and promised to deliver him for the Lord. Earlier, the prophet had intimated to him that he had not included some of his most powerful gods in the train of gods he displayed. The man of God mentioned some snakes and tortoises that constituted some of the most dangerous gods he had. The witchdoctor confessed that those ones were too dangerous for him to toy with.
The Sunday service had too much in package in form of deliverance and healing for one day and so a continuation service was arranged for the following day, Monday 8th November, 2010 beginning at 12 noon.

GOD’S WORD WORKS WONDERS

TO HIS POWER NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE
In a spirited sermon to awaken the congregation to the power of God,

Prophet T. B. Joshua reminded the Church of the greatness of God and His ready disposition to forgive sins, however grievous some of these sins may be. In his words God is capable of doing anything and also forgiving any sin. To His power nothing is impossible. Breaking in on the choral music which had been reverberating all over the Church and to which the congregation responded in unison with elegant steps, Prophet T. B. Joshua enthusiastically spoke on the forgiving spirit of God with copious illustrations. In his words, the past is forgiven. We have seen a sinner’s character healed, the drunkard becoming sober, the harlot becoming chastened and the liar becoming truthful. “What then is the fear?” he asked the congregation. He spiritedly reminded his listeners that if they trust in God, that trust will save them. Trusting in the suffering of Christ is enough to save us, deliver us and make us whole. He concluded the sermon by advising the congregation to remain in trust.

WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED?

Wise Man John Chi introduced his message with a series of questions. How do we achieve a desired goal? Who wants to be saved? What must I do to be saved? He aptly referred the congregation to Acts 16: 29-32 which provided the answer to his questions: Believe in the Lord and you will be saved. According to him, God has promised salvation for whoever shall trust His Son. Race, age brackets, academic qualifications, wealth or any other attribute cannot save us outside Christ. If you are willing to be saved, Jesus is willing. Jesus brings hope and succour to those who trust Him. He is the bread to the hungry and road map to the lost. Whatever you are, you need Christ to be saved. God has a role to play in your salvation just as you too have a role to play. It takes your willingness and God’s ability to bring about your salvation.
Our hearts and minds must be reset to agree with God’s plan for our lives. You must get rid of those things that derail you from God. You cannot experience peace under the dominion of satan. Satan is sin. Another name for satan is sin.

Quoting Psalm 51:7 as a reference text the Wise Man admonished the congregation on the need to be cleansed of sins. According to him King David saw the need to be cleansed. Wash me with water whiter than snow and remove all impurity. David knew he would not have place in God’s kingdom unless he was washed from sins. In his sins, David could not see anything other than the fruit of sin: failure in the family, in the battle field etc. Unless you are cleansed of your sins, your blessing will receive challenges. The attitude of repentance and faith in your heart keeps you closer to God. Mistakes are correctable. If you make a mistake, don’t run from God; run to Him. Because David ran to God in spite of his sins, he remains one of the greatest Kings in Israel today. Your Father in Heaven has anticipated your sins and prepared for you. You have not committed an unpardonable sin. Our lives are in God’s hand and we cannot please Him without a thorough reformation of heart and life. God requires a heart that does not bear grudges. Doubts and unbelief put us on the wrong track. Jesus loves you just as He does any of His children. Jesus is able to forgive all our sins, he concluded.

THE SPIRIT OF APOSTLE PAUL HAS ARRIVED IN MACEDONIA
Wise Man, Harry and his wonderful performances in Macedonia attracted his comments. The prophet told the congregation that the crusade in Macedonia attracted a large turn out of participants. It was so wonderful and even comparable to those spiritually hosted by the prophet himself in Indonesia and Singapore. It had to be extended to the following day i.e. Sunday and Monday. Wise Man, Harry also revealed to Prophet T. B. Joshua his vision to be in Macedonia especially close to Paul and Silas’s prison for tourists to see the wonders of God.
A clip on the wonderful works being performed by Wise Man, Harry surfaced on the screen and the congregation watched with rapt interest.

