The Live Saturday and Sunday Services started like any other service in the past, but there was a huge package of surprises in the unfolding. True to The SCOAN culture, the service was inundated with interesting testimonies of healings, breakthroughs, mending of relationships and deliverance from demonic attacks. As can be seen from the accounts rendered hereon, the Anointing Water which is one medium God has so endowed the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua with to foster his ministry of healing and deliverance from evil influences has continued to bless people in every area of their needs. Encouraged by the great testimonies resulting from the use of the Anointing Water and the Anointing Stickers, Prophet T.B. Joshua decided to further bless the congregation, indeed the world with yet a new branded Anointing Water and a pair of Anointing Stickers with an improved booklet that explains the nitty-gritty and the origin of these blessed products. After a powerful and inspiring sermon delivered by Wise man Harry on the subject ‘No Neutral Source,’ Prophet T.B. Joshua addressed two major issues dealing with peoples’ misconception of appearances as opposed to true godliness. In summary he said that ‘Faith is of man’s spirit, not of his flesh or body’. Then, came the big surprise: Prophet T.B. Joshua spoke briefly of his upcoming 50th Birthday which falls on June 12. He said that God had inspired him to bless the people in a very special way to mark the occasion and he went ahead to distribute the new branded Anointing Water and a couple of beautiful Anointing Stickers freely to all. God Almighty and the heavenly hosts endorsed the release and confirmed that the prophet’s action was indeed ordered from above. This was evidenced by uncontrollable manifestations of people that came in contact with the Anointing Water and the Anointing Stickers even before ministering them. Indeed, God is still with us.

Life is a warfare. In a warfare, there are many battles to fight. When you look at people today, you will see that some are battling with their bills, some with their sickness, while some are fighting to make it in life. It takes the grace of God to realize that the way you fight these battles determines who you are before God. Just as there are two sides to a coin, so also there are two sources in this world: God and satan. Whether you believe it or not, there is no neutral source because there is no neutral kingdom. You can become great in life, in terms of position, money and fame, but the source of your greatness will be either from God or satan. Genesis 14:14-16,21-23. This is all about Father Abraham and his determination to make God Almighty his only source.
To be great born of God is to derive your resources from God, while to be great born of satan is to derive your resources from satan.
When God is the source of your strength, no one can be against you. When God is the source of your strength, you and God are majority. Abram, with the help of God, was able to defeat his enemies and recover all the goods and set the captives free.

One thing we need to remember is that Satan’s greatest interest is to overthrow our relationship to God as a Father. To do that, satan always uses our situation. This is why we should not be misled by our situation. Our situation could be poverty or sickness. Outward affliction and poverty are the great arguments satan uses to disturb the children of God. Therefore, as children of God, it is better to live poorly on the fruits of God’s goodness than to live plentifully upon the products of our own sin. Remember that everything big starts little. If anything big starts big, it calls for concern. Those who fail to take these tiny steps cannot trust God and understand the basic truth about faith.
Testimonies:
CHRONIC CASE OF BEDWETTING HEALED
Mr Awallu Gaboh, a muslim had the problem of bedwetting and frequent urination for twenty years. It all started when a spirit being possessed him, which came and made love to him. The problem had made it impossible for him to get married or visit friends. His relations and friends could not understand why he would not marry. He visited several herbalists in search of solution but to no avail. Then, a friend of his gave him the Anointing Water which he ministered on his male organ and all over his body. When the spiritual wife attempted to force herself on him, he noticed that a very powerful ray of light was covering him and preventing the lady from coming close to him. After many attempts, she gave up and left. Since then, he has been free from the chronic case of bedwetting of over 20 years. Being a muslim, he said it was the first time he had entered a church (The SCOAN) but as he saw the way Prophet T.B. Joshua had treated people from all religions, he felt welcomed. He said that Prophet T.B. Joshua was sent to everyone regardless of their religion. He also changed his mind concerning getting married, stating that it was now possible.
BARRENNESS AND ALCOHOLISM STOPPED
Mr Abu Abdulazeez from Benue State had been childless for many years after marriage. The medical report stated their diagnosis of bacterial infection but his wife often told him that a certain spiritual man used to sleep with her and make love to her in the dream. Mr. Abdulazeez who is a military personnel, had the problem of addiction to alcohol for thirty-one years and could drink more than three cartons of beer in a single day and to worsen his situation, he always spent time in the company of his colleagues who were also habitual drinkers. After each drinking spree, he would usually lose his cell phone and end up being helped home in a state of stupor. He had attempted to quit the habit on his own but could not. He was always late to work on account of the drunkenness. On one occasion, he sleep-walked into an unfamiliar bush due to the effect of alcohol until he was saved by a man who told him that he had travelled close to Kogi State very far away from Abuja, his planned destination. He was also in the habit of returning home late at nights. He had lost three of his cars due to accidents resulting from drunkenness. One fateful day, he visited a friend and joined them in watching Emmanuel TV. He was astonished to see cases of drunkenness being delivered through the prayer of the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. He joined in the prayer by placing his hand on the screen of the television. He invited his wife to place her hand on the television and she did. As soon as she placed her hand, she fell down and started manifesting. Soon after, his wife conceived. For himself, he tried to visit his former beer parlour where he ordered for a bottle of beer but it tasted of bitters and he had to spit it out. Since then, his addiction of 31 years stopped. Today, the wife is pregnant. Mr Abdulazeez does not visit beer parlours anymore and they now enjoy a very peaceful home.
YOUNG MAN DELIVERED FROM DEMONIC KINGDOM AND DISCONNECTED FROM SECRET CULTS
Mr Innocent Oluchi Chidozie Ochia – Imo State, Nigeria was an active member of some number of secret cults for many years. He is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede in Imo State. He was an ardent church goer and a choir boy until one of his relations introduced him to various brands of drugs. They were into the music industry and those drugs were supposed to make him feel good and bold while on stage. Ironically, the influence of those drugs erased every passion for the things of God and he developed apathy to Christian music. He could consume large doses of those drugs every day and had to spend much of his pocket money in acquiring them. On one occasion, he had concealed himself behind the counter of a bar, smoking his weed and playing music very loud. Three beings appeared to him right there and one of them said that it could pick up his thoughts. He did not believe the being, and spoke in silence to test him. The beings responded correspondingly to prove that they could actually read his mind. They told him that they could discern that he wanted to be famous and that they could help him get to the top of his career. He asked to be helped. One of the beings stripped off and to his surprise, he saw that it was tattooed from the neck to the groin region. They started an initiation process and were making noises as if in a sex orgy. He could not stand the sight any longer and decided to walk away. He was threatened with premature death in four days if he walked out on them. He, however, tried to submit to the initiation. Back at the Polytechnic, his life took a different form. He could hear voices and interpret lyrics that he never was part of their making. He became fearless. He had no money but could get just whatever he wanted so long as he was dressed in a peculiar spiritual fashion that those beings had recommended. When he sang on stage and off-stage, he could hold people in trance and those who were unable to stand the situation had to run away. The drug addiction got so bad that he had to be sent to rehab. His academic career started diminishing. He never prayed and refused to pay his tithes any longer. He preferred to do his chores on the Sabbath day instead. He hated the things of God. Incidentally, he was invited to The SCOAN to witness the testimony of one of his aunts who had been delivered from demonic influence. He felt very uncomfortable in the church and would rather have some cigarettes and alcohol. During prayer by Wise man Daniel, he was arrested and felt the separation from the spiritual beings that had tormented him. The pain he felt on his leg also disappeared after he was touched and prayed for by the wise man. He advises the youths in particular that if they would make Heaven, they should avoid worldly affections such as smoking, doing drugs, drinking and lustfulness – telling them that Jesus Christ was not a womanizer or a drug addict.
He now enjoys reading the Bible and is eager to receive the Word of God that will inspire him.

SON OF A POPULAR NOLLYWOOD ACTRESS AND MUSICIAN DELIVERED FROM DEMONIC KINGDOM
Mr Samuel Freedom is the son of Camilla, a renowned Nollywood actress. He said he came to The SCOAN after his mother had been delivered of evil attacks and connection to the marine kingdom. He says that in a prophecy given to her by Prophet T.B. Joshua, his mother was asked where her son was. She responded that he was in Enugu and the man of God said he should be brought to The SCOAN. Previously, he had been practicing house to house evangelism and praying for the sick with signs following, though he had never been delivered himself. He confessed that during that period, he had an affair with a lady from the same church where he worshipped. Thereafter, his spiritual life took a downward turn. He experienced some career failure and stagnation. Nothing was working for him; he became depressed and often heard a voice telling him to commit suicide. He began looking for alternatives; he started listening to worldly music and doing street dance. He formed a dance group and they wanted to create new moves. They researched online and found different demonic signs which they formulated into dance moves. He would have dreams where demons would teach him dance steps. He would then in turn teach others how to dance in that way. He wanted to get money; so, he searched on the internet and found the Illuminati website; he read everything on the website and saw the face of the master of the Illuminati. His first experience was an encounter with the master in a dream. The master appeared in the form of a serpent and then later transformed into a human being, giving him instructions. Thereafter, he started using some of those signs that represented Illuminati in dance steps on stage, but participants never got to know that those dance steps were glorifying demons and initiating them into the kingdom of darkness. The more the people adopted the dance steps, the more they were tormented by demons. He had a shirt with the Illuminati insignia, which he usually wore especially on stage. He had a computer game known as Prince of Persia which he always played during the day. At night, he would see himself as the character from the video game, the Prince of Persia, flying, fighting and doing everything the character in the game was doing. He was in the habit of masturbating even though he detested the act and would regret it later.
He eventually came to The SCOAN and was delivered after prayer from Wise Man Christopher. He no longer has the urge to masturbate, smoke or drink. He advised parents to keep objects of bad moral influence away from their children. He advised youth not to download worldly music on their phones. His advice to pastors was to run to God for mercy for He is a merciful God.
A NIGHTCLUB DEEJAY IS NOT WHAT I WAS CALLED TO BE
Pastor Philip Onyekachukwu of Prince of Peace Ministries International and brother of Ms Camilla, the popular Nollywood actress, said he had received a call of God and then when his finances were down, he backslid to become a nightclub Deejay. He said he was not properly taught how to maintain his walk with the Lord. He could not pay his school fees and had to abandon the ministry. He had a dream where two women put their hands inside his chest after
which he became sick. He went from one place to another in search of a solution to his sickness which doctors were unable to diagnose. Later, he returned to being a pastor, though he acknowledged that he did so without being delivered. Consequently, he experienced setback in his ministry. He said that the church would grow and then later scatter. He would also hear voices rebuking him, telling him he was never going to make it and that the church was going down. He came to The SCOAN where he was prayed for by one of the wise men and received his deliverance. He said after his deliverance, he no longer heard negative voices and also the pain he had in his body was gone.
NOLLYWOOD ACTRESS WENT THROUGH THOROUGH SCREENING
Mrs Camilla, a Senior Nollywood Actress for 29 years said she didn’t have a hand in how, where and when she was born. She decided who she wanted to be when she came to The SCOAN. Many of her colleagues had discouraged her from coming to The SCOAN. She said, “Many of them are scared of coming to be screened by the Holy Ghost”. According to the actress, she was delivered at The SCOAN and also received a prophecy concerning her son. She brought him to The SCOAN together with her brother (Pastor Philip Onyekachukwu) for deliverance. She said she came for God to change her spiritual occasion from sin to holiness and she got it. She encouraged all to seek the face of God.
THE TRUTH ABOUT TATTOOS REVEALED
John Bosco from Cameroon gave a testimony of how he had a tooth problem and a woman had advised him to apply snuff tobacco as a solution to the problem. The effect of the tobacco made him feel high in spirit. He became addicted to it and eventually became very sick and lost a lot of weight. He was diagnosed with tuberculosis and gastric ulcer and reached rock bottom in life. One night, he had a dream whereby he saw the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua in his dream who prayed for him. Soon after the dream, he had a full recovery from his sicknesses and was restored back to his original self. To add to his blessing, he was also offered a good job from an offshore company with good pay and his life experienced a dramatic turnaround for the better. He was so overjoyed at the healing and blessing he received that he asked himself what he could do to