RECONCILIATION OF BROKEN HOMES

Mr and Mrs Ifah brought out their children and Mrs Ifah, the spokesperson accused their daughter, Judith of witchcraft before the entire congregation. She narrated how a baby of hers died mysteriously after a period of excessive stooling. She painted a picture of lack of peace in their family and of the sickness of her husband which had defied healing.

The daughter, Judith Ifah confessed to being a witch and added that it was the result of the fruit juice which she accepted from one of her classmates. She said she told her mother the dream she had after taking the juice and her mother prayed for her. She revealed that the giver of the juice asked her to bring their baby to the coven and that was the cause of the baby’s death. She said that she ate the baby. She also revealed how she was advised to use a rope to tie her father to his bed and cause his health to deteriorate. All these feats would attract to her a second position in the witchcraft world.
In reaction, Prophet T.B. Joshua advised parents to bring up their children in the way of the Lord to have peace. The child in question was left in the hands of satan because of the parents’ carelessness. The prophet pronounced Judith a witch or demon possessed as presented by the parents.

He then asked the parents to lay hands on her and ask every unclean spirit to leave her. That was how Judith was delivered. The prophet however warned both parents not to call her a witch after the deliverances.

INTERNET VICTIM
A lady by name Memory, from Zimbabwe but living in South Africa confessed how she was hoodwinked promises of monetary offers on the internet. She was taught incantations which she mastered but none of the promises materialised. Instead, her marital home became bedevilled with problems to such an extent that she used the police to eject her husband from the home. She then pleaded with the man of God for deliverance. At the exclamation of the name, Jesus by one of the evangelists she fell down and was delivered.

ACCUSATION OF WITCHCRAFT

One Emmanuel Chijoke and his relations all of the Abraham family from Enugu complained about the problems of setback and deaths in their family attributing all this to their mother.
The genesis of the accusation was a crusade in Abuja at which one of Emmanuel’s cousins was a participant and where he was told by a man of God there that their mother was the brain behind all the woes in the family. The said man of God was then invited to Enugu where he confirmed his earlier vision that their mother was a witch and that only her head and shoulders was human; the chest down to the feet was vulture in appearance. Surprisingly to the family, their mother could not refute the accusation by the man of God. She complained that at that time, her eyes, ears and mouth were muffled and she could not talk.

She then challenged the family to take her to anywhere and they would realise that she is not a witch. This was the reason they came to the SCOAN.

In his verdict, the man of God pronounced the woman witchcraft negative and ordered the children to kneel down to her in apology.

FOOT ULCER HEALED
Before the prayer line, the participants of which were zoomed on the screen,

HIV AIDS TESTIMONIES
Three men and three women who were healed of HIV AIDS came to give their testimonies. Among them who spoke was 27 year old Mrs Motunrayo Sowemimo,
who was tested positive with Hiv aids type one in the Federal Ministry of Health, Abuja.

After the prayer line where she was declared free, she said she became stronger and ate with more relish.

She went back to the same hospital for another test but thanks to God, she was Hiv negative this time.

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFICIARIES
Miss Oduwole Olayinka, a youth worker in the church who came bagged 1st class (Electrical/Electronics), University of Lagos also got a scholarship award from the Church to do a Master degree in one of the best universities in the world. She consequently applied for admission and was offered same in three good universities in the United Kingdom. These were the Universities of Southampton, Edinburgh and that of Surrey.
She picked the University of Southampton as the best and the Church paid a total sum of £13,900 as her fees. Later and in consonance with the man of God’s crave for the best, the University College, London, offered her admission. Without hesitation, she changed her mind and picked the latest offer. A total sum of £18,245 was paid as fees for her to start classes on the 11th of October 2010.
The man of God seized the opportunity to advise the congregation to always look for the needy to help rather than waiting at home for the needy to come to them. In this way, according to the prophet, they would not be helping the wrong people.

ALL THINGS BECOME NEW

On Sunday morning the 22nd of March 2010, people flocked to The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations, some came for healing at the prayerline, some came for the first time, others came to their usual seat being members of the renowned Church (whose service is broadcast live every week on their TV station, Emmanuel TV) to see the mighty power of God working in the Spirit.

The service began at 9am with worship and praise, cultivating an atmosphere of faith in the huge auditorium. At 10am sharp, Evangelist Evelyn Joshua (T.B. Joshua’s wife) came out to give a message titled, ‘Walking In His Grace’. She spoke boldly telling us that, “The peace of conscience we derive from walking with the Lord, produces internal joy.” And that, “Rebuilding us requires our attention, commitment, our desire and obedience to God’s Word.” She also reminded us that “No one can succeed alone”. After around 40 minutes of preaching Evangelist Evelyn concluded by saying, “As long as we keep walking in His grace we will not be without the Father, without the Helper”.

The choir picked up again, then T.B. Joshua himself came out. After commending the message, he brought out the new anointing water and from the crowd’s reaction – something they have all been waiting for. He brought out three packaged waters in different coloured containers, orange – for fruit of the womb, green – for healing and deliverance and purple for blessing and prosperity. He explained that God can use any medium to express Himself and described the anointing water as a means to set one apart for God’s attention. As he was talking a queue formed of those who had testimonies to share after using the anointing water.

Broken Bone Healed

First up was Corporal Sugir Kabir Amos, from Anambra State, Nigeria who had broken both legs two years earlier in a motor accident. He explained that after the accident, he was operated on, twice – showing us photographs of when he was hospitalised and finally discharged with a walking frame.

We watched the video of him coming to The SCOAN with the same walking frame, slowly moving along with it, limiting him greatly. Next he was in the prayerline where Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for him and administered the anointing water. One minute he was sitting pleading for healing, the next minute he was standing, then walking, rejoicing at God’s mighty power that healed him in moments. Jesus Christ continues to show Himself strong in the lives of those who put their trust in Him.

Next up were a couple Mr & Mrs Okorie from Ebonyi state, Nigeria. The lady had, had the problem of ovarian cyst and multiple fibroid. She explained that when she had told the doctors that she wanted to operate – they asked her ‘why now?’ She said because the cyst was so large that people always asked if she was pregnant. A painful question for a lady who had been told by doctors that due to her condition she was unable to conceive.

After moving back and forth from hospital to hospital and after being operated on and then referred. She got frustrated and gave up hope for medical assistance. Then she watched Emmanuel TV where she saw men and woman of different nationalities who once faced similar problems as herself, now standing with their new baby giving testimony after using the anointing water given to them by T.B. Joshua. She immediately set out for the following service day with one aim in mind – to get some of the anointing water for herself. She came and received the anointing water for the fruit of the womb. One week later, her check up was due at the hospital. To the doctor’s and her great surprise, the medical report showed that the large cyst and multiple fibroids were gone! Not only that but she was pregnant! God can surely use any means to reach the needs of His people. What is impossible to man, is possible for God Almighty who is the same yesterday, today and for ever.

Many other testimonies followed and due to the large crowd it became obvious that using such means as the anointing water many lives could benefit from the saving, healing and delivering grace within. God continues to use everything He’s created. A pamphlet also went round to explain the use of the anointing water.

After the faith building testimonies, T.B. Joshua moved directly to the prayerline where many sick people were waiting for prayer. Among them was Pastor Rowland Ekwerike who had come all the way from Indianapolis, USA. He had lost the ability to speak clearly – as a minister of the Gospel this posed a great obstacle. T.B. Joshua poured the anointing water into his mouth and moments later he began preaching powerfully to the congregation! Just as Jesus Christ used Paul and anything that came into contact with him – to heal all manners of sicknesses and diseases. As it was, so it is. Jesus’ power is not stopped just because He is no longer visibly in our midst. His power and effectiveness are even greater today because He can be present in all places at all times by His Spirit.