say, “Thank you”. He then called a tattoo artist and asked him to design a tattoo for him written, “Jesus Is Lord, T.B. Joshua My Prophet”. He had the tattoo inscribed across his shoulder. As he developed interest in studying the Scriptures, he came to a portion in the Book of Leviticus 19:28, which spoke against the act of putting marks of any sort on the body and immediately regretted doing the tattoo. He was so disturbed in his mind that he sent an email to the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua asking what he could do. The prophet then invited him to The SCOAN.
After sharing his experience, the man of God addressed the issue. “Just see it as one of those things on your body, not for God. If you see it like that, press forwards to serve God in Spirit and in truth. Don’t see it as a way of pleasing God. Don’t let it disturb you anymore. Put it behind you. Since you can’t remove it, leave it and continue to serve God.”
Prophet T.B. Joshua further said, “Faith is of man’s spirit, not of his flesh or body”. He advised the man that he should see the tattoo as something for his body and not for God. He said now that he had realized it was wrong, he should put it behind him and seek God. He said the tattoo had no meaning to God and is not to please God. He also advised Christians who already had tattoos and wanted to remove them, not to have them surgically removed as this was a trap of satan, which could lead to other skin complications. He concluded by saying that when we worship God in Spirit and truth, whatever we have put on our body is nullified.
MODIFY YOUR CULTURE TO SUIT CHRIST’S IDEOLOGY
Deacon Daniel Emoghawei came to The SCOAN and received a prophecy. Prophet T.B. Joshua asked him about his wife and had spoken concerning the conflict at home and the spirit of anger. Today, Deacon Daniel Emoghawei came back together with his wife to confirm the prophecy. He explained that the cause of most conflicts in the house was regarding his wife’s clothing and makeup. As a deacon, he didn’t like to see his wife with revealing clothes and heavy makeup. He further told the prophet that even on their wedding day, they had fought concerning the same matter. Apart from that, according to the husband, the wife had the spirit of anger that caused her to argue and get angry unnecessarily. His wife also spoke, complaining that they would always quarrel and never agree on anything in the house. She further said that her husband would beat her and this had heightened the tension in the marriage.
Listening to their story, Prophet T.B. Joshua expressed his belief from God’s point of view that God is Spirit and that those who want to worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and truth. Therefore, for God to hear, help or answer us, we must talk to Him in Spirit but the problem people have is that many have not been dealing with God in Spirit but in the natural.
Prophet T.B. Joshua explained that there was nothing wrong in putting on makeup but that our ideology and culture must be modified to suit Christ’s ideology. He added that if someone has the spirit of lust, whether he or she applies makeup or not does not make any difference because it is a spiritual matter and can only be resolved through being delivered.
He asked them what their position was concerning the marriage. They both said that they still loved each other as husband and wife but just wanted the conflict in their marriage to stop. Prophet T.B. Joshua encouraged the couple that there could be no understanding without misunderstanding. He said that if you ask any successful couple today about their experiences, they would tell you that they passed through the shadow of death before they arrived at a successful marriage. T.B. Joshua concluded by advising, “There is a time to fight and there is a time to embrace each other. No matter what happens, God has something to say, even in a broken situation. Therefore, we should always ask for God’s opinion concerning all things”.
The new brand of Anointing Water was officially launched. People were falling under the anointing of God upon receiving the new Anointing Water and Stickers. Inspired by the Spirit of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua gave out The New Anointing Water and Stickers for free to the congregation both inside and outside the auditorium as his 50th Birthday gift and in dedication to the blessed memory of his mother on the occasion of this year’s Mothers Day celebration.
The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua gave the grace for the congregation to receive the rebranded Anointing Water and Stickers for the first time after their official launch today. Excitement and shouts of joy rented the atmosphere as the long-awaited release was announced by the prophet. As soon as the Anointing Water and Stickers were given out freely to the congregation, people began to shake, roll on the floor and vomit out dangerous substances that had been lodged in their system, under the power of God. They hadn’t even opened the packaging before Jesus Christ began to work in their situation. Mrs Towoju from Kwara State, Nigeria was among many who after merely receiving the New Anointing Water and Sticker received a miracle. She came out to testify that God healed her of a stroke after merely collecting a bottle of the Anointing Water along with the Anointing Sticker. Glory be to God!

ALL NATIONS PRAY

The Saturday and Sunday services at The SCOAN , February 9-10, 2013, were attended by people with a passion for the presence of God from all over the world. The services were marked by the astounding healings and hard-hitting deliverances in Jesus’ name, sounding a strong spiritual wake up call to an unbelieving generation wallowing in the gloom of their circumstances and adding to the continual joy of those being saved. The Sunday programme anchored on prophecies to individuals as revealed by Prophet T.B. Joshua and the laying on of hands by the Wise Men, punctuated by glorious testimonies given by diverse people to attest to the touch of God in their lives.

During the Sunday service, Prophet T.B. Joshua addressed issues peculiar to different countries and people the world over, with many lessons of life to be gleaned from the experiences of individuals concerned and for the sharpening of the like precious faith. He had, in last weeks’ service, asked the congregants to bring to church small flags of their countries for special prayers. They had obeyed and his prayer centred specifically on the socio-political and economic travails in many countries of the world in contemporary times.

Prophet Joshua said that he carried, “the flags of all nations in my heart.” He said Emmanuel TV would rebroadcast the prayer so that people could connect to it and join him to pray for their own land and people. The flags are a symbol and for contact to the nations worldwide and that the congregation should return their flags to their personal altars hereafter for continued supplication.

The man of God mentioned some of the well known ills of society such as injustice, robbery, occultism, corruption, exploitation, child kidnapping and murder, shedding innocent blood, tribal conflicts and political misrule and mismanagement to clearly illustrate the reasons why there was need for prayer for the nations.

Using Jeremiah 1:10 as a proof text, he said representatives of each country had a duty to look up to God for solutions to their particular travails. He asked the believers and viewers all over the world a soul-searching question, “Everybody wants prosperity but how many are ready to do the work of prosperity?” adding that people needed to be honest and sincere in all they do in order to achieve God’s kind of success. His prayers for the nations took the form of a kind of confession. He asked the worshippers worldwide to take the points raised, one by one which were applicable to their nation and seek the Lord Jesus in broken-heartedness. “We are here today to confess all the sins and wrongs of the lands of our ancestors, leaders and the people. We plead for forgiveness and mercy in the name of Jesus.” The prophet prayed that the Lord should save the nations from destruction and judgement. He also prayed, “Lord Jesus, redeem our nations, lands, continents and countries of all the sins we confess and the ones we have not mentioned” – a reference to the body of evils and immoral conducts which he had already listed.

Prophet Joshua also prayed to the Lord Jesus Christ in humility and faith, declaring “I command all the forces of darkness hindering the move of God in our lands, be cast out, in Jesus’ name. We ask for Your deliverance and healing power on our countries.”

A summary of the spectacular testimonies given to glorify the Lord Jesus and admonish believers all over the world to remain steadfast to the hope they had been entrusted with, are as follows:

Mr Paul worked in an oil and gas industry. One day, an accident occurred and his leg was burnt with fire. They rushed him to the hospital and the doctors said they needed to amputate his leg. He explained the situation to his friend who came to the hospital with Anointing Water he had received from The SCOAN. After ministering the Anointing Water in Jesus’ name, his leg started to itch. Suddenly, two live maggots came out of his leg. He discovered that as the maggots left, the pain also stopped. The fire burns quickly began to heal and the doctor confirmed that he no longer needed an amputation. To God be the glory – He is the Repairer and Restorer!

Mr Moses, aged 27, came to The SCOAN in need of deliverance from a life of smoking, drinking and patronizing prostitutes. He had begun smoking at the young age of 7 years old. This had caused him severe chest pain and nightmares in which people came to beat him in his dreams. One day, a friend came to him with the Anointing Water, advising that he needed a change in his life. He encouraged Mr Moses by telling him that if he put his trust in Jesus Christ, God would wash away his sins and wipe the stain of guilt away from his life. With this belief in his heart, he prayed and ministered the Anointing Water, in Jesus’ name. After prayer, he slept. The next morning, he reached for his morning cigarette. To his surprise, the smell of the cigarette irritated him. He tried smoking but could not. It has now been over three months and he has not once smoked, had a drink of any alcohol or visited prostitutes. He gives glory to God and encourages the youth that no matter the lifestyle they have engaged in, Jesus Christ can set them free!

Mr Amos Augustine shared a fantastic testimony of how our God, Jesus Christ rescues, saves and delivers. He said that he always ministered the Anointing Water before going to work and carried the Anointing Water with him wherever he went. One morning, he was attacked by armed robbers. They were threatening his life and property. As the armed robbers collected his wallet, they began shouting that the wallet was burning their hands and threw the wallet back at him demanding that he should open the wallet! Mr Augustine then opened the wallet to see what had caused the fire burns and the Anointing Sticker fell out! Shocked, the armed robbers started shouting and ran off. Truly, God can use any medium to rescue His children!

Mr Peter, a soldier serving his country, Nigeria told his wonderful testimony of how Jesus Christ had healed him through the Anointing Water from a terrible liver problem. He was in terrible pain and discomfort as he had been diagnosed with liver enlargement which caused a swollen stomach. The problem was so severe that he was booked for an operation. Believing for a miracle, he received the Anointing Water and ministered it, in Jesus’ name. The next day, he began vomiting and black substances came out of his system. To his surprise, his stomach became normal! He went back to the doctor and was confirmed to be perfectly healthy. There was no trace of an enlarged liver. The astonished doctor asked him, “Which medication did you use?” Replying with a smile, Mr Peter responded that it was God’s doing through the Anointing Water. Glory to God! Speaking to the congregation, he said, “God has given me another opportunity. He has given me another chance. Doctors can treat; only Jesus can heal.”

In his own words, Mr Zira Yohana, an agent in the petroleum industry, was a “professional drunkard”. He said he could drink between five to six cartons of alcohol a day. For 17 years, he was inflicted with the severe problem of intoxication and lamented how he used to beat his wife after drinking alcohol. He also said that nobody could ‘out drink’ him when it came to alcohol. One day, he told his friend about his bad habit and his friend gave him the Anointing Water. After ministering the Anointing Water, the urge to drink alcohol left him completely. His life has been radically transformed and he is now an example to all. He advised everyone to seek forgiveness from God in order to stop their bad habits.

Mr Samson from Cameroon ran an organization that cared for widows and orphans. They occupied a building where their charitable activities were held. One day, they were reported to the authorities by a group of people who claimed they were inhabiting the building illegally. As a result of this report, everyone in the organization was arrested and put in prison. He appealed the court’s decision many times but his attempts to gain his freedom were to no avail. He knew that he had been imprisoned innocently. In prison, he had the opportunity to view Emmanuel TV. He began to watch it regularly and prayed along with Prophet T.B. Joshua. He repeated the prayer point of the man of God who stated that all who were imprisoned by contrary forces should be released, in Jesus’ name. Believing that his prayer had been answered, he sent another appeal to the magistrate for release. Three days later, the magistrate called him and gave him a letter of release! He says that if he had not been watching Emmanuel TV and joining the anointed prayer with Prophet T.B. Joshua, he would still be in prison today. He advised all who found themselves in desperate situations to look to Jesus Christ for their freedom and vindication. He is the freedom provider!

Mr Nnadozie was a chain smoker for 16 years. This caused him serious chest pain, heart burn and cough. He spent a fortune on cigarettes as he smoked 5 packs a day. He would go to church with cigarettes and excuse himself during the service to smoke. He would even go to the restroom with cigarettes! The day he resolved to give up, the urge actually increased and he smoked 10 packs! The problem became worse. When he came to The SCOAN, he was also carrying a packet of cigarettes with him. For some reason, however, he did not feel the urge to smoke throughout the entire service. He received the Anointing Water and ministered it, in Jesus’ name after the service. A moment later, he tried to light a cigarette but felt like acid was running down his throat. He started to vomit black substances and from that moment on, the urge to smoke disappeared! Thanking God for the wonderful miracle, he said that even the smell of smoke irritates him now. Surely there is nothing Jesus cannot do.

Pastor and Mrs Patrick shared their incredible testimony. Mrs Patricia Patrick had suffered not one but two ectopic pregnancies that had been very traumatic for her. In the course of this problem, she underwent an operation and both of her fallopian tubes were removed, making it medically impossible for her to conceive.  Still believing that God would show Himself strong in her seemingly hopeless situation, Pastor Patrick came to The SCOAN and received the Anointing Water. She prayed together with her husband, ministered the Anointing Water in Jesus’ name and the mother of miracles happened! After prayer, they met as husband and wife and Mrs Patrick became pregnant! They went to the hospital for a checkup and the doctors were amazed to find that both of the fallopian tubes had been totally restored!  Full of joy, Mrs Patrick told the viewers and congregation, “My advice to women who might have lost hope: The same God who restored my two tubes which were cut off, shall surely visit you, in Jesus’ name”.

Mr Joseph Genesis shared his testimony of God’s supernatural protection through the medium of the Anointing Water. He suddenly found himself caught in a surprise attack from armed robbers. Seven armed men descended on him and pulled out guns to kill him, not knowing that he was armed with a superior weapon! That morning, he had ministered the Anointing Water on his body before leaving his house. He stated that the power of God in the Anointing Water created a protective shield over him and due to the Anointing Water, the bullets that were fired on him could not enter him! The armed robbers could not believe their eyes. Filled with courage at the supernatural protection, Mr Joseph began to spray the Anointing Water towards the armed robbers and they ran away in defeat. Proudly showing himself to the world that he had escaped without a scratch, Mr Joseph said, “The Anointing Water is a bullet to the wicked, evil spirits!”

Chief Superintendant of Police John Mark, a Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in Anambra, Nigeria came out to testify how God had touched the lives of police men in his division after he shared with them the Anointing Water he had received at The SCOAN. Two of his police officers accompanied him to The SCOAN to share their testimonies. Mr Sunday Idris, a policemen under CSP John Mark, had suffered from the embarrassing affliction of bedwetting for two years. When he received the Anointing Water, he prayed, believing that God would put an end to his suffering. After that prayer, he testified that that chain of affliction had been broken and bedwetting was a thing of the past in his life! Mr Phillip then came forward with his wife and twins, Emmanuel and Emmanuela to thank God for the miraculous release of their son Emmanuel after he was kidnapped. Armed robbers took the child and later called, demanding a ransom of N20million, an impossible amount of money for Mr Phillip to raise. The father ran straight to his DPO, John Mark. In response to the devastating news, Mr Mark gave him the Anointing Water and told him to minister it in faith, in Jesus’ name. One day after he ministered the Anointing Water in prayer, local police were given a tip off to the robber’s location. Emmanuel was recovered uninjured that very day and returned to his parents! A national Nigerian newspaper covered the story of the robber’s capture, terming Emmanuel’s release as ‘miraculous’!

Mrs Ogwe Juliet, a Nigerian living in Cameroon told the world of her amazing testimony of how the Anointing Water had saved her from an armed robbery operation while onboard a ship from Cameroon to Nigeria. When the ship alarm was raised, alerting that thieves were in their midst, Mrs Juliet quickly remembered the Anointing Water and sprayed it over herself, in Jesus’ name. The ship was in a state of confusion as the thieves were robbing everyone in the ship. Amazingly, Mrs Ogwe Juliet was left in peace as the armed robbers seemed not to even notice her. A man who was also present on the ship took his money out of his pockets and placed it on top of one of Prophet T.B. Joshua’s sermons which he had received from The SCOAN. He offered it to the armed robbers, saying, “Here is my money; take it” but the armed robbers refused to take his money! Speaking to the congregation and viewers, Mrs Ogwe Juliet said, “Don’t call it ordinary water; it is anointed. There is power in it – the power of God. The power of God is above all powers”.

Mr Azawei Alanuene, a university lecturer, gave his testimony of how God had taken him from a nobody to somebody. Eating from hand to mouth for 10 years, his life was a constant struggle but when he ministered the Anointing Water in Jesus’ name, his destiny turned around! After prayer, he was suddenly called by his supervisor and told that he had been granted a scholarship to further his research by studying a PhD in The University of Nottingham, UK. He travelled to the UK for the course, continued ministering the Anointing Water over himself and his coursework and conducted ground breaking research in his specialized area. To his surprise, he was selected to present the findings of his PhD research in an international conference in China.  Glory be to God!

Mr Waziri from Taraba, Nigeria was addicted to drinking alcohol for 17 years and could drink up to 14 bottles a day. He did not see the need or have the desire to stop but one day after watching Prophet T.B. Joshua on Emmanuel TV prophesying to a man about the very same drinking problem, he realized his need for freedom.  As Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for the viewers, he stretched his hand and touched the screen in prayer. Instantly, the desire to drink left him and he was completely delivered in the power of the Holy Spirit. After that prayer, everything about his life was transformed. His health, business, marriage and joy were restored! Even his appearance changed as his once large belly, due to excessive drinking, shrunk back to normal. Advising those who are desperately in need of a solution, he quoted the words of Prophet T.B. Joshua, saying, “If you have run out of rope, it is time to grab onto faith!”  Hallelujah! There is no bad habit, addiction or negative lifestyle that cannot be broken, conquered and defeated by Jesus Christ!

All in all, we are reminded that the main thing about Christianity is not the work we do for God but the relationship we maintain and the atmosphere produced by that relationship. Our work for God is a reflection of our relationship with Him. We should therefore, take time to develop our relationship with the Holy Spirit by daily reading our Bibles with devotion and making the Word of God the standard for our lives.

A PASTOR LEADS BEST WHEN HIS PEOPLE GET BEHIND HIM

After a powerful prayer line where people were disconnected from any demonic influence in their lives, Prophet T.B. Joshua entered the teeming cathedral and gave an enlightening sermon titled, ‘A True Prophet’. Asking how one will tell who is a true prophet or a false prophet and using the book of 1 John 4:1, he said the one having a divine spirit that comes from above is meek, peaceable and humble, and refrains from all impurities of this world. He said that the spirit speaks only when God wishes it to speak whereas others are always ready to pray. He added people generally have the wrong impression that healing, miracles, the spirit of prophecy and all of God’s blessings are wrought at the will of the person concerned. This is why people easily feel a prophet should be able to pray anytime, not minding whether it is the right time or not. A true prophet however will not pray without spirit intimation. He explained that without direction from the Spirit, if they give, they give of themselves; they prophesy of themselves; that is why there are prophecies without accomplishment; healings without results.

In a tribute to his late mother, Prophet T.B. Joshua said that she had advised him that when he did not seem to receive from God, he should look into his love walk as the Bible in Mark 12:31 says we should love our neighbour as ourselves. He explained that when the hour of her departure came, he had sent for her and she was with him for a day and they discussed. He said he did not know how to relate to her the message that he had received from God because it was news that no one wants to hear. However, he had learned from reading the Bible that the issue of departure can be delayed by prayer or by waiting in faith (Isaiah 38:4; Luke 7:2). He told his mother that no matter how upright we are, we still need to rededicate ourselves. He explained how he told her, “Everyone has been tempted; I have been tempted; you have been tempted and we will continue to be challenged by issues that violate our conscience. We all face the temptation to do the wrong thing but there is a way – Jesus is the Way”. He said that when we give our lives to Jesus and make Him our boss, CEO and Director in all we do, we are under His supervision to do all.

He added that although his brothers and sisters had wanted to help their dear mother medically, her departure could not be delayed by human sympathy; he told her to be in an attitude of prayer. He said that, “When it is time for man’s departure, nothing can delay it except waiting in faith or through prayer”. The man of God added that we have read about many Biblical characters whose departure was delayed. Hezekiah was rich and favoured and when he cried out to God, God answered him in Isaiah 38:4 “I have heard your prayer and I have seen your tears, surely I will add to your days, 15 years.” The prophet explained that unchangeable means, what will happen will still happen.

He referred to the late President of Ghana, Professor John Evans Atta Mills, saying that, “My dear father President Atta Mills – if there is anyone that would want the late president to spend 200 years on this earth, I am number one.”

He recalled a phone call he had made to the late president a month and a week ago in which he described a vision that he had seen of cloud covering his apartment. He told him that he should be prayerful because he had seen his body being transfigured to a celestial realm. He had also advised the president who was planning to travel to the USA to be prayerful because of the vision. Speaking to the congregation, the man of God said, “When clouds come down to pick you up, it is a hero’s welcome.”

The man of God had also told the president that his coming 68^th birthday should be dedicated to God through fasting and prayer. He explained that the birthday was not celebrated on Emmanuel TV because there was no way you could wish Happy Birthday without saying, “Long life’.

Speaking on why he had not travelled to Ghana for the last three years, the prophet said that he could not go anywhere without first hearing from God. He added that he would love to be there anytime he heard from God, especially because, according to him, Ghana was his second home.  Still speaking on the departure of the late Ghanaian President, Professor John Evans Atta Mills, he said that he knew where he was going, adding “Let your soul admire where he is and pray to be there one day.” He emphasised, “It is a wonderful grace to know where you are going. You need not fear where you are going when you know Jesus is going with you.”

He ended his message saying that a pastor leads best when his people get behind him.