After the prayerline there was a mass prayer session where more people were healed and set free both inside and outside of the auditorium where an over flow crowd was gathered.

The first service came to a close at 2.30pm and the second service soon followed where many prophecies and more instant testimonies were given. After this for those who remained, T.B. Joshua distributed the new anointing water. Some even at the mere receiving of the carton began to shake, roll and manifest – God chooses grace rather than works. He does as He wills and can use any medium to express Himself. Blessed, refreshed and made new was the mood that people left the auditorium satisfied and confident that as Christians, no matter the situation, Jesus Christ can see them through, after having so many cases to strengthen their faith. TB JOSHUA WARNS AMERICA

During the first few weeks of January, 2010, TB Joshua read out from a typed written list, prophecies for the year. One list concerned other nations across the world; whereas, the other list concerned Nigeria. All those who heard these prophecies took cognisance of them. One by one, these prophecies are being fulfilled.

Among them was a prophetic message specifically for the nation of America, cautioning the nation to be more conscious of internal security. These were the prophet’s words on three separate Sundays in January, 2010:

3rd January
“The great nation, America, should pray against what is uncommon. That is, they should take more cognisance over internal security ‘til march. Internal. It’s like more fugitives, dangerous people inside. They should take more notice inside. They should not be carried away about outside this time. From now till March they should be more vigilant.”

17th January
“The great country America – people should be security conscious. More attention to be paid on internal security, homeland security. More attention than outside. There is more to that. We are praying. We love the whole world and we are praying for the nations all the time. We have prayer warriors that are praying for all the nations – peace and comfort. Our big brother here, pray January ‘til March against attack. Take care of your airspace.”

“Take care of airspace – against attack; January ‘til March. Take care of airspace.”

It was on Thursday 18th February 2010, just weeks after the prophecy was read live, that the news broke out in the United States and the world that an American pilot and software engineer, Joseph Stack had intentionally crashed his plane into a US government building, causing huge damage, killing himself and at least 1 other.

When the nation and its leaders learned that the suicide mission was as a result of Stack’s bitter protest against the US Government and its legislature, it caused great shock, concern and alarm. For a US citizen to go to the extent of deliberately crashing his plane into a government building because of frustration and hatred for his own government; it certainly was an uncommon threat for the great nation of America just as Prophet TB Joshua had said.

It was an IRS (Internal Revenue Service)office in the Echelon 1 complex in Austin, Texas, USA that was Stack’s target on that fateful day. The occurrence was a huge threat to US internal and homeland security. At a period when America’s main focus is on external security, Joseph’s Stack’s suicide mission came as a rude shock, a little too close to home.

“They should take more cognisance over internal security ‘til march. Internal. It’s like more fugitives, dangerous people inside. They should take more notice inside. They should not be carried away about outside this time.”

The crash caused a furious fire that sent massive plumes of thick, black smoke rising from the seven-story structure where 200 federal tax employees work.

More stringent internal security measures were put into effect after this incident. When President Obama was briefed on the incident, as a precaution, the Colorado-based North American Aerospace Defence Command launched two f-16 aircraft from Houston’s Ellington field, to conduct an air patrol over the crash area.

After the attack, the US homeland security began investigating all angles. Rep Michael McCaugh, a republican from Austin on the homeland security committee said the panel will take up the issue of how to better protect buildings from attacks with planes.

Stack, reportedly also set fire to his house about six miles from the crash site before embarking on the suicide flight. In a diatribe note that was posted on the web, the motive behind the attack was revealed. In this note, Stack vented his grievance and rage against the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the US government.

Stack furiously referred to the US government using the words, ‘Big Brother’, the same words used by Prophet TB Joshua in the prophecy.