NATIVE ENERGY CRUSHED BY GOD’S POWER

When Mr Oba Yabrifa Ebiundu (a witch doctor) was encountered by the prophet during the previous Monday service, his true identity was revealed through a word of prophecy. The man of God told him that he was a witch doctor with powers and energy that he used even to cause and stop rain. He immediately confirmed the prophet’s words and his wife added that the small demons appeared to her and attacked her when they were coming to The SCOAN. After the video of the prophecy, footage of Yabrifa in his community shrine as a Chief Priest and villagers worshipping him was played.

Mr Yabrifa accompanied by his wife and son then came into the service to tell his story. He introduced himself as a witch doctor and chief priest who was the father of every colour who served the ‘god of justice’. He explained that he was the custodian of the deity which was an inheritance from his grandfather. He said that from when he was a small child, he would go to the river to catch fish for his mother and preferred spending time in the river than going to school or staying at home. Initially wanting to reject the inheritance of the chief priest, he tried to do a security job but the deity appeared to his employers in the form of his father and warned them to release him because he was a royal chief priest.

Then, on one fateful day during a local festival, Mr Yabrifa physically felt a force enter him, eventually leading him to a river where he stayed in the depths of the water for several hours. The next moment Mr Yabrifa realised that he was in the centre of the diabolic shrine, being crowned as chief priest.

He was taught how to make charms for people but despite his ‘native energy’, he knew that something was disturbing him. Although people flocked from far and wide to pay homage to him and partake in the native ceremonies where hard liquor was poured and animals sacrificed, Mr Yabrifa remained in poverty while the demons regularly attacked his family members. He explained how when pastors came and held crusades next to his shrine, praying against the idols he worshipped, he would be provoked and invoke rain to come and stop their crusade. He further said that the deity never allowed him to shake anyone’s hand as his hand was reserved for feeding the deity alone. He also never bowed for anyone or removed his cap or shoes as the deity always told him that he was to be worshipped and was above everyone else.   Referring to his son, he said that he also had native powers and was his second in command.

Mr Yabrifa explained that he kept warning his wife to stop watching Emmanuel TV because of the deliverances God used T.B. Joshua and the wise men to do were beyond his own native power. Eventually forced to come to The SCOAN because of his poverty and wretched life as a smoker, drunkard and womanizer, Mr Yabrifa never thought that he would be discovered. After the prophecy, he explained that he had had a dream in which Prophet T.B. Joshua followed him to his village and helped him set the idols ablaze and deliver the community. Upon listening to Mr Yabrifa, Prophet T.B. Joshua spoke on the need of his followers also coming to The SCOAN for their own deliverance.

THE ARENA OF LIBERTY!

The prophet led the congregation and viewers in a powerful time of prayer, saying, “I can see you being delivered, healed. You yoke, bondage, I command you to be loosed in Jesus’ name”. Truly, the people were disconnected from every demonic activity as they agreed with T.B. Joshua and prayed along in faith. After the prayer, the man of God moved through the entire auditorium giving words of prophecy and counselling to the people as intimated by the Spirit of God. In the second service, the auditorium was full to the brim with more people awaiting their freedom and the wise men using the authority in the name of Jesus continued to command any evil spirit to leave the people. We thank God for setting his people free in the arena of liberty.

THE HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN

The much awaited message from Prophet T.B. Joshua on 29^th July 2012 was titled, The Highway To Heaven and was dedicated to the late Professor John Evans Atta Mills, President of Ghana.The prophet said, “To get to Heaven, you must follow the way of the Cross. The Highway to Heaven starts on this side of death and the entrance is very easy to find”. The Bible says, “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13). He said, “Paul the Apostle declared that the road to Heaven is not difficult to find or to access. Are you on the right road?” The road is right in your front; it is in the Word of God, he assured.

The prophet said, “The Lord speaks to us through His Word by His Spirit, and Jesus said, ‘I am the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one cometh to the Father except through me’ ” (John 14:6).

He revealed that Jesus Christ died for our sins and broke the power of death by resurrection.

“You need not fear where you are going when you know Jesus is going with you”, the prophet insisted, noting that “Death is not a period, it is only a comma”. This is because of the death of Christ and the resurrection.

He stated that, “We who put our faith in Him, death is not a period but a comma”. “We need to be sure we are ready to depart” he said, stating that, “If you are prepared to die, you are prepared to live.

The prophet said that “Whether you are young or old, what matters is the grace to continue living hereafter. A man may die young, yet be satisfied with living; but a wicked man is not satisfied even with long life”, he revealed, stressing that “Continuing to trust Jesus is the only way to get the things you are not ready for”.

He mentioned that he was not mourning the late President Atta Mills but was celebrating his wonderful life, saying, “I thank God for a life well spent”.

He narrated his first visit to Ghana during a crusade where he met the late President Atta Mills who at the time was the vice president of former president Jerry Rawlings.

“We prayed together and then came the revelation and I told him, ‘You will be a president of this country one day.’ He said, ‘No I am going back to the classroom, I am a professor, a lecturer’. Truly, he went back to the classroom as a lecturer. After some years, I received a phone call from him telling me, ‘I was called to contest as a presidential candidate of a party’. I replied, ‘Remember what I told you’.

He came to The SCOAN and I told him, ‘Your journey – I see three contests, 1^st lose, 2^nd lose, then you can think of winning to become president’. He said, ‘A losing candidate, 1^st time, 2^nd time, will people believe such a candidate?’ I said, ‘Let the will of God be done’. With God, all things are possible; this is the voice of God. The relationship was purely based on revelation. When your relationship is based purely on revelation of God, nothing and nothing can break it.”

The Last Hurdle That Saw Him To The Throne

The man of God explained how Atta Mills accepted the revelation and began to believe that he could contest as a presidential candidate. When Atta Mills was running for the third time, the prophet received a phone call from him from South Africa in which he stated that he was booked for an operation.

The prophet prayed over it. After praying, he gave him a call. ‘You said operation. You had a dream some time ago; in that dream, someone was leading you, holding your hand as a guide to show you the way. Does that mean somebody will be holding your hand anywhere you go?’ He replied, ‘Yes, I had such a dream in Canada that I was blind and someone held my hand and was guiding me where to go.’ I said, ‘If you attempt the operation, this is what is going to happen. My brother, don’t try the operation’. He said, ‘Pastor, I would like to attempt one eye first. If it does not work, I will stop it.’ Our dear father went for an operation on one eye. On coming out of the operation, the eye could not work and had also affected the ear. So, he called me, ‘Man of God, I am coming straight to Nigeria.’ That was where the first news was carried that our dear father had died. While the news was everywhere in those days, our father was with me here. When our father arrived at the airport in Nigeria, the first words that came from him were, ‘I will no longer contest; I want to drop the ambition’. I replied, ‘The Lord says you will get there. You can’t change God’s Word’.

The relationship was not just an introduction but purely divine. The man of God spoke of how Atta Mills spent 10 days with him at The SCOAN. ‘We started praying together and the Lord restored the ears and the other eye that had not been operated on. Our father went back to Ghana and started campaigning. The ambition continued. If God used His servant at that period, what do you think that servant cannot do to carry on?

After the election results were out and Atta Mills was inaugurated as President of Ghana, T.B. Joshua explained how he had received another revelation about his journey. ‘The prophecy I received from God was the same prophecy I used that day as a prayer point. I asked God to give him the spirit of a finisher. The second prayer point God gave me was, ‘God, give us the grace to complete the job that we started’. At that moment of celebration, there was nothing that called for that kind of prayer point. I began to see an unchangeable event.

‘He was a promised child being led by revelation’, the prophet told the congregation and viewers. The prophet said that it was not sickness or disease that killed him but it was God’s time. He prayed for the family of the late President and the nation, Ghana and said, ‘Our father is a martyr – the legacy he left behind – an unexplainable unity among political class, that is what our father fought for and won’.

In remembrance of Atta Mills, T.B. Joshua said, ‘What a good man – very modest in his leadership. Africa, we are not mature enough for this kind of leadership. He was a good man but a good man cannot succeed alone.’

Testimonies
Mrs Egbanunu, Warri, Delta State.
She was delivered from evil attacks and eating in her dreams. She was sleeping with men in her dreams and when she woke up, she would act like a man. She said she used to beat up her husband, pull his manhood and soak his clothes in water. She revealed that she broke his hand and destroyed the windscreen of his car and overwhelmed by the situation, two years ago, the husband left the house.

She revealed that after her deliverance, she started having affection for her husband. The prophet promised to contact the family of the husband. The husband, Mr Terry Egbanunu, who was also in the church to honour the invitation by the prophet, said that when his wife came into his life, things became terrible. He said his wife was quarrelsome and often threatened his life.

She said she was advised to visit The SCOAN where she was fortunate to be delivered through Wise Man Christopher. Following her deliverance, as she described in detail how she had treated her husband, she choked back tears. After both had explained their side of the story, Prophet T.B. Joshua counselled them and prophesied that the affection between the two of them would soon return. Their marriage had finally been restored after two years of separation. Glory be to God!

Delivered From The Problem Of Domineering Spirit And Undue Control Of Her Husband
She said she was fond of controlling her husband and was also noted for shouting at people. She claimed that she was not like that in the past.

Her husband , Mr Henry Uzo, confirmed this and said, “She used to tell me to bathe the children, care for them, wash plates, cook food and wake her up to eat”. All these were going on despite the fact that we have a housemaid”, he said. The couple requested for deliverance which they received.

Nigeria Deportees From Libya
A second set of Nigerians (over one hundred) who were imprisoned in Libya, came to the church to give thanks to God for the prayers of the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua which led to their release.

One of them (Matthew) spoke on behalf of the rest of them thanking the man of God for his magnanimity, love and concern for their plights. They were given assistance as others before them had received.

He gave them N12 million to be shared by all; each of them was given N100,000 to allow them to take care of themselves and make a fresh start in Nigeria. Each of them also received three bags of rice and a copy of ‘The Mirror’.

YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN

Wise Man Christopher spoke on the theme, ‘You Must Be Born Again’ early Sunday morning. He said we are here to shine as light because to God’s power nothing is impossible. Regeneration is the renewal of the spirit, soul and body. He asked, “What does it take to be regenerated? What must I do to enter the Kingdom of God?” Using John 3:1-8 as proof text, he said spiritual rebirth means salvation and that salvation should have impact on our everyday life.

He said when God sets you free, you are free in reality and that we must admit that we have sinned and need to be born again. He said without repentance and faith, God’s power cannot work in a man’s life. True Christianity lies in the purity of heart. Knowing God is not to see His Words but to learn His ways.

The Holy Spirit, he said, helps us to overcome trials and temptations. The Holy Spirit knows the accurate answers; His Word is the final authority. He said you can be tempted because God’s love does not keep us away from temptation. Encounters on the way, he said, will strengthen your determination. If God calls you, He will make you fit for it. Jesus Christ never murmured or complained. He bore all the insults. He said to be born again, the believer must die and resurrect with Jesus Christ. He used 2 Corinthians 5:17 for further illustration.
Concluding his message, Wise Man Christopher said we have to be spiritual by living in the Word and the Word living in us.

 EVIL SPIRIT SPLITS MARRIAGE FOR 10 YEARS

One of the video recordings replayed was of last week’s deliverance of a lady who had separated from her husband, and was experiencing absence of peace in her life. The evil spirit said it had destroyed her, though she was supposed to be  great. She was delivered through Wise Man Daniel.