“I have had all I can stand,” he wrote in the note, dated Thursday 18th February, adding: “I choose to not keep looking over my shoulder at `big brother’ while he strips my carcass.” he concluded by saying, “Well Mr. big brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well”

Stack’s suicide note was addressed to Big Brother, the very same term used by Prophet TB Joshua when prophesying about an attack and a warning to take care of airspace.

This attack was not the only internal security scare that day Thursday 18th February 2010 however as news also broke of a United Airlines flight bound for San Francisco diverted to Salt Lake City due to a letter found on the plane regarded as a bomb threat.

All 168 passengers and 6 crew members were evacuated and individually interviewed by FBI agents before their flight was eventually cleared.

God is speaking today and telling us what is to come. In this world, full of violence and unrest, it is imperative that we listen to, recognize and acknowledge God’s voice. Many know that they need God, but they don’t know how much they really need Him. He is the only Rescuer, Redeemer, Saviour and Restorer and we need Him with us at all times.

TB Joshua On The Tragic Fort Hood Shootings

God is still saying something…

Amidst stunning revelations of Pastor T.B. Joshua’s prophetic involvement in FIFA’S U-17 and U-20 World Cups, another event of international magnitude has been added to the growing list of accurate prophecies pronounced by the Nigerian cleric…

Over a month earlier, T.B. Joshua had spoken forth a prophetic message regarding a strange event to occur at a place bearing the name, ‘Fort’. “This message is not even for Nigeria, but a super nation,” said the prophet during a live Sunday Service, alluding to the revelation about to be unveiled. “The name, ‘Fort’. We should pray for that name,” he continued. “It’s a parable because I’m seeing a strange person carrying something.” The pastor then demonstrated his hands cocked as if holding a gun. “We are praying for the whole world here”. The service was broadcast live via Emmanuel TV.

On Thursday, November 5th 2009, a soldier carrying two handguns opened fire on fellow soldiers at the Fort Hood Army Base in Texas, USA, killing 13 people and wounding 30 in a tragic event that elicited shock and grief throughout the nation and beyond. The incident in Fort Hood, the largest active duty armored post in the world, stands as the deadliest ever on a military base on American soil. Arguments have run awry as to the motive of such massacre, the perpetrator being a fellow American soldier, Dr. Malik Nadal Hasan, a trained psychiatrist and major decorated with a number of prestigious military awards.

These are men and women who have made the selfless and courageous decision to risk and at times give their lives to protect the rest of us on a daily basis.

Addressing the nation, President Barack Obama said on the horrific shootings: “These are men and women who have made the selfless and courageous decision to risk and at times give their lives to protect the rest of us on a daily basis. It’s difficult enough when we lose these brave Americans in battles overseas…But it’s all the more heartbreaking and all the more despicable because of the place where it occurred and the patriots who were its victims.”

Ted Kennedy – Flags Flying Half-Mast…

Another revelation, another confirmation, another indication…. a prophet is in our midst

In a succession of flag-related prophecies spanning two months, each new revelation unveiling a fresh detail, Prophet TB Joshua has yet again surprised his critics, this time with an accurate pronouncement concerning the details following the recent death of the famed US senator, Edward Kennedy…

A Flag Covered Coffin - The Rain Falling...

On Sunday 30th May, TB Joshua spoke prophetically concerning the flag of a country, stating: “There is rain and the flag is outside, and I see the rain fall on the flag…” Weeks later on Sunday 14th June, he reiterated: “Remember a flag of a country that I told you I saw outside and the rain was falling. Pray and pray. What will make the flag to be the one to cover the coffin? This is what I am seeing.” Piecing the puzzle slowly together, the following month on Sunday 12th July he mentioned the flag a third time, this time stating he sees ‘the flag was brought down’ and repeating a call for prayer. The final revelation was the following week on Sunday 19th July where he said the ‘flag that is being pulled down’ was ‘in the middle’, proceeding to say this was his last word on the flagging issue.