This Sunday, Josephine Onwumah from Delta State, Nigeria came to church to share her experience. She came with Sunday Onwumah, the father of her four children. They had separated for 10 years. She was possessed by a spiritual husband and explained that when her husband travelled to Austria, she voluntarily campaigned for a release from her husband through his people because she had the spirit of lust.

Mr Sunday also testified saying that he had been in Austria for 14 years, despite the fact that Josephine had four kids for him – two boys and two girls. She was moving about with different men, a truth which his family revealed to him. After three years of separation, she said she wanted a divorce, went to the husband’s village and announced her wish to his family. Then, she eventually got pregnant for another man. Mr. Sunday said he had been receiving spiritual attacks, and after arriving in Nigeria, he decided to come to The SCOAN as well as see his children. He said he was surprised to watch on Emmanuel TV that she was delivered the week before.

Prophet T.B. Joshua said that the evil spirit was responsible for the woman’s life of recklessness. He said it was significant that the man had not married since separating with the wife. He also said that the marriage was destined from Heaven, especially since they have kids together. He then, told the couple that he would bring the family together to settle the matter.

A RED CHARM MYSTERIOUSLY APPEARS IN HAIR
Another video was shown of a woman with two boys who was delivered last week Thursday. The evil spirit said that Wise Man John Chi was carrying liquid fire and that it had destroyed the woman. It said the woman had considered herself smart and complained loudly: “This place is an oven. How do you enjoy staying here?”

The spirit also said it hated her boys, and had wanted to kill the eldest son when he was five years old. It had injured his manhood, and caused the mother to wickedly use a razor to cut his arm.

The spirit also said it was responsible for the woman’s separation from her husband, as well as her suffering. It also wanted to turn into a viper to bite the son, and that deliverance at The SCOAN was destroying “our beautiful kingdom”. Her eldest child also narrated his experience of how the father had abandoned them, and that they were sleeping in an uncompleted building with their mother. The woman had also wanted to throw the eldest child into a well. The evil spirit which revealed a hidden charm in the woman’s hair said that it had eight powers. It also asked: “Is this how you entertain people – with fire?”

After her deliverance, Mariam Umar, from Okene, Kogi State, spoke fondly of her two boys, Khalif and Mohammed Ozigi.

She also said she realized that she had strange powers and if she clapped thrice against anybody when angry, such a person would face the consequences.

She had gone to different places with her mother seeking for solution. She also hated her children, and loved the sight of blood.

The charm discovered in her hair was not seen by visible eyes; “I never knew it was there. I never saw it physically”. Mariam explained that four months ago in a dream, she saw a dead man put a red charm in her hair but upon waking up, she checked her hair and found nothing. It was only during the Thursday prayer line when Wise Man John Chi prayed for her that it physically became visible.

After her deliverance, she said she now loves her kids and said, “I thank God I am free. My sons are all I have now”.
FIRST CLASS OBTAINED THROUGH ANOINTING WATER

A young Zimbabwean lady and lecturer in law at the University of Cape Town, was accompanied to the church with her mother to share her testimony. She had come to thank God for His goodness in her life, especially in her academic career through the use of the Anointing Water.

After her bachelor’s programme in law, she had practiced as an attorney for four years, but had wanted to study further.

Though the money was not available to achieve her aim, she had wanted a master’s degree from the prestigious University College, London. She had needed between £35,000 and £40,000 for accommodation and studies, and her mother had come to The SCOAN for prayer and received the Anointing Water. In six months, Miss Nthabiseng obtained a full scholarship to study at University College, London.

At school, she had gone through hardship, especially in her course work. She was considering giving up because she thought it was impossible for her to even pass her course. In the midst of all this, her mother sent her the Anointing Water. She sprayed it on her books and writing equipment and prayed earnestly. In September 2011, she received her results and to her surprise, she had obtained a first class – a feat she thought impossible.

NO MORE MISCARRIAGES

Tsakani Nancy Mosutlha from Botswana had suffered from several miscarriages for 16 years. She visited The SCOAN and was blessed with the Anointing Water by Prophet T.B. Joshua. When she eventually got pregnant and was to deliver, her baby was suffocating and it was difficult for her to deliver. The doctors recommended an operation as the umbilical cord was wrapped twice around the baby’s neck. She prayed with the Anointing Water in the hospital, and the baby was successfully delivered without any operation.

Several rumours have recently been circulated around the internet concerning an alleged prophecy of Prophet T.B. Joshua about a stadium collapsing in Zambia.

We wish to state that Prophet T.B. Joshua NEVER gave such a prophecy and there is no truth whatsoever in these rumours.

Any prophetic message from Prophet T.B Joshua is shown on Emmanuel TV. If you did not hear it on Emmanuel TV, Prophet T.B. Joshua did not say it.

Let us watch and pray, lest we fall into temptation (Matthew 26:41).

JESUS WILL NOT ALLOW THE ENEMY OF YOUR SOUL TO OVERTAKE YOU

YOU NEED TO EXPERIENCE GOD

The service on Sunday, June 3, 2012 began with Wise Man John Chi speaking on the need to experience God. “Most people would believe that it is a great tragedy to be separated from their possessions and social relations,” he began. “However, very few people understand that the greatest tragedy in the world today is to be separated from God. Satisfaction in life is not all about having children, money or other worldly possessions – you need to experience God. Until you experience God, there will be dissatisfaction in your life – a sense of hunger to know what life is all about, a desire to know what happens after life is over,” he said in his introduction.

Continuing, he stated that many Christians only choose certain areas of Scripture to focus on, stressing that we need the whole counsel of God to develop spiritually. “Those people who choose to pick out a few words from the Bible and live by them are not eager about such other areas as holiness, consecration, judgement, evangelism and the love of God,” he added.

Talking on the futility of merely pursuing worldly fame and possessions, he explained, “Treasures on earth have their habit of disappointing their owners as they don’t offer permanent security. Only treasures stored up in Heaven are permanent and secure. They retain their value because they are under God’s own security.” He used James 1:10-11 for further illustration.

Concluding, Wise Man John Chi referred the congregation and viewers worldwide on Emmanuel TV to Psalm 55:22 and 1 Peter 5:7 – Scriptures that enjoin us to ‘cast our burden upon the Lord’. He said, “The best remedy against anxiety is to cast our burden upon God believing His divine will to calm our spirit. To cast our burden upon God is to rest our trust in His providence and promise. If we commit our ways and works to Him, He promised to carry us in the arms of His power, as a nurse carries a child and will strengthen our spirit by His Spirit. Why don’t we trust Him and let Him prove Himself? After all, He is the Governor of our future. I mean, He owns our future.”

 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AT 49!

Following Wise Man John Chi’s message, a glorious time in God’s presence in praise and worship ensued, before Prophet T.B. Joshua came out. “If you rely on the strength that comes from our Lord, Jesus Christ, He will not allow the enemy of your soul to overtake you,” he said, encouraging the congregation.

Using the opportunity to address his upcoming 49^th birthday on June 12^th, Prophet T.B. Joshua thanked the people for their prayers. Explaining the way and manner God wanted him to celebrate this year, he stated, “My birthday shall be dedicated to prayer for the Church of God, for its unity. It is also an occasion that calls for persistent giving, especially to the needy,” he continued, stressing that people should give every good thing the Lord had given to them.

EVERYONE NEEDS DELIVERANCE

A video was replayed in which Mr Gideon Ibitoye was remarkably delivered after prayer from Wise Man Christopher during last week’s Monday Service. The evil spirit had spoken through him, saying that it was a warrior who had come to cause suffering and poverty in the family.

Addressing the importance of deliverance, Prophet T.B. Joshua said that it was necessary for everyone to pass through deliverance. Referring the congregation to 1 Corinthians 10:13, he explained that even after deliverance, a Christian would still face challenges and trials but that they would lead to his improvement. “When you are delivered, strength will come from above so that the enemy of your soul will not overtake you,” he said.

In his explanation, Mr Ibitoye narrated that he is a youth pastor in his church and never had any inclination that he would be the one to be delivered when they came to The SCOAN. On the contrary, he believed his wife was the one responsible for the problems and expected her to be the one to manifest when the Wise Men prayed. This belief came as a result of a number of pastors who had pointed out that his wife was the architect of their downfall, telling him to beg her for forgiveness and adorn her with gifts of clothes so she would release him from the cage he was in.

Confused, his wife explained that she too ended up suspecting that she might be possessed, after all the pastors had pointed her out to her husband. Mr Ibitoye explained that during the Sunday Service, his entire focus was on his wife during the Wise Men’s prayer, expecting her to react and manifest. Disappointed after nothing seemingly happened, he resolved to return home. His wife, however, insisted that they return for the Monday Service. During the Monday Service, Mr Ibitoye said, after listening to a message from Prophet T.B. Joshua, he began to ask God for a touch from Heaven. As Wise Man Christopher prayed for him during that service, he explained that he just saw light and became very afraid, losing all consciousness and control. “I am not the type of person who believes in that type of thing,” he confessed, adding that he was astonished at the deliverance he received.

Members of the congregation spoke out on the lessons learned from the couples experience and Prophet T.B. Joshua commended Mrs. Ibitoye for standing by her husband despite the accusation and insisting on his return to the church on Monday.

DELIVERED FROM THE SPIRIT OF PROSTITUTION

Miss Pauline, a 5^th year Student of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Benin returned to The SCOAN with three friends following her confession in the church last week. After her deliverance from the spirit that had pushed her into prostitution, Prophet T.B. Joshua called on her to bring some of her colleagues who were also involved in the same lifestyle and desired deliverance.

Her three friends, all schooling in university, somberly told The SCOAN congregation that they were involved in prostitution and this was how they paid their tuition. Prophet T.B. Joshua promised that the church would assist them financially with scholarships to carry on their education without continuing their past lifestyle. The young friends were moved to tears at the announcement, Pauline thanking God on their behalf for rescuing them and providing for their needs.

HEALED FROM PROSTATE CANCER

In his faith building testimony, Mr Alex Okodua said he visited The SCOAN in October 2011 suffering from prostate cancer. At that stage, his condition was critical as he had lost a lot of weight, saw blood in his urine and experienced swelling in his groin. He explained that at this stage he would be going to the toilet 5-6 times in a night alone. The medical doctors advised him to go to India for an operation and even then, the chances of recovery were 50-50.

However, in the midst of his deteriorating condition, one of Mr Okodua’s sons advised him to visit The SCOAN and use the Anointing Water. After receiving and ministering it, he explained that he immediately began sleeping well. Soon, the blood-filled urine had normalized and he was regaining weight again. Amazed at the miraculous work of God in his life, Mr Okodua returned to the hospital for another check. Marveling at the miracle, the doctors confirmed he was free from prostate cancer. To God be the glory!

As Mr Okodua testified, Professor Robinson, the Chief Medical Director of Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka, attested to what he was saying. He explained that, as a medical doctor, he had referred many of his patients to The SCOAN for healing and had even ministered the Anointing Water in the hospital. He cited the case of a woman whose arm was to be amputated because of a large open wound that had refused to heal. However, after ministering the Anointing Water, the wound closed up and the woman was completely restored.

BARRENNESS OVER AND BREAKTHROUGH RESTORED

Engr. Ugwu and his wife came to The SCOAN with many testimonies to share to God’s glory! Firstly, he explained that he had initially come to The SCOAN with the problem of bedwetting for a long and painful 34 years. At this stage, he and his wife were childless and he was also experiencing setback and disappointment in his business. However, after coming to The SCOAN and ministering the Anointing Water, the Ugwu’s lives were completely transformed!

His bedwetting ceased and shortly afterwards his wife became pregnant, later safely delivering a baby girl named Mary. Employed in a petroleum company, abundant blessing started coming for Engr. Ugwu and he was able to buy a new car and move into a new house. To cap it all, his wife is now pregnant for a second time!

Following the testimonies, Prophet T.B. Joshua led the congregation in a powerful time of mass prayer.  “Your appointment with God is Divine. During Jesus’ earthly ministry, everyone was healed. God has sent me to you to give you something,” he told the excited congregation. He then moved in the midst of the congregation, giving words of prophecy to hundreds of individuals present. We thank God Almighty for what He is doing every week in The SCOAN. Indeed, a million thanks are not enough for what Jesus Christ has done!

The Power Above You

The early morning sermon was delivered by Wise Man Harry who spoke on people’s choices, meaninglessness of life, God’s power, place of assignment and problems of focusing on wealth instead of God. He said when God created you and I, He gave us the right to life, and within that right was the discretion to choose between right and wrong, God and satan etc. Without the discretion, he said, “Life is meaningless”. “You have to make the right choices if you have to make a difference in life”, he said, claiming that “he who wants to be great must first respect great men”. The theme of his sermon was “The Power Above You”. He made reference to 1st Kings 19:19-21 and verse 16, too.
Elijah, he said, “was a farmer at his place of assignment.” He noted that “your assignment is always to a place or to a people”. When you think about what Elisha did, you will begin to wonder how somebody could leave their assignment and begin to follow Elijah. He said if Elijah was not a man of vision…he would have remained a farmer throughout his life. “Where there is no vision, the people perish”, he said. He said our objectives must be clear for our lives to have meaning. “A large slice of life will pass you by if you focus on wealth”, he said.
A beautiful life does not just happen, it is built. To build a beautiful life, you must recognise the power above you or submit to the power above you” he assured. How do we experience the beautiful life, he asked. To experience that, you have to first experience the power above you (God) And unless you do that, there will be dissatisfaction.

The Truth Sustains God’s Prophets
Prophet T.B. Joshua emerged to preach by 10am, speaking on diverse subjects to the expectant congregation, He referred to the previous weeks predictions and prophecies especially the one which had generated much controversy – the prophecy on the death of the Malawian President.

Speaking generally he had said; “God has all men’s heart in His hand and turns them as he pleases. The day will declare who is in the right, and who is in the wrong. One lying spirit can make 400 lying prophets and make use of them to deceive us”. He has added that “If I say ‘God says’ and it does not come to pass, it means I have not spoken of God because God put His words in the mouths of true prophets and the words are genuine,” and that “The truth sustains God’s prophets”.
On the genuine prophets, he said “a prophet of God is all about time and preparation. God talks in parables, and he has, to prepare his messages properly, built on God’s parables through vision, “in order not to be called a prophet of doom”. According to him, “The Bible is full of parables; you must examine everything in the light of the Holy ghost; if not, it can be sheer literature”, adding that reading literature cannot give one true knowledge of the Gospel; “every sentence must be examined in the light of the Holy ghost. The Bible is an instrument, a tool, in the hands of Holy Ghost. If not, it cannot work. If it is a tool, it will heal, deliver and bless.

Delivered From Disgusting Act Of Eating Faces & Sperm & Drinking Urine

What appeared to be the greatest act of deliverance happened in the church when a man was called out before the congregation; he had been eating his own faeces and those of others, as well as his sperm and urine, all mixed together, for a period of sixteen years. He had enjoyed the odious delicacy on a regular, daily basis, as commanded by some evil spirit.
Mr. Mukaila Oyedeji Malomo used to be in Germany for sixteen years, married to a half German, half Hungarian, and was working in the midst of good , serious – minded people. Because of a problem, he was jailed in Germany, between 1993 and 1994. In prison, he suddenly woke up some night to behold a wicked demon who instructed him to start mixing his faeces, sperm and urine mixed together with his own hands and drink. It was at about 1:00am, and there were four other sleeping Nigerians there. After swallowing the filthy content, some weird power descended on him, and he saw himself as the most powerful man around, and ready for war. In the morning, he had engaged wardens in a brawl. The more he ate the unusual combination every day, the more he become physically powerful and “nobody can arrest me”, He stabbed many people in Germany streets, and became very dangerous to the community. Yet, he had houses in Germany, Hungary and Nigeria (he was not poor). He moved into public toilets in Germany and Nigeria to eat people’s faeces and urine.
He saw nothing wrong with eating such. Photographs with his wife and fellow workers were shown to the congregation, and the spirit warned him never to inform people what he was eating. He said he had a son with his very loving wife, who he has never seen; (due to his prison sentence) they could not see him when he was in jail. The Germans asked him to go for treatment as no orthodox medicine worked for him.
He was prayed for and delivered through the Holy spirit in The Synagogue Church, and the man confessed to “feel somehow light and fresh” and saw the consumption of faeces, urine and sperm as “disgusting, something useless; waste products from the body”.
He said further; “I feel like vomiting (he actually did). I believe I have been delivered. I thank God I am completely free. The smell is bad. I feel ashamed; I had been to many churches in Nigeria…The power of God has manifested.’’ He has added: I feel fine. I am okay. My reaction is that I hate it; it is a dirty thing; it’s rubbish. I enjoyed it in the past, but as from this moment, I have been delivered. It is not pleasant; it irritates my system. I can’t wait to see my wife’’.
To these, entire prophet Joshua glorified the name of the Lord, and that the wife will be rejoicing now because she will be watching. People in Germany will also rejoice’’. He called it “mother of all miracles’’ and what you have never seen in life, when you see it will influence your life’’.

TESTIMONIES
MR AND MRS ETIBET EKUOMADU—Delivered from Poverty and Economic setback through Anointing Water.
The couple had come to the service to glorify the name of the Lord for retrieving them from the pangs of poverty and economic setback. Both had stayed in Italy for 15 years and in Florida, USA for three (3) years, before returning in 2008. Abroad, they had recorded failures in all they did, except paying bills and rents. In Nigeria, they had rented a place in Oke-Afa, and had prayed fervently against frustration and disappointments.
In November 2011, they got the Anointing water which they ministered. Inspired on the second day of ministration, the couple had started a mini fish pond at the rented compound, and made a plywood and tarpaulin erection around the pond, and made the vat. By December 2011, Prophet Joshua had prophesied that farmers would enter the season of success. The Anointing water has worked wonders for the family because they first made between 800 and 1000 fishes after hatching; later the fish 30,000 in eight weeks. What should be realized in 10 months was realized in 8 weeks an attestation to unusual breakthrough in one male and one female which have produced 30,000 fish.
The couple advised people that, in every situation of life, they should trust that God will visit them in Jesus’ name.

AMAKA ABOH: Delivered from pelvic pain through Anointing water    
As at September 2011, this Anambra State-born Nigerian was suffering from severe pelvic pain. She was diagnosed in hospital as suffering from kidney stones, and upon admission, was treated unsuccessfully with drugs and antibiotics.
Though discharged, she was to be taking 480 cl. Of water every day. This never worked for her. To bend her body was a problem; she had to sit and bathe. When she got hold of the Anointing Water, she had to call her husband, who had to administer it, with faith. Immediately, she felt a cold sensation at the back, and her blood pressure which used to rise at night, became calm. She started shaking involuntarily when she finished using the water, the pain disappeared. She started doing what she couldn’t do. She went for the scan, and in the hospital, the doctors were shocked. She said her deliverance is permanent in the name of Jesus Christ.

Gloria (Namibian) – Delivered From Eating Anthill Soil and Chalk)
A video was shown of a woman – Gloria from Namibia, and 36 years old – who was eating anthill soil and chalk. She had been on it for 14 years, and as a teacher, she ate it everywhere. She couldn’t obtain functional medical attention from the hospital; she collected more of the anthill soil from the forest, which she kept in a plastic and ate, until it finished. She found it difficult to visit the toilet, and blood used to accompany her faeces.
She said her problem had started in 1997, but she had seen those eating cement and charcoal and chalk delivered at The SCOAN on the Emmanuel TV. She received her deliverance through Wise Man John Chi. She advised people never to take to chalk or anthill soil eating, and they should always pray to God and have faith in Jesus Christ for their deliverance, in a similar dilemma.

Bob (From Rivers State Nigeria): Delivered From Spiritual Wife and Crocodile Spirit
Mr Bob, as shown in the video, had come to The SCOAN for deliverance. He had been permanently destroyed. Though he was supposed to be a star, he could not because this Queen of the sea had also destroyed his marital life; his children disregarded him, though he is a good orator and an engineer. His children had also stopped watching the Emmanuel TV. He was also turned into a chain smoker, but by placing his hands on Emmanuel TV screen when Prophet T.B. Joshua was doing mass prayer for the viewers, he was delivered. He had vomited.

In his testimony during the service, Mr Bob said he was possessed by the spirit of spiritual wife and crocodile because he had joined a secret cult in his secondary school days, and had charms for the protection against knives and bottles. He used to find himself at the Bermuda Triangle, where he experienced a lot of strange things. In 1985 or 1986, he was physically initiated by the spiritual wife – a white lady who was naked.
He received three powers – in his eyes, private part and mouth. With his eyes, he could
seduce beautiful girls, whether they liked him or not. He was always searching for girls
in the church because of the spirit of seduction in him. Through space communication
(in which he encountered photographs of the girls with whom he slept), he became
used to many ladies (he had an aura which attracted them). These ladies eventually did
not have settled homes, or had no husbands. They also began to lust after other men, even after marriage. He slept with many ladies who could not even leave him; and his own daughters also got infected with the spirit of lust (after his marriage).
His heart used to be very heavy. He was lucky to have encountered Emmanuel TV earlier, through which he was delivered from smoking recklessly. He had smoked for 40 years (since he was 9 years old; but abandoned the habit since November 6, 2011).

Delivered by Wise Man Christopher, he advised parents that they should know what their kids do, so that in the near future, they would know how to behave. He also advised his friends to stop drinking; that they need deliverance, and those in cults should surrender to God, through a touch from the Holy Spirit.

Mr & Mrs Mellitus Ovia (Enugu State): Delivered From Infertility and Staphylococcus Through Anointing Water
Mr Ovia had suffered from low sperm count and inferility as well as staphylococcus. He had gone to different hospitals and churches without getting solution for 12 years. His first wife ran away because of the problems. He had started watching Emmanuel TV in his brother’s house, and became encouraged by the kinds of miracles he saw, and he decided to go the The SCOAN. He married the second wife, and with her, they prayed with the Anointing Water, and the woman is now pregnant. The wife also testified in church.
Both advised people that, when faced by any difficulty, they should believe God to solve same, and provide for their needs, especially because The SCOAN “is a home of miracles”.