Months later on the night of Tuesday 25th August 2009, US Senator Edward Kennedy, recognised as one of the most influential senators in history, died following a yearlong battle with brain cancer. The death of Senator Kennedy touched the entire nation of the USA , a grief-stricken Barack Obama issuing a presidential proclamation that US flags around the world fly at half mast in honour of the celebrated Senator.

On Thursday 27th August, 2009, the coffin of Senator Kennedy draped in the American flag was escorted through the streets of Boston where it finally halted at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library. Throughout Thursday and Friday, an approximate 45,000 people filed past the Democratic legend’s flag-draped coffin, paying their final respects for his life and legacy. Amidst heavy rain, thousands lined the streets of Boston on Saturday morning as the coffin was escorted to the Basilica where the funeral took place, the rain falling on the coffin in the course of the procession necessitating a plastic covering. A military honour guard carried the flag-draped coffin into the church as the steady rain fell.

Obama’s Visit To Ghana: Chance Or Ordained?

Obama’s visit to Ghana should not come as a surprise to us. The grace that is upon the country of Ghana traces way back beyond the inauguration of the country’s president John Evans Atta Mills. There are presidents that have become presidents by ‘power and might’ – that is, they stop at nothing in their endeavours to win the election . And there are presidents that have become presidents through the special grace of God – that is, their assumption to office has God behind it for it’s accomplishment. It may be said that President John Evans Atta mills falls into the latter category. Whereas many may be wondering why Obama has chosen to visit this prospering nation, Ghana, President Atta Mills openly makes known the secret behind this success. The secret lies behind his relationship with a well known Prophet of God – T.B. Joshua.

The notion of kings or leaders being appointed by God through His priests or prophets is not a strange one. In fact, this goes as far back as biblical times. When Prophet Samuel ordained King Saul, the Lord was with the king and the nation of Israel, and God made their way prosperous. Also, when Prophet Samuel ordained David as king, the nation of Israel prospered under his leadership because the hand of God was with him. John Evans Atta Mills publically declares to the world that the prophet that was behind his success is Prophet T.B. Joshua, a man whom he states has not only been a friend but a mentor to him.

Speaking on his relationship with T.B. Joshua Atta Mills stated at a Thanksgiving service at The Synagogue, Church Of All nations: “Indeed I have been coming here very regularly and I’ve known the man of God for more than ten years. Indeed, I first met him when I was the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and I’ve continued to maintain the relationship ever since”.

He has mentioned on several occasions the spiritual guidance which he regularly receives from the prophet and his much needed support through prayer. Concerning the Ghanaian election and the Prophet’s support in prayers, the president stated: “We prayed for peace, stability and unity for our dear nation before, during and after the election. We cried to God because He is our Creator and the Provider of all these. God gave us more than we asked for”.

When talking about Prophet TB Joshua’s accurate prediction of his election victory Atta Mills stated: “When I told him that our election will be on December 7th and there was a possibility that the results would be released 8th, 9th, 10th December, he looked at me and said, ‘I don’t see it this way. I can see three different elections ahead of you and that the results are going to be declared in January’ ”. “ I was asking myself, if there’s is a runoff and it is held 28 December, the results may be released in two days, how possible it will run into January? I kept these words on the back of my mind. We had elections December 7th and there was a runoff on December 28th. And we had a third election in one constituency and the results were announced in January”.
It is believed that T.B. Joshua’s accurate prophetic insight and confirmation of the outcome of the Ghanaian election played a huge role in cementing the relationship between the prophet and the president while simultaneously helped to fortify Atta Mills relationship with God.

With the backing of God and the guidance of His prophet, Ghana can only be destined for success and the country’s good relations with major presidents such as Obama can only be a taste of things to come.

Open your lips and ask Jesus to give him the will and desire to complete what he has started”. Amen