Mrs Benedicta Matthias (From Rivers State, Nigeria): Her Baby Was Delivered From Immature Death By Anointing Sticker)

In March 2012, after Prophet Joshua shared out the Anointing Sticker to the congregation, Mrs Matthias’ child was sleeping beside her father, while the mother was eating. The girls, about a year old, passed on. The mother had to rush to the door to remove the sticker to place on her, which refused to be easily retrieved. The back of the sticker was pressed on the child, and life returned to her. She had died for about one hour, and the mother has faith because according to her, “I know where I belong”, and she said that people should believe in God because “The God of T.B. Joshua never fails”.

Mrs Gladys (From Accra Ghana): Delivered From Ice cubes Consumption for 12 years
Mrs Gladys, a 48 year old Ghanaian had visited the church for deliverance from ice cubes consumption for 12 years, which was an affliction to her. She also had fibroid, pains in the stomach and ear, and was always bleeding. She had to eat ice cubes everywhere, every time, which she saw as biscuits. She was delivered by Wise Man Daniel.

Another woman, a Zimbabwean was delivered from ice cubes consumption too, because she had done so for 8 years, and the hospitals had diagnosed that she lacked iron in her system. She used to experience chest pain. She was delivered.

Prophet Joshua arrived the church to exposed a young man, who had been an armed robber and was one of the gang members who killed a woman, after stealing N3 million from the family. The charms – the brandishing young man was identified by the prophet, said his charms were to prevent gunshots from affecting him.

NEW ANOINTING WATER: ASSET TO ALL FACETS OF LIFE

In his message entitled, ‘Find out the truth’, Wise Man Harry referred the congregation to excerpts from the Bible to make his case, underscoring John 7:11-18 as the proof text. In Thessalonians 5:21 we are advised to test everything and hold fast to the truth. Jesus is the truth. He speaks the truth; He is not out to confuse us. To know the truth is to know Jesus.

 

 

NEW ANOINTING WATER HEALS WOMAN OF DIABETES

As soon as the message was over, Prophet T.B. Joshua re-echoed the potency of the new Anointing Water and that immediately attracted testimonies by those who received it in the previous service. The first among them, Madam Patience from Sokoto who had suffered from diabetes for nine years, said that after receiving the new Anointing Water, she prayed over it and administered it as instructed. She went to bed for the night rest after administering it.  According to her, she slept peacefully like a baby and woke up hale, hearty and strong. She was more or less recreated during her sleep and all the infirmities and aches which used to be part and parcel of her frame gave way for the freshness and agility brought about by the new Anointing Water. She used to urinate four or five times in the night but after administering  the new Anointing Water, she urinated only once. At present, she hardly remembers whether she urinates at all in the day. She stopped all her medication for the week without sensing any adverse effects on herself. In her unmistakeable joy, she christened the Anointing Water, ‘The father of fathers’ and thanked God profusely for her miraculous healing.

NEW ANOINTING WATER WINS CONTRACT

Emmanuel from Rivers State mounted the platform for his testimony. According to him, he had been jobless for the past two years but the miracle in his life came after he had administered the Anointing Water. The contract he had applied for and been waiting for the past two years was miraculously approved. Displaying the contract agreement papers as he gave his testimony, he informed the congregation that it was an N18,000,000.00 contract. He thanked God and Prophet T.B. Joshua for the wonderful opportunity to transform his life brought about through the medium of the Anointing Water.

NEW ANOINTING WATER SAVES MAN IN ACCIDENT

Christopher from Delta State was one of those who received the new Anointing Water. He  always prayed with it and sprayed it on his family and himself. On the fateful day of testimony, he watched Emmanuel TV and was struck by the phrase, ‘Stop satan from killing and stealing’, which made him touch the screen in faith. After work the same day, he decided to travel to his village. He travelled in a commercial bus which unfortunately was involved in a head-on  collision with another vehicle. This caused his vehicle to somersault a number of times. Ten people died in the bus but luckily for Christopher, he was tossed from the seat behind the driver which he had taken, to the boot of the bus where he saw himself in a flat posture. He lay alive, hale, hearty and without any injury all because of the new Anointing Water which was his celebrated antidote.  The other vehicle also recorded some deaths as a result of the accident. Thanking God for his safety, he aptly remarked that but for the new Anointing Water, he would have been in the mortuary. We join him indeed in thanking God for the new Anointing Water which veered his path from the mortuary.

NEW ANOINTING WATER STOPS BEDWETTING

Priscilla from Ghana also mounted the rostrum for a testimony in praise of the new Anointing Water. Her problem had been bedwetting for which reason she had been to many places in her desperation for a cure but all to no avail. As soon as she heard of the new Anointing Water,  she and her husband came to The SCOAN where she received a vial of the new Anointing Water.  She applied it after prayer as instructed and her bedwetting promptly stopped. The problem of many years was wiped away without effort by the new Anointing water. Priscilla and her husband thanked God profusely for her miraculous healing.

ANOINTING WRISTBAND HEALS ANKLE-SHIFT

Miss Ozidzor Jay from Ghana had the problem of ankle shift in January. In February, a friend brought her the new Anointing Wristband from The SCOAN. She apparently undermined it and kept it somewhere until the prophet’s voice from Emmanuel TV told her that she had the solution to her problem but she kept on complaining. In reaction, she immediately brought out her Anointing Wristband and wore one on her ankle and the other on her wrist. The result was immediate and miraculous healing. She was among those who celebrated automatic healing on the platform.

PROPHET’S PRAYER REPLENISHES NGO’S PURSE

Christaline Vekabiart from Namibia has put in place an NGO which goes by the name Mount Sinai Centre. The NGO cares for HIV patients and the needy. Her NGO takes care of the needy and children of those who are HIV infected. They take it as their duty to supply the children of the HIV patients with milk as a way of shielding them from HIV infection which they would get from their biological parents through breast feeding.  Finding it difficult to keep up with the pace of demands owing to dwindling fortunes, Christaline appealed to the man of God for prayer in this regard through her sister-in-law who was visiting The SCOAN on a Friday.  On  Saturday night, Christaline had a dream in which the man of God laid hands on her and prayed for her. The result was that soon after that, they got a donation of $100,000.00.  With this generous donation, they became better placed for effectiveness in their mission. This good news spurred the man of God who added twenty thousand dollars to their funds. Christaline thanked God for His love and mercy advising that as children of God, we should led love lead.

FOOT ULCER HEALED AT PRAYERLINE

About the time for the prayer line, the man of God, to lift people’s faith up,  caused a video clip of Christian Amadi to be activated. A diabetic patient at the beginning, Christian was unfortunate to develop an ulcer in his foot. The ulcer did a lot of damage to his foot, causing it to rotten and disfigure with puss and festered flesh. It was at that stage that he came for prayer in The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations and Wise Man Daniel prayed for him at the prayer line. Now, Christian is completely healed and came forward to confirm the healing. He joyously stamped the foot on the ground and touched it to demonstrate the miraculous work of God. His case was good enough to give patients of ulcer in the prayer line hope as truly, our problems do not embarrass God because He has all the solutions.

INTERNATIONAL CRIMINALS RECLAIMED

Chidi, the international armed robber who vomited an egg some three weeks before in course of the mass prayer and who finally was delivered from the spirits of destruction, killing and stealing, was asked by the man of God to go home to bring his parents as part of his final integration into society after he had been counselled and fed with the Word of the Lord in the church. It is to be recalled that Chidi and his gang of armed robbers had called at The SCOAN as they went to the eastern part of the country to assassinate a pastor.  They met their waterloo in the scheme and Chidi was the only survivor in the gang.  As he called at the church again to wreak vengeance on the prophet suspected by him to be the cause of their failed mission, he was arrested in the church by the Holy Spirit.

Chidi fetched his father whom he had not seen for six years as he was fully involved in his life of robbery and human wastage.  The father, Michael Odeh, accompanied the son to the church after his full explanation of T.B. Joshua’s wish to see members of the family. The mother however, never came because of her disbelief in her son, Chidi. The father recounted the suffering he had been through in the hands of those his son had wronged. He however thanked God for using Prophet T.B. Joshua to recover his son from bad ways into a decent lifestyle. The prophet gave Chidi the sum of N200,000.00 and five bags of rice in addition to a scholarship if he was interested in furthering his education.

The next rescued criminal is one Emmanuel Ogbonnah who at a stage in his life of hooliganism wanted to use his parents for a money ritual. Lured to the church by the happenings he watched on Emmanuel TV, he decided to have a personal experience of the church by attending a Sunday service in the church. He too had been arrested in the church by the  Holy Spirit and had been hosted for about three weeks in the church during which time he enjoyed a diet of Biblical instruction and related lessons. He too was sent home to his parents to invite them to come and be part of the ceremony of his reintegration in society after being certified free from criminal intentions and capable of contributing to the growth and safety of the same society. His mother and sister who had lost contact with him for three years accompanied him to The SCOAN in response to the prophet’s invitation after the initial fear and hesitation. According to the mother, Emmanuel went out of control at the death of his father in 1995 to take to robbery. The mother, Mary  Ogbonah by name, disclosed that Emmanuel was the sixth out of eight children they had in their marriage. The sister added that after the death of their father, their relations who should help them to restrain Emmanuel from evil ways abandoned them to their fate.  Emmanuel knelt down in apology to his mother and sister as enjoined by the man of God for the bad life he had lived in the past and the pain that had been to the family. In his own testimony, Emmanuel disclosed how humane and people friendly he had become after his deliverance. Before he was delivered, he used to see human beings like animals that could be killed at will.  On behalf of Emmanuel TV and Partners, the prophet gave Emmanuel the sum of N200, 000.00, three bags of rice and a scholarship.

STUDENT OBTAINS SCOLARSHIP FOR ROOMMATE

A moving scene it was when a video clip of last Monday’s noon service was activated and revealed a young man currently a student of Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island pleading with the man of God for financial assistance for his roommate, a 300 level student of Geology who had not been able to resume school in the session because of financial constraints. The roommate in question lost his father in 1994 and had been taking care of his education by his sole efforts. This session, he decided to abandon his studies as he never had the sum of N49,500.00 required to pay his school fees. His plan was to come to the school, pack his books and call it quits to university education. His roommate and friend, Sipi took it upon himself to bring him to The SCOAN where he cried to the man of God to have pity on his friend and render him all the financial assistance he needed to be able to resume studies.  In his characteristic quick response to the call of the needy, the prophet gave Sipi’s friend twice the amount of money that he needed for registration this session when he released the sum of N100,000.00 and three bags of rice  to him. They both thanked God, the prophet and Emmanuel TV and Partners for the gesture.

EMMANUEL TV RELEASES PRISONER AND ENRICHES HIM

Mr John Okoh whose death sentence was commuted to life jail and then a miraculous release after spending 22 years in Calabar prison as told in The SCOAN’S Sunday service records of last Sunday also mounted the platform for blessing and reward by the man of God. Mr John who at 45 had spent half of his life in jail was given the sum of N200,000.00 and five  bags of rice for which he thanked the man of God promising to spend the money judiciously as he goes to start a new life.

FIRE VICTIM GETS CASH GIFT FROM PROPHET

Another family that benefited from the church through The Emmanuel TV and Partners was that of Frank Odjugo. On Tuesday of the previous week about 8pm, his attention was drawn to two motor-cycles in flames by the storey building he stayed in. Unknown to him, it was the fire from the ground floor of the building that ignited the motor-cycles. Before long, his children informed him of the inferno in the storey building and they rushed down to save their lives.  The fire razed the building to the ground to render the family as a people without a roof over their heads. The man had to immediately look for a make -shift structure to shelter his family until he could recover sufficiently from the shock to plan his life again. He received a cash gift of N500,000.00 and seven bags of rice from the prophet in the interim. The congregation was happy to learn about the continuation of the service on Monday noon where many of them hope to enjoy a closer interaction with the prophet.

THE NEW ANOINTING WATER DOES IT ALL

PROPHECY CONCERNING ASIAN COUNTRIES

It was testimonies galore as soon as the service message was given. Beginning with events that happened outside Nigeria, Prophet T.B. Joshua advised a replay of his recent prophecies about some Asian countries. The video replay once more reminded listeners of his prophecy about Pakistan and what would befall her between the 10th and 12th of March i.e. on Thursday , Friday and Saturday. He therefore enjoined prayer for Pakistan as what was to happen would shake the nation.

He asked for protection prayers for Pakistan and all the troubled nations. In confirmation of the prophecy, CNN reports confirmed the detonation of a bomb near a gas station in Pakistan which wounded many people. The explosion which was described as an act of terrorism caused buildings to collapse and many others to be on fire. The incident which happened in the Punjab province killed over 100 people and left more than 130 people injured. The case of Japan which was part of the prophecy, as the prophet saw many people crying in that region of the Asian continent, actualised in an 8.9 magnitude earthquake which again shook the whole country and beyond. The quake swept away a ship with over 100 people on board. Some houses were submerged and many people were evacuated to schools. These two catastrophes were revealed to the prophet and the names of the affected countries also mentioned to him.

THE PROPHETIC POWERS OF THE WISE MEN In vindication of the prophetic powers of the five wise men, the prophet again ordered that a particular video clip be activated. The said clip revealed Wise Man John Chi prophesying to a certain man whom the wise man described as being in darkness. He further revealed that what was in the man was contrary to what was in him (Wise Man). The prophecy added that the man was initiated into a cult and that his days were numbered. In confirmation of the prophecy, the man, Emmanuel by name revealed that he had been deliberately away from his family for over a year as he was being sought after by his fellow cultists whom he had disappointed by refusing to submit to them the blood of his close relation to replace the one he drank during his initiation. Broke and indebted Emmanuel was desperately in need of money when he ran into a man one evening in a beer parlour. As the man looked rather buoyant, Emmanuel thought he could get financial help from him. On the contrary, the man promised to take him to Power Kingdom Wealth. Getting to the Power Kingdom Wealth, Emmanuel was ordered to remove his clothes and a coffin filled with human bones was brought before him. A sharp bone among them was used to cut Emmanuel’s body for incision and ground bone was rubbed into the cuts. Following that, a calabash of blood was given to him from which he drank by way of oath taking. It was this blood that he was asked to replace with that of his child or wife. First he was asked to go home and bring the picture of his baby before he would be given money. He pretended but never actually went home realizing the impracticability of sacrificing any member of his family. He could not go to the cultists empty-handed either, so he decided to embark on an aimless prowl. In a dream he saw the skeleton that reminded him of the baby or the alternative of killing himself. In the process, he met a woman who agreed to help and house him in a gesture of amorous disposition towards him. He however realized that the woman’s scheme of help would deepen his problem if he adopted it, so he decided to use the woman’s blood to replace the blood in the cult but the cult members declined for the fact that the woman was not his blood relation.

At the end of his prophecy confirmation, Emmanuel was given the new Anointing Water for deliverance. The prophet had before then spent time extolling the powers of the new Anointing Water. In a nutshell, he described it as, ‘We have arrived’. By that he meant, ‘It is greater than your problems’. He further described it as the father of the old Anointing Water. He added that whatever you say into the new Anointing Water works for you as you said it.

Even if you do not say anything, you will get the expected result. As soon Emmanuel touched the new Anointing Water given to him in the name of Jesus, he started writhing all over the place. He hadn’t even opened it before he received the impact which sent him gyrating in a powerful deliverance. Emmanuel confessed that he was literally shocked when he touched the new Anointing Water.

Could it be said that just the packet of the new Anointing Water does what the liquid of the old one does?

Another wise man whose clip was used to prove the immense anointing of the wise men was Daniel. In this clip, Wise Man Daniel was shown as he laid hands on the congregants. As he laid hands on a lady by name Prisca (of Imo State in Nigeria but resident in Ghana), the contrary spirit in her felt affronted and vocally came into the open to challenge the wise man in the words, ‘Leave me alone; she is my wife. I have destroyed her family and killed her three children.’ Prisca herself revealed that she had carried the evil spirit from birth. Her mother told her that she (Prisca) had followed her from the ocean in a dream to be born by her as a daughter. When her mother had a baby, it was Prisca. The evil spirit had plagued Prisca’s marital life, causing her first husband to die, the second one to fall sick and the third to divorce her. Receiving the new Anointing Water for deliverance, she was in a fit of turning round ‘til she finally fell down.

She revealed that as soon as she touched the Anointing Water, there was fire all over her causing her hand to shake.

 

 

 

The third case also involved Wise Man Daniel as he laid hands on people. This time, it was one Rosemary Ofoegbu from Anambra, Nigeria. Rosemary, in her confirmation, revealed that she was initiated by friends while in secondary school with food after which she was given a ring, a bead and glasses. She used the bead to initiate people into their kingdom, the glasses for seducing men and collecting their sperm for cosmetics in their kingdom and the ring for causing accidents. She added how she frustrated the economic ventures of her relations and her mother and how she killed her sister because she was more loved by the parents. She destroyed and seduced pastors who tried to deliver her. The new Anointing Water was used to deliver her.

The next lady was one whom Wise Man Daniel looked and pointed a finger at saying that she slept and felt cold in her tummy because of a python and that the python was the cause of her problems. The lady, Queen by name, confirmed the prophecy saying that she always saw snakes especially when alone and consequently never wanted to stay alone. She had no peace in her present marriage and no child either. Her husband, who was doing well before, had also come down in his business. All this he attributed to the effect of the python in her life. Like the rest before her, she was delivered.

The lady whose video clip was shown next was named Mrs Jack Maureen. In the Monday Live service, Wise Man John Chi had accosted and told her prophetically that she was a man and as such she could fight anybody and destroy things and that consequently, her marriage was on the verge of breakage as she played the commanding role of the man and relegated her husband to the background.She confirmed the prophecy as revealed on the screen in the Sunday service. She admitted playing the role of the husband for which reason the husband threw her out. She also added that the spirit husband in her had done much damage to her marriage, reducing her husband from wealth to penury. In his confirmation, the husband admitted that he was rich when he married her and also a guitarist in The SCOAN choir at which time the prophet always fondly called him for counselling. He added that the spirit husband lured him to another church so that it could deal with him as was the case. He knelt down before the man of God pleading that he be allowed to reclaim his membership of The SCOAN — a plea which never won the blessing of the prophet, who maintained that it was not so much his membership of another church as his relationship with Christ that was his undoing, assuring him however, that he would always pray for him when required even as he remained in his new church. The couple were delivered.

 

 

The lady who mounted the platform next for a testimony, as revealed in the clip, was Mary from Anambra Nigeria who had come to The SCOAN in December for prayer for her baby that was in the wrong position causing her to be booked for operation. Wise Man John Chi at that time warned her on the danger of shunning her mother’s advice in her sexual escapade. The man responsible for the pregnancy was not ready to take responsibility and decided to go into hiding. The wise man advised her to go and apologise to her mother for failing to heed her warning. The immediate problem was that her passage appeared too small for the baby to come through. The Wise Man prayed for her and by that she was able to deliver her twins (a boy and a girl) safely on December 25th last year even though both twins came out with their legs and her male friend also came from hiding.

 

 

FRUIT OF THE WOMB MEETING BREAKS BARRENNESS

Mr and Mrs Elsie Nglembua from Namibia were among those in The SCOAN in December 2009 for the Fruit Of The Womb Meeting as part of their struggle against twelve years of barrenness. She recollected some bits from the prophet’s prayer that day -‘Make it happen; your day of deliverance.’ Getting home, her husband and she met spousally that month and it resulted in a pregnancy, later delivered as a baby girl. She reminded the prophet that he should remember that his granddaughter was in Namibia. The couple thanked God and the prophet for their blessing.

MAN RELEASED FROM LIFE SENTENCE AFTER WATCHING EMMANUEL TV

On the platform to narrate his testimony too was Mr John Okoh of Cross River State. John worked in the Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna as a store keeper. As soon as he resumed work at the end of his sick leave in 1989, he was arrested and taken to the police station for a very serious offence for which he was sentenced to death by hanging. He was however transferred to Calabar prison. In the Calabar prison, according to him, they had Emmanuel day when the inmates watched Emmanuel TV . As they watched the television, they heard Prophet T.B. Joshua say that somebody was about to be set free and each claimed the declaration for himself. Two weeks later, the governor ordered that a list of all the inmates be sent to his office. The result was that all those on life imprisonment were set free including Mr John Okoh. That was how he regained his freedom after 22 years in prison. He thanked God and the prophet for his release.

ANOINTING WATER HEALS FREIDA

Mrs Freida Ukpoh from Akwa Ibom had suffered from asthma for 18 years. She received the Anointing Water. She found out that seven days after that, she was never troubled by the asthma even though she never took her drugs. It was in that state of physical well-being that she decided to mount the platform for her testimony. As an immediate reward, the prophet gave her the new Anointing Water.

 

 

 

ANOINTING WATER GIVES CHUKWUMA TWINS

Mr and Mrs Chukwuma of Anambra, Nigeria had for the past eight years been looking for the fruit of the womb without success. While the man had the problem of low sperm count, the woman was said to have tube blockage. They got the Anointing Water from a family friend, applied it as instructed and met as husband and wife. That very month Mrs Chukwuma became pregnant and gave birth to twins after nine months. The couple mounted the platform to thank God for His mercy and favour. IT IS SATAN’S GREATEST MISTAKE For two years Mr and Mrs Eze of Enugu, Nigeria had been barren. Like many others who were in need of the fruit of the womb, they took advantage of the Fruit Of the Womb Meeting to visit The SCOAN. An expression from the prophet which struck them most was, ‘The greatest mistake of satan is to allow you to come here.’ They went home after the meeting and met as husband and wife at home resulting in pregnancy. They mounted the platform to thank God for their blessing.

NOTORIOUS ARMED ROBBER DELIVERED

In course of the mass prayer, many with contrary spirits were arrested and fell down in manifestation. One of these was a notorious armed robber named Kelechi. He had a gang of armed robbers with whom he unleashed criminality on innocent people. He had been caught, tried and imprisoned but became more hardened and brutal to his victims on regaining freedom. He had rendered himself invulnerable by meeting witch doctors for charms. He had the head of a three -year -old baby in him which told him what to do during operations. At deliverance he found it difficult to get up complaining that the baby had held his waist stiff. It was not until he shouted, ‘Jesus’ as instructed by the prophet that he was able to get up and thank God for his deliverance. Many of those who had wished the wise men to lay hands on them or prophesy to them felt consoled when the prophet pronounced that the service would start again at 12 noon on Monday.
